They have a guest bathroom for their customers all the way in the back and it's super clean. I had to wash my face after the threading because my face became so red and bumpy from the threading. They were very nice about it and told me to splash my face with cold water and applied aloe Vera gel to cool my face. Overall a pretty good job at cleaning and trimming my eyebrows. The thread did break off a couple of times and she used a new one. They cleaned out most of my face and blackheads up but there was still some blackheads or hair on my temples. I had to puff my cheeks and hold onto my eyelids close for them to get in the hard areas. I just have a lot of blackheads so it's pretty tough to get rid of them. The service was quick and I was out like that. They are very nice people and it was a quiet service where there's no talking so that's good.
