I've…read morefound an okay location in Williamsburg but I didn't feel like making the drive out there on Monday (Feb. 20). See, if I were wowed after every session, I might've made the drive but I'm usually not so I thought I could forgo and try a new location -- here. The threading process was painless and quick. So quick that I had to ask her if we were done because she just walked away and started talking to her colleague. Eyebrows weren't anything spectacular but did the job. I don't see this place as my new go-to nor a place I wouldn't return to. I guess I'm down the middle.

They just have a don't care attitude. Not even a smile or warm greeting when you walk in. They are always either on phone calls or talking to each other while bent over your face while doing your eye brows. BAD etiquette. It's not okay to talk so close to my face. And 100% more risky now duirng Covid. Masks or no masks how can you have phone conversations while bent over being so close someone's face? Then hand them a tip and not even a thank you or a smile. Upon arrival, the service was great. We had our coats taken and hung up, we slipped into cute branded slippers, and we were offered adorably themed treats and drinks. Once we walked back to our room, we changed into cozy robes and had our heads propped up on cushy pillows. I loved the procedure from beginning to end. Since it was my first time, my aesthetician walked me through all the different sections and consistently checked in to make sure I was okay. She even showed me all the blackheads that she removed (yuck but also veryy cool lol) . After everything was done, she gave me pointers on how to keep my pores unclogged and she reminded me to add products with sunscreen to my routine. Prices for the Brazillians change a lot here, so I couldn't tell you how much it is...sometimes it's 40, sometimes it's 30. One time I was here, she didn't remove all of the hair so she said I should get a discount next time, she didn't give me a coupon or any voucher that I can redeem, she just said it verbally... well... how are they gunna know for the next time?
