I've had great work done at other places and yeah I used to think the end justified the pain but not after today! I was even sad when it was over. Very little pain, no fuss, she followed my instructions to the letter. Now I have the perfect arch again, full, but clean arch. My facelift is over till next time. I have thin brows to begin with. The woman (a Latina woman, do not know her name) did a terrible job. Shape and arch were all off, not aligned at all and the arch is horrible. My advice is to stick to the other locations. Guess I'll have to try to correct as much as I can when I get home with my pencil!!! ***update** the owner Rinku contacted me very shortly after I posted the review to apologize and ask if I wanted to come back to have it fixed. She also offered the next service free of charge. Very nice of her and good customer service on her part, however, in my opinion, all the technicians should be properly trained in all advertised services. If they are not trained then they should advise customers to wait for a different, more experienced technician for that particular service.
