Everyone at Lux Lash Lounge were simply amazing. From the appointment process to the arrival arrangements & my service with Ermira. Time efficient, sweet staff & great services. Can't wait to be back read more

The day before thanksgiving I went to lux lash to get my eyelashes done for the FIRST time ever at lux. I was so happy that they were able to squeeze me in. My lash tech they paired me with is new to the salon. She was very nice may I add. She stated she's been doing lashes for 7 years but was stating she never did lashes as curly as mine, so from there I knew she wasn't confident doing them. It took 1.5 hours on the left lashes and like 30 to 40 minutes on the right one. At this point I asked her did it take so long on the left eye because you're having a hard time? she stated yes. As I'm laying there wondering how is she going so fast with the right eye. It's because they were ready to lock up so she started rushing. When she was done with my lashes the right eye had so many less lashes than the left eye. I told her she need to add more. So I laid back down and she added around 6 lol at that point I was like whatever it's not terrible but it's not good. I waited 24 hours to shower as you know you can't shower due to the lashes curing process and plus I wasn't confident in her skills. My lashes were not directly on the root of my lash but it was laying on top of it where you can still see the faux follicle smh. I reached out to the salon, they told me to send pictures which I did, and they ask for me to come in to fix them but the time I agreed to come in on a Wednesday 11/4 I had mandatory overtime at work. I called to let them know to see if we can change the day but they said I absolutely couldn't and if I do they will have to charge me for a refill. That's is so absurd. You are suppose to be accommodating to your clients no matter what especially if it's your employee F*** up. I work 9-5:30 M-F In the medical field. HOW just how am I supposed to just say forget what my director said about MANDATORY OT let me just go get my lashes fix. As an EMPLOYER you are suppose ACCOMMODATE NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES WHEN YOUR EMPLOYEE MESS UP! I have a large following and a lot of industry friends. I will be doing a review on this place. The interior design is cute though read more

This place is great! The space is really lovely. I've gone twice now and asked for a very natural set but that still fits my face and in all my lash experiences theirs is the first time I feel like I got exactly what I wanted. Excellent retention, no irritation. Love it here! read more

For my first experience I love the results. I now understand why so many get this service. This is nothing like the thread place. I got a partial set and it took a little over 2 hours. Is it worth it? Yes. I feel nothing. No extra weight, no irritation and it looks natural. It's week 2 and it still looks good. My only annoyance would be the length of time it takes but the results . The shop was clean and the staff was very helpful with getting my desired look. read more

Lux Lash Lounge - Eyelash Service Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

This is my second time here and Yuliya did my lashes. I have super blond hard to see lashes and I always want mega volume lol Yuliya was amazing!!!! She's such a sweetheart and a perfectionist she wants you to love your lashes and won't let you leave unsatisfied. The first time she did them they were gorgeous and today I went in for my refill after two weeks with barely any lashes missing because they held up so well even after cooking an entire Thanksgiving dinner and somehow this time she managed to make them even more beautiful than the first time! I moved to Brooklyn worried I wouldn't find a good lash tech as most of them are super far or downtown but I stumbled across their IG page which is included in the picture and I booked an appointment not knowing who would do my lashes. The place was super pretty and feminine with a hair salon in the back as well. The receptionists are all so sweet and professional. I was introduced to Yuliya and she turned out to be perfect for me :) I can talk to her and she makes it her business to make my lashes exactly how I want them. I pray I never have to move again so I never lose my lash tech lol I wouldn't trade her for anyone in this world! Thank you Lux Lash Lounge for having such an amazing eyelash tech! read more

Best lash place inBrooklyn ! I usually go to the city to get my lashes done but a friend of mine recommended this place to me since I live close by and I am so happy I gave this place a try. From the minute I walked in I was greeted so nicely by the front desk staff. The neighborhood is nice and quiet . The salon itself is so pretty and chic and super clean. My lash tech was Valerie and she was so amazing. She consulted with me on what my options were and she was so gentle throughout the entire process . She also did my eyebrows and they came out exactly how I wanted them to come out. The price is reasonable and worth it . Love love love this place ! read more

I found this place on Yelp. They were completely booked and no appointments were available so they put me on a waiting list. I'm so glad I waited for Rachel to call/text me back. The professionalism in this place is amazing. Great customer service and willing to work around your schedule. The quality of the eyelash extentions exceeds expectations. Yulia was my eyelash tech. She was super gentle and tended to all of my needs while there. After my visit I immediately booked a 2 week touch up because I was so satisfied. read more

Decided to check out this place since I had seen them on Instagram and my regular lash lady is on a 2 month vacation during the summer. Making an appointment was super easy and parking is amazing. The place is super cute and just so girly. My lash tech Hannah was super sweet and made me so comfortable. I got the classic silk full set and I love them! She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I wanted. If you need a lash place and you can get there easily, this is the place! read more

I've been religiously getting my eyelashes done here for 1.5 years. I have never gotten them done anywhere else and I never plan on going anywhere else. Sam is my main technician, but I have also been to Daniela too! Both girls have done an amazing job each and every time. I always look forward to my appointments. They take full pride and care into their work and never rush. I always leave with the best job done and full satisfaction. Every product they use is the best of its quality. Everyone that works here is super kind and the customer service is out of this world. Lex runs an amazing successful business! I can't wait to see all of the girls and get my eyelashes done when everything is safe again! read more

I've gone to Nihan at Lux about 4 times now and each time has been amazing. Nihan and I work together to see what lashes would look best. We try different sets, lengths and colors. I trust Nihan's opinion and let her lead the way. The place is clean and welcoming. Always good music playing plus they provide blankets if you're cold. If you're new to lashes this is the place for you. They provide in-depth consultations before your service to ensure you're comfortable. Give Lux a chance! read more

Amazing staff!! The vibes in the salon are super comforting and cozy. I have been getting my lashes done for over 3 years now with them and they hold so well! I go every 3 weeks religiously to get my fills. All my natural lashes are healthy and strong. I have nothing bad to say about them. read more

Highly recommended!! First and foremost, the lash lounge is super clean. Everyone was welcoming and respectful. The young lady at the front desk is really nice as well. My lash tech (can't remember her name, but it started with an S *maybe Sabina* and she's fairly new to that shop) was really nice. She met and greeted me in the waiting area. She helped me decide the kind of lashes I wanted because I've never done them before. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The only reason for not giving five stars was that it was hard to keep my mask up because there's a specific tape used to protect your bottom lid/lashes so I couldn't keep my mask up all the way, but the tech did not keep her mask above her nose( for the process your eyes are closed, but I felt her breathing close to my face, and after my first eye finished I was able to open up and take a look) so yes...respiration was exchanged lol. However I love this place and will return. Actual rating 4.5 stars! read more

This was my first time getting my extension lashes done and let me tell you, this place is amazing! I had Hannah do my lash extension and she knew her stuff, and she's super duper sweet too! She would recommend you lashes that would suit you and explain the process really well. During the procedure, I barely felt anything for the past 2 hrs which I almost fell asleep, and that shows how good she was :) Once it was done, the lashes looked so natural and amazing! I recommend this place if you were to get your lash extension done! read more

I wouldn't even know where to begin my review. 5 stars is not enough. I am very sensitive and had reactions to the glue and they went above and beyond to treat and accommodate me. Eyelash GODESSSSSS!!! I have been going to Alexis for over two years now. Let me just say that she is a gem and keeps me beautiful. I fly in from Miami just to see her. My real lashes are healthy and beautiful but I cannot live without the extensions. I do not trust anyone else touching my eyes. I recommend Alexis to anyone looking to have gorgeous lashes and not get butchered for a cheap price. This isn't something to skimp on, it's your face and you get what you pay for. I would never go anywhere else! read more

I got my first set of extensions here over Thanksgiving break. This was not my first time getting extensions so naturally I was very pleased with the results. The last time I have received extensions I experienced no type of irritation the following day. However the next morning I woke up and the entire lower half of my right eye was red. I figured it was due to an irritation from the gel pad and it would subside quickly. It took a good 4 days for the reaction to go away. I had to miss class because of the pain I was in. I was hopeful going into my fill in appointment that this wouldn't occur again. But it did-and it's much worse. My entire eye is red and the reaction is spreading to my cheek. I contacted the store about it and they did not seem to have any sense of urgency to fix this issue. I said I would come in so they could see my eye in person and assess whether or not I needed to have the extensions removed. But they assured me that I was fine even though they acknowledged it was an allergic reaction. The only way for the reaction to stop is to remove what is irritating it. They also said they were adding to my chart for next time that a glue for more sensitive eyes needs to be used on me. I'm confused as to why this wasn't done the first time it happened. No initiative was taken to make sure this was not going to happen again. Do not get me wrong-everyone in the lounge is extremely nice and friendly but I wish there was more of a sense of urgency. I had to go out in public looking like this. Now I have to go to another salon to have my lashes removed, even though so many of them came out already. read more

Such an amazing gem! Staff is super sweet and accommodating to customers needs. THE LASHES ARE BOMB. Love. Love. Love.

Just had my first session today with Hannah and I'm in love with my lashes. She gave me the exact look I wanted, I felt more than comfortable and I can't wait to go back for my refill. Everyone is very welcoming, I really think this is the best and only place a girl should go to for lash extensions in NY, they are all really talented and amazing at what they do, their instagram shows all their work and you can clearly see why they get booked like crazy lol. you'll leave Lux Lash Lounge feeling beautiful and happy as ever, definitely going to be the only place I'll go to for my lashes read more

I just went to Lux Lash Lounge for the second time. The first visit was 3 months ago. I highly recommend you pay them a visit! Some ladies go on a regular basis, but I am a "special occasion" girl. Either way it's a wonderful experience. The salon is immaculate & very tranquil. I actually fell asleep while Hannah applied my lashes :-) I wanted a subtle / everyday kind of look and the finished product was exactly what I hoped it would be... they are so natural yet somehow glamorous! Hannah is an absolute darling as is Alexis the owner. Check them out, you will be glad you did. read more
