I believe my lash techs name was Katerina and she made my big brown eyes look amazing! If you want to go from "she cute" to "woah she beautiful" this is your spot!! The vibes are great (protect your energy sis) & the owner is insanely kind. I had a complimentary hand service & was treated like a queen the entire time. There's really only 3 cons: The language barrier as they predominantly speak Russian (learning anyways so it's cool). The distance and location if you don't have a car nor live in the neighborhood (luckily I force my bf to chauffeur me everywhere). The PRICE HUNNY!! Looking like MONEY is NOT cheap.... it's VERY EXPENSIVE. I've spent over $200 dollars here in one month on my lashes ($100 and change and then a crazy almost $100 retouch + tip). I like to eat, have experiences, save for travel & pretty much have some semblance of a life, but if you can do that while paying for your Jlo lashes, DO IT!! You won't regret it! I got my eyelashes done, asked for the same thing I got the last times I'd been there (they had it in the system). I've had them done in the past so I knew how to take care of them and was especially hyper-vigilant this time. I noticed a little bit of fall out at first but I trusted the studio and a little fallout is normal so I did not think much of it. However, 8 days after having my eyelashes done, I woke up and realized that one of my eyes barely had any lashes on at all. My eyelashes looked terrible and it was extremely noticeable the difference between the two eyes. I called the studio ASAP and after trying to resolve this, they told me that all I could do was pay for a 2 week touch up and they would fill all my lashes. I was not pleased with the shape initially (which I have stated was not their fault) so paying $70 for a touch up less than ten days after having them done just to get the same shape was absurd. To fix this, they then offered me a 10% discount on a new set so it would be $108, 9 days after I got them done which was upsetting since less than ten days ago I paid that much for a full set that should've lasted me around 4 weeks like it did in the past. I was embarrassed to walk out of the house with my eyes looking so uneven, and I ended up going and getting them removed since my frustrations were not being heard or taken seriously. This studio does not understand that I have done nothing wrong, nearly an entire eye of eyelashes should not have fallen off eight days after having them done, this is clearly an issue in the application process and I should not be expected to pay nearly full price for a new set not even two weeks after getting my initial set. I received many compliments on my lashes over the years, which is why I remained a loyal client for so long. I also want to acknowledge that the salon itself is beautiful. The space is clean, well-maintained, & thoughtfully decorated. The atmosphere is relaxing, the blankets are comfortable, & I appreciated the Christian music and R&B that often played during appointments. It was easy to relax & even fall asleep while getting my lashes done. One issue I experienced involved excessive lash fallout shortly after an appointment. When I brought it to their attention, I felt there was an initial attempt to place the blame on me. During that same situation, I was encouraged to book a full set despite having recently received one & was asked to return the following day to complete the service. While the issue was eventually resolved professionally, the experience left me feeling frustrated & undervalued as a client. Over time, I realized that something always felt off in the overall client experience. I'm not expecting friendship from someone providing a service, but with personal services like lashes, waxing, nails, or massages, clients naturally develop a level of comfort & familiarity. Although there were moments where they were kind, I often felt more tolerated than genuinely appreciated despite my continued support of the business. There were also several moments where communication & rescheduling felt unnecessarily difficult. One interaction that stood out was being placed on hold for over 15 minutes. While on hold, I called from another number & the call was answered immediately. The reaction once realizing it was me made the interaction feel uncomfortable. I also invited them to participate in a volunteer empowerment event for young girls because I believed they could be positive role models & demonstrate what entrepreneurship & success in the community can look like. I viewed it as an opportunity to give back & encourage young girls to see successful women who looked like them pursuing their goals & building businesses of their own. While I fully respect everyone's right to value their time & services, a last-minute disagreement regarding compensation ultimately led us to withdraw the invitation. The situation reinforced some of the concerns I already had regarding communication & professionalism. Looking back, I realize I focused heavily on the quality of the work while overlooking how the overall experience made me feel as a client. The lashes were beautiful, & I still believe both women are highly skilled. However, over time I learned that talent alone is not enough for me personally. Professionalism, communication, & making clients feel genuinely welcomed matter just as much as the final result. If your priority is solely the lash work itself, you may have a positive experience. I can only speak honestly about my own experience as a long-term client.

I purchased a groupon bundle for a colonic, massage for colonic (not sure why that is a separate…read moreservice), and aN ionic foot detox. So I call to book and everything is fine. They give me a follow up call the day before my service to tell me that they will charge me an additional $10 for a cleaning fee for the colonic. The esthetician was nice and made things comfortable. Now on to the ionic foot detox: I go in the other room that has a plastic lined foot-basin on the ground in front of a chair. The same woman hooks me up to the machine, shows me the basics and leaves (no issue with her at all). There is a microwave in the room. There's no evaluation of the colors given by the esthetician, just the paper sHe handed me. The machine had an attachment that was wrapped around my wrist and it burned me. I mentioned it to the esthetician when she came back in the room. She checked the machine; it said error, so she re-strapped me and pressed some buttons. She didn't take me seriously when I mentioned being burned aNd went on to explain electric currents. At the end of the session which was cut short my 7 minutes I see the burn on my skin, show here and she says sorry. Now I'm checking out, I mention the burn to the receptionist and she doesn't even acknowledge it. Not going back. I recommend that they offer wipes to clients after foot detox and not just paper towels. Also never expected to be BURNED.

I still have 70% of my lashes after 3 weeks! That miraculous! Most eyelash places I went to only last 3-4 weeks. The technician applying the eyelash is also very gentle. I've been pinched 6 times in one session at another eyelash so I'm super scared about doing lashes now but in EE lash, they're very careful going about how to apply the lashes!
