BLOWN. AWAY. This is single handily, the BEST lash salon I've ever been to. My lashes looked incredible! I believe my lash techs name was Katerina and she made my big brown eyes look amazing! If you want to go from "she cute" to "woah she beautiful" this is your spot!! The vibes are great (protect your energy sis) & the owner is insanely kind. I had a complimentary hand service & was treated like a queen the entire time. There's really only 3 cons: The language barrier as they predominantly speak Russian (learning anyways so it's cool). The distance and location if you don't have a car nor live in the neighborhood (luckily I force my bf to chauffeur me everywhere). The PRICE HUNNY!! Looking like MONEY is NOT cheap.... it's VERY EXPENSIVE. I've spent over $200 dollars here in one month on my lashes ($100 and change and then a crazy almost $100 retouch + tip). I like to eat, have experiences, save for travel & pretty much have some semblance of a life, but if you can do that while paying for your Jlo lashes, DO IT!! You won't regret it! DO NOT GO TO THIS STUDIO. I have been going for approximately 2 years and the last time I went had an awful experience. I got my eyelashes done, asked for the same thing I got the last times I'd been there (they had it in the system). I've had them done in the past so I knew how to take care of them and was especially hyper-vigilant this time. I noticed a little bit of fall out at first but I trusted the studio and a little fallout is normal so I did not think much of it. However, 8 days after having my eyelashes done, I woke up and realized that one of my eyes barely had any lashes on at all. My eyelashes looked terrible and it was extremely noticeable the difference between the two eyes. I called the studio ASAP and after trying to resolve this, they told me that all I could do was pay for a 2 week touch up and they would fill all my lashes. I was not pleased with the shape initially (which I have stated was not their fault) so paying $70 for a touch up less than ten days after having them done just to get the same shape was absurd. To fix this, they then offered me a 10% discount on a new set so it would be $108, 9 days after I got them done which was upsetting since less than ten days ago I paid that much for a full set that should've lasted me around 4 weeks like it did in the past. I was embarrassed to walk out of the house with my eyes looking so uneven, and I ended up going and getting them removed since my frustrations were not being heard or taken seriously. This studio does not understand that I have done nothing wrong, nearly an entire eye of eyelashes should not have fallen off eight days after having them done, this is clearly an issue in the application process and I should not be expected to pay nearly full price for a new set not even two weeks after getting my initial set. You wouldn't think that you were getting your lashes done, honestly... I walked in surprised how clean & relaxed I felt. It's as if you were stepping into a day spa. It's a small & cozy spot, music plays in the background very low. As you lay there, pillow underneath your head and blanket at your feet...you might actually drift into a nice slumber. The ladies are very friendly & respectful. KARINA Is so lovely, she did my lashes. I love her patience & how serious she was in perfecting the look. This was second time doing lashes so I was a bit nervous but wait till you see how they came out, FABULOUS. 4 days ago The place is very nice and clean that is a definite. Every time I make an appointment there are always new girl and the previous technician is fired or leaves her self so most of the time you have a new tech. The one I recently used was very unprofessional she used her phone to text through my service, it took her about 2 hours to work on one eye and less than an hours on the other (go figure) when she was done with one eye she gave me a mirror to look at and right then and there I td her I was not happy to what she replied saying wait until im done with the second one and it will look good. But then after ahe was done with the service It looked horrible and the owner looked and agreed with me. 24 hours later my eyes started to bother me alot and sure enough I had a very bad infection on both my eyes. Called the owner but the only thing she told me was come back so we can add more lashes not even an apology. Mind you this was my 8th time using them. Definitely be careful. read more

The office changed drastically over the last year. Their policies are not client friendly. They had a promotion where after you get certain amount of services you will get one for free. So when the time came for my free set "the promotion expired". Regardless of that I still got the services back in July and my new lashes didn't last a week. After a refill two weeks later with another tech it lasted for over three weeks. The girls who were professional and knew what they were doing are no longer there. I honestly can't say one negative about this place . I came today with really messed up bad set of lashes I got in bay ridge. The woman who greeted me was insanely friendly and nice. She listened to my concerns and let me know what I was looking at and how much it would cost me. The lady who did the lashes was nothing but professional and really nice. It has nearly been a full week since I got my lashes done for the first time and they are all still intact! Natalie did SUCH an AMAZING job and I absolutely can't get over her care, precision, patience, and professionalism. The whole process took about 2-3hours (which is what she told me from the beginning as well). Natalie's exceptionally kind, punctual, honest, and goes above and beyond what you expect. Her quality and care is really what stood out to me. Before beginning she even confirmed photos of the different styles she has personally done for other clients and wanted to confirm what I wanted to do as well. I initially wanted to do the Kim K. set but Natalie showed me the wispy 2D/3D look which I felt it fit more to my liking and I trusted her expertise with this. After she was done, I absolutely loved how it came out! I even recommended this place to all my colleagues, my sister and friends. The workers are accommodating and really ask you for what kind of lashes. I really liked my lashes but this was the first time my eyes were burning during & after the session. Coming from a lash artist myself, this should not be happening. My eyes were throbbing and I felt very much discomfort, as if the lashes were poking my eye. It hurt to blink and etc. My eyes were also burning during & even after the session, it was so uncomfortable that i was scared to open my eyes. I actually looked very closely to the lashes & noticed that 3-4 of my own lashes were being glued together. Most of my lashes on my right eye already came off on the second day. The lashes looked amazing but the way it was applied needs more practice. They don't offer refunds so I won't be getting my money back for the discomfort I went through and the lashes that had come off. I'll be sticking to my lash artist in Queens. I only went here because I was hoping I could find a place that's closer to home. read more

Absolutely, love this place! At first, I was very weary about having my lashes done again, due to previous experiences in the past. I had gotten then done at the nail salons. Because of the product those places use, I had stubs left when they removed. It took me the longest time for my eyelashes to finally grow, but, they've never been the same. My first visit to Your Classy Eyes, was such a pleasure. The receptionist is extremely friendly, and welcoming. Both, she, and the technician that will be applying your lashes, take the time, to talk to yo, and make certain they know what type of look you are looking for. The atmosphere is warm, and relaxing. You are offered coffee, chocolate, or cookies. There is also an amazing foot massage machine, that is incredible! Each silk lash is applied one by one. They offer a variety of looks. I went for the Natural look, first visit. It takes awhile for the tech to do her work. I find this perfect, since, I love to nap. The finished results were beautiful! I was so pleased. I didn't even feel the lashes on my eyes. No irritation from glue, no itching. No one even knew I had my lashes done because they looked like MY lashes. I went for a refill 3 weeks later. I found this place on yelp and decided to try it out today because it was close to home. I had a great experience, the staff is very nice and make you comfortable. They removed my old lashes and replaced them with a fresh new set. When i was finished they answered all my questions and the the price was very affordable. I've tried so many spots around Manhattan and other boroughs, other states when traveling that do eyelash extentions and hands down without a doubt this is the best place to come to. I live in queens and it takes me almost two hours to arrive here. And for me the travel is so worth it. First of all, their prices are so affordable. I genuinely told them they could up their prices for the work they do and they'll still have my and many others business. They deserve the revenue. I currently have a 3D Russian volume set and it only costs $90. And I've had them for about a week and they're still full and neat. Secondly, their staff is super sweet. Their front desk Rita is very accommodating with any questions you have for her. She's so nice and helpful. My technician Marina was very gentle with my eyes and took her time. When we were finished I was blown away by the result. They were perfect. Lastly, the design and lashes are to die for. Like I said I have a 3D Russian volume set. And for the amount I paid, I will forever be their client. Each of my natural lashes have about two or three lashes fanned out on each of them. The closest I can find to their work in the city, they cost maybe 3x the same set. They have all different curls, lengths, and colors. I've seen some of their clients, and from what I can tell they really do whatever design you ask. Had another wonderfull experience with their new tech Kerry. She has the most gentle hands and as she applied the lashes to my own very thin and absolutely colorless( by nature) lashes, i didnt feel anything, almost fell asleep. Her work is very professional and neet. I had no burning in my eyes at all. Each lash is perfectly in place. Will defenitly be back I now continue to be a regular at this studio. I had been going to Claay Eyes for over a year. I had very positive experiences with my lashes. The last time I went my eyes were burning. I couldn't stop itching. My lashes finally came off due to all the itching. I hadn't gone back for several months. Recently they started texting me and asking me if I wanted to make an appt. I decided to give them another try. The lashes came out nice with no itching. However I was a little surprised that they charged me the same amount. I was really excited to get eyelash extensions for the first time. Based on the reviews I thought this would be it but please if you have sensitive eyes do not go here. When I walked in everything looked so pretty and clean and I told them it was my first time. The receptionist told me to pay up front and the tip too. The ladies were nice but everything else after that was horrible. My service was done by Aiperi Davlesova. First: I did not get an eye patch test for allergic reactions and second I was not tested for the glue. Then I asked Aiperi who did my eyelashes what she recommended me to get and she did not answer me and instead kept asking me how long I wanted the kim k lashes to look. I literally asked for a recommendation... Then after 2 hours in i couldn't handle the smell of the glue anymore. It literally smelled like strong perfume which was going through my nose. PLUS it did not help that she was drinking something throughout the process that triggered me even more. My eyes started burning and I told her but she instead got annoyed saying I was opening my eyes. As a human being they should be aware that some eyes are bound to be slightly opened when closing or sleeping. Then the receptionist came over and said they couldn't do nothing about it. Like what? My eyes were here burning after 2 hours and couldn't take it. The technician then said I should've told her I was new so she could recommend the classic style. EVEN THOUGH SHE KNEW AND I HAD ASKED FOR HER RECOMMENDATION. I feel that they care more about their business than the clients themselves... like if I were them I would of been scared for my client and completely stopped the process. I practically had to tell the girl to stop and she ended making the lashes even. Also while all this happened they were laughing and talking in their language. Although all this mess had occurred Aiperi offered to come in the following day to finish the inner corners and I agreed thinking it was nice of her. The next day I woke up with red eyes and emailed them saying if I could get a refund or if this was normal because I was scared since this was my first time. They never replied back. I then arrived on time for the technician to finish my lashes and met the owner. I told her the problem and again blamed me for opening my eyes. They then told me the technician from the previous day had not come in due to my email. Now that part okay I understood but THEY MADE ME COME AND WASTE MONEY AND TIME WHEN THEY COULD OF REPLIED TO THAT EMAIL. They then offered to take the lashes off or to finish them the following day. I said I couldn't the next day because I was on a trip till next week so they booked me for the following week. I honestly just wanted a refund because I payed for the full set but the technician only did half because of my burning. But since it's a business they said no refund. THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS WHERE THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT A CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION. Then that same night my red eye was bothering me and I noticed a tiny stye. I was so over it and decided they could keep my money. I was not gonna go back to risk anything anymore. I thought paying $190 would make me love the results, I wasn't even offered a $10 off coupon since it was my first time. The stye freaked me out more that I booked an appointment to Blinkbar to take my lashes off in the West Hollywood area on my trip.
