Due to a previous lash place and their poor application(accidentally gluing two natural lashes to the same false lash) my lash line had gaps. I loved the way my lashes looked right after I got them done. I received so many compliments from them and even recommended someone to them. The only problem was due to the way they were applied, it only took a couple days for my lashes to grow out a little bit and for the root area to bother my eyes. I've had numerous lash extensions before and this was a new problem that I've encountered. They were also a bit pricey for refills. I will definitely be back for the 5D set when my lashes are looking sparse and I'm looking for something dramatic.

When I expressed my disappointment and asked for a fix, she showed no concern. Her customer service was awful--once I paid, she completely disregarded my satisfaction. To make matters worse, my lashes started falling out after just 3-4 days. I reached out, and she offered a complimentary set, even calling to confirm. Since it takes me about 2.5 hours to get there, I made the trip--only for her to claim, "Oh, no, I didn't know I was talking to you," and refuse to redo my lashes. This was after an entire conversation on Instagram, while I was in a different state. She simply didn't care. I was devastated and on the verge of tears. Half way through the service, she asked her coworker to translate for her "is it ok to paint a layer of gel on your nails, it will protect them". There was a language barrier so I was quite confused, if I'm here for a removal, why would they paint a layer of gel on my nails? Regardless of this, I said ok. When she was done drilling, Yuki told me to go wash my hands. I sat back down in her chair after because there's no way she would let me walk out like this right? Yuki said I was done and walked me out to pay. Not even 5 minutes later, I see another customer in her chair. I understand if she had another client, but then why take me in and rush through and do a shit job? Chunks of gel were still on my fingernails after the so called "removal". No one here speaks conversational English so be aware that there might be a language barrier if you're not fluent in Chinese.
