They have a ton of different options to fit your personal preference, but I usually go for the aromatherapy pedicure. It includes a 10 minute leg and foot massage. I tried gel polish for my pedicure for the first time today, and I can say I'm a fan. I'm hoping it'll last even longer than my usual pedicure polish. The massage itself was decent, but incomplete for a one-hour service. When it was time to turn over, she skipped massaging my feet, hands, and the front of my legs entirely. Most of the focus was only on my back. The facial was also very underwhelming for a one-hour facial. There were no extractions, no explanation of the products or process, and overall it felt very basic and rushed. What really left a bad impression was at checkout. Despite already tipping $10 -- which I felt was generous considering the incomplete service -- the therapist actually tried to pressure me for an additional $10 tip.
