The other issue is what's up with just offering lotion instead of massage the customers hands like every other nail salon. After coming here for over a year now, I can confidently say this is my go to nail salon. I've gotten regular manicures, gel manicures, and powder manicures. My personal favorite is the powder because of how long they last, and my nails almost never break when I have it on. However all three were done well and lasted as long as you'd expect them to. My personal favorite part of the trip is my pedicure. They have a basic pedicure, but I always end up going for one of the spa options. They have a ton of different options to fit your personal preference, but I usually go for the aromatherapy pedicure. It includes a 10 minute leg and foot massage. I tried gel polish for my pedicure for the first time today, and I can say I'm a fan. I'm hoping it'll last even longer than my usual pedicure polish. I only came here to remove my acrylics since I didn't want to do them myself at home. I believe they charged me somewhere under $7 which is decent compared to what other places would charge in Staten Island. I was able to make an appointment the same day through the phone. The lady was super gentle with my nails since they were very brittle and chipping. I'll stop by here again whenever I want to get my nails done. I had a really wonderful experience here! I've been experiencing severe damage to my nails and have been unable to find a decent salon. Elly was extremely helpful and explained to me why my manicures haven't been lasting and what I could do to strengthen them. Originally I came in for a Gel Manicure, but after examining my nails, reviewing the damage and the thinness...Elly recommended a Dip Manicure. I had tried a dip manicure at a previous salon and had a bad experience. Elly was patient with me and answered every question I had regarding the dip process. Vivi did my nails in the picture shown and it looks like a gradient/ombré. As you can see, it's too light where my cuticles are. She definitely rushed it and didn't take her time with it. I tried this place for the first time because of their convenient online appointment ability. Nails came out beautiful. HOWEVER, my 10 oclock appointment didn't start until 11 am. They overbooked and try to accommodate walk ins. What's the point of appointments? Also, in light of Covid you should be taking the temperature of each customer coming into your establishment. But if you don't, at the bare minimum, please clean each seat and counter between each customer. Having a spray bottle with some sanitizing solution and a clean paper towel to wipe them down would make everyone feel better. Also do NOT use the chair right next to the sink where every customer stands by to wash their hands. I don't know if I'd feel comfortable coming back to your establishment. read more

Loved the fact that my gel manicure was done in an hour and that it still holds up pretty well (it's been 3 weeks since my appointment). The only thing is that my cuticle wasn't cleaned as well as I'd want it to be, but honestly for the price of $22 it was just amazing (I did clean my cuticles myself when I got home, still was happy and satisfied with my manicure!) I gave them a second chance because it's been so long and figured they improved Since they opened. sure enough they haven't. I paid 60 dollars for a gel pedicure and callus removal. My feet aside from my painted toes look as if they never got done. She spent more time focusing on my calves instead of my feet.
