I've been going here for YEARS! I come here about every 2-3 weeks and get a UV gel and a pedicure. Recently I tried to use my gift card of which I told the girl I have a balance of $85, and I would pay the rest in cash plus a cash tip, which I always tip nicely. The girl took my gift card and came back and told me they don't accept Amex, after she took the card. I did not know this information and was not informed until she handed me the card back. This was on Thursday August 29. Today August 31st I tried to use my gift card at a retail shop for some sneakers and it was declined. So I pay for the shoes and immediately check the balance online. I was robbed for exactly $84.99. I don't think this was coincidence and I truly believe they took the card numbers. I will never return to this establishment again. I will also let everyone I know about this. This is truly unacceptable and there must be some accountability. I was just trying to use a gift card that was gifted to me. read more

My experience wasn't good, in any way. The woman who was available, whose primary language wasn't English was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I didn't understand her signals to me. She was also rough and left me with a one-inch abrasion on my heel that I had to use Bacitracin on, for days. I immediately regretted going there, and will never return. read more

It's very clean inside I will give it that. But I used to go here years ago for my gel manicure and they would start breaking in a week. So I would just go occasionally for a pedicure when I was in the area since they were always good with those. But I went yesterday and was extremely disappointed. The girl doing my pedicure was tough and almost cut me and was digging her nail into my toe where I had to pull away from the pain. And she rushed through the massage was barely a minute in each leg/foot. The girl sitting next to me was getting a massage on each leg for longer than my whole pedicure it seemed. Acrylic tips with gel polish- $65 Pedicure- $28 plus I left them a tip for their time and effort $7. The next day they charged my card-$27, GRAND TOTAL $127 for terrible service and even worse nails! I went in for a pedicure and manicure, I usually come here for basic things like a plain pedicure and manicure but today I asked for acrylic tips and a simple design, very minimal. I showed the nail tech the picture and asked if she can do the shape and design. She insisted she could, I could tell it was difficult for her to do the almond shape I asked her several times to fix the shape until I was tired of saying things so I just sat tiredly through the rest. Almost 2 hours later she finished, $65 for acrylic tips with the color pink gel (not even the color I asked for) although I insisted I wanted regular polish she still gave me gel. The nails looked horrible, I paid and left upset, I wasted so much time and had to pick up my kid from school so I had no more time to spare to let another nail tech fix the set. I went home and the very next morning I called the nail salon and explained how unhappy I was with not only the service but the outcome of the nails, they asked me to come in which I did and I showed this tech what I wanted, she rudely told me next time I need to address the mistake not knowing I already did while the lady worked on my nails and that was unsuccessful. After they fixed them which wasn't much of anything but filing off the gel, and fixing the shape, I told this nail tech to charge my card $10 for a tip for her fixing the new set. When I checked my account she charged me $27, $15 to fix the nails which she said she was going to fix for free this time, and then the $10 tip, and $2 fee. Of course I went to rectify and see if the charge was accidental, when I spoke to the boss he questioned the authenticity of the charge and if I was sure it was from that nail salon, which I had to then show him my bank account charge to prove it was their transaction, then he video called the nail tech that did my nails, and then argued with me along with the nail tech who he had pointed the camera toward me so she can try to justify the charge and basically call me a liar and insist she told me she was charging me to fix the poorly done set. The boss shouted at me that I should have stopped the nail tech as soon as she messed up the first nail and continued ranting on in a shouting manner until I left. I have Santander and the only way they will refund my money back $27 is if I claim fraud!! read more

I've been coming here for a while now for manicures and pedicures. The staff is friendly and they do a great job with both services. I'm reviewing today because they are the safest and cleanest business I've seen since reopening started during COVID-19. Temperature checks, hand sanitizer, shields, curtains, plexiglass, wiping down of all services, and wearing gloves. Slight bump in cost of services but not as extreme as other places. Stark contrast to some other establishments on the Island. Definitely give Time Nails a shot if you're antsy about getting a mani/pedi during these times. read more

I have gone to this place is the past and really enjoyed my experience. The people were so nice and acknowledged me right away. I said I was only going to get a pedicure bc I was in a rush, and they insisted they could do my manicure while I was in the chair getting my pedicure. I really appreciated it and was very happy with my experience. I don't know if it was just a bad day but the woman who did my nails today was so rude and nasty. She rushed through my nails which they turned out ok. However, while she was doing my gel nails every time she was done with a finger she would aggressively push my hand away. I didn't get a massage at the end like every other customer. I barely said two words to her and she was just so rude. Every response was with a nasty remark. No one wanted to take me so the boss came out and told one of the lady's in the back to do it, she looked very unhappy to do it so I sat down and she gave me a dirty look. While doing my nails she wasvery rough and looked like she didn't care. She cut me very badly which didn't bother her at all. There is still nail polish below my cuticles which she didn't clean up. I asked for my eyebrows to be done by another lady but she said no one was available right now so she did them for me and she put no effort what's so ever. This place is cute, clean and quiet. I like that they massage my leg with a hot stone with my pedicure an they give you a back massage while you dry your nails. They don't scrub your foot hard at all so of you have callus you should purchase a spa treatment or something. My regular pedicure was alright. I love the color but not the work. I was looking for a quick place to get a long over due pedicure near the mall. I found this place through yelp. Its very clean, open and the color selection is awesome. I paid $22 for a basic pedicure. The tech was an older woman, very gentle but meticulous. She took her time cleaning my cuticles and massaging my calves. She even revisited my toes after the pedicure to make sure every toe was even and the skin around it was smooth.I was pleasantly surprised! I'll definitely go back. The pedi is topped off with a light hot stone rub down all over the calves, legs and the bottoms of your feet. Once its done, you're walked over to the drying area, the tech gives you the most relaxing shoulder and upper back massage! I cant wait to go back. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now and never went to anyone specific for my pedicures. Until recently I tried Wendy out and ever since I went to her I refuse to go to anyone else. She makes sure every nail is perfect and when she's finished she goes back to make sure all the cuticles are picked and everything is clean looking. She's very gentle and still gets the job done. I used to go there all the time, I get a gel manicure and pedicure but I haven't been there for almost 3 months because the gel manicure would chip after 2 days. Today I decided to try them again I got the gel chrome nail polish which cost me $70 with pedicure and I'm pissed it looks terrible! lady filed my nails some nails shorter then the other and the chrome looks cheap she only put 1 coat on and you see all the black color underneath and on the sides. I'm disappointed again. Not going back and the only reason why I gave 2 stars is because I liked the lady that did my pedicure. What a waste of money! read more
