The last pic shows owners supposed name but they never added a phone number that I ask for to call them. You can clearly see on the new cards it's only $10 off and mine says 10th One Free. It is very dishonorable to lie to a repeated customer since day one & brought you many customers as well. She would only take $10.00 off. I felt betrayed as a loyal customer & send my friends, co-workers and neighbors here. This is horrible business bc I asked to speak to the owner and a lady was brought over to me pretending to be the owner. I was not granted my free visit meanwhile. Every time I go I spend around $100. I am so dissatisfied with the customer service and lied to on top of it. They make sure you always have your nail technician ready for you when it's your appointment time which I appreciate. ALL of the nail techs there are great because be used all of them. They also have hot green tea and coffee which is a plus for the winter. They give out bottles of water as well that way I don't have to carry my own. Nail art skills are great too. They charge you to use your debit card which is illegal, they sprayed my legs with some mystery spray and when i asked what it was they couldn't answer- it looked like mold in the bottle and i called them out for it when they said it was just the design (which it wasn't) then she said it was the acetone and i said "no, that's mold" i opened the bottle. First, even if it IS acetone WHY are they spraying that on someone's feet after a pedicure.. I've been here MANY times and each time it gets worse and worse. I stood when they raised their prices, i overlooked times I've gotten cut with a manicure, I've settled with the cold water pedicures and i even paid when I asked for matte topcoat instead of shiny and they said it would be $5 extra... I deal with ingrown nails on my big toes, so I get a pedicure every two to three weeks no exceptions. The first few visits were a bit painful, but now they know my tolerance and exactly how to work with my feet. They also remember my preferences and even show me new colors they think I'll like. I often skip the manicure once in a while because regular polish chips too easily, and gel can weaken my nails over time. The staff is friendly and the space is spotless. It's on the pricier side, but totally worth it once they know you and your routine. Sometimes you pay for the experience and here, it delivers. Definitely give them a try.
