I have to walk on my toes hoping the tan wouldn't get on the bottom of my feet. But it did. She missed whole arm basically and the other side of my arm wasn't even tanned. it was great but then they started getting worse every single time. they have good pricing if you're looking for a good price Spray tan.

I only go in stand up and theres a fan underneath your feet that has receipts, tissues and grossly even bandaids flying around. The lights always have dried up gook on them that I'm hoping is just lotion. The parking lot is always packed because of the other businesses in the plaza so you don't always get a spot when you go at night. Also, there is always a lot of people tanning here but if there's a wait it's no longer than 10 minutes. The girls behind the counter are nice but I think the manager needs to teach them to clean better or give this place a complete scrub down.

Unfortunately, there wasn't ANY water in the machine. She told me to make an appointment for bed 16 next time. Still, that has nothing to do with the fact that she didn't check the bed for water to make sure it was working properly. It would have been good customer service for her to ask her manager if she could offer me something to make up for a less-than-stellar experience. Otherwise, my overall experience with Beach Bum tanning was very positive. UPDATE: The regional manager reached out to me the same day and put a free session back on my account! I was just hoping for a discounted session but he exceeded my customer service expectations. He was courteous and professional so I will recommend Beach Bum to my friends after all.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Kjirsten from TanGlam! One of my colleagues referred…read moreme to Kjirsten because I complimented her on how stunning her tan was in her wedding photos. From the moment I contacted Kjirsten to the spray tan session (and post session), she was so friendly, professional, and personable. I've never had a spray tan before and was very nervous to have my first session for a wedding that I was attending. But Kjirsten eased all of my concerns and made me feel so comfortable: - She shared prepping and post spray tan infographics, which were so helpful and easy to follow as a first-timer. - She calmly talked me through the steps during the session so that I understood what was going on. -Plus, she remained available and reached out post the session in the event that I had any questions. I couldn't say more positive things about her and my experience. If you're apprehensive about getting a spray tan, don't be at all because you'll be in great hands with her! She's going to be giving me my spray tan for my wedding day in the Fall, and I have full confidence that I'll look perfectly sun kissed and glowing because of her.

She made me feel completely comfortable with the entire process. I even plan to be sprayed naked next time! I did it with a thong so I could see the difference and I'm glad that I did. She still going into the right direction for color I should be. She didn't go to dark and I did not look orange. Positively natural! She is so sweet and very communicative. They acknowledged my request and said it wouldn't be a problem -- but I still got charged on the renewal date. That was frustrating, but I figured it could be resolved with a refund. The owner responded and said they'd issue one, but after that... nothing. It's been over a month with no follow-up or action, despite multiple attempts to follow up. I still haven't received my refund to this very moment.

The male at the front desk was utterly rude and aggressive, and I overheard him encourages other guests in the waiting room to talk shit about me. While I made a few mistakes myself, he was screaming at me telling me he will not get in trouble because he's related to the manager and that they will pull the camera footage to prove I was in the wrong. As I was trying to leave, the male yelled for me and handed me a postit with the manager's number. When i told him it wasn't worth my time, he told me to "please get the fuck out." When I said they lost a client (this was my favorite spot, I have been here many times and given them a lot of business), he said thank god and good riddance. I just don't think anyone should be treated this was - he was such a gaslighter i won't be surprised if this gets an owner reply continuing to make me feel like I was in the wrong and to try and defend yelling at a woman. Edit: 30 min later The male employee was right! That dude is NOT getting in trouble because he is related to the manager! I received a few missed calls from the salon, and finally answered. Marina (manager) called me (i did not reach out or ever intend to contact them beyond leaving this yelp review, clearly he reached out to her to get ahead of his behavior). I told her I did not feel like being berated anything further, and told me I was a very, very rude woman and she saw absolutely nothing wrong with this employees behavior or the way he spoke to me. She told me never to come back so I guess that's where we're leaving it.
