She was running late and I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. There is not an official waiting area so I just sat on the hair washing chairs right outside the waxing room. I got a wax but during the wax, the lady was on the phone the whole time with someone else speaking Russian. She did not try to communicate with me at all. There was wax and remaining hairs leftover in my area that was waxed. Sometimes other waxers will clean it up for you with tweezers, but not here. After the wax she did not give me any instruction for aftercare and I had to ask what to do. I would not come back here again.

Aside from being an excellent waxer, she also takes excellent care of my face. She cleans out all of my blackheads and I walk out of there with the cleanest face! At the time, I already said it took months for my lashes to look somewhat normal again, but I never expected to still be dealing with the consequences a year later. This was not just a bad cosmetic result. I trusted someone with a service around my eyes, and I'm still living with the damage. I absolutely do not recommend getting lash services here. The staff member who did my eyebrows in my most recent visit seemed to have the sniffles; for a job where your face is so close to customers' and where you also need to come into close contact with them, I don't think it's good to have staff come to work if they're sick.
