The lady taking my appointment forgot to mentioned this to my masseuse and apologized for her oversight, however, I'm very seasoned when it comes to getting massages so I understand it's also my responsibility to speak up if I wanted more pressure - to which I did. In terms of the actual massage, it felt more like a rub with lots and lots and lotssssssss of oil, so much that I asked for a towel when she was done cause I was THAT oily. She focused mainly on my shoulders/upper back and went over this same area, completely missing my lower back, buttocks, thighs and calves. Well, this isn't completely accurate - to be fair, she rubbed oil in these areas. I expected to leave the establishment feeling relaxed and less tense but I left feeling the same. I was asked by the lady taking my appointment for feedback, which I gladly gave and was asked to come back and try a different masseuse in my next visit. I understand this is common business language to get customers to return, but I can't help but express that there should be standardized techniques - what if I come back and don't like the technique of the new masseuse? Will you ask me to come back to try a third masseuse? I understand if the client asks you to focus on specific areas (to which I did not, hence the importance of a standardized technique), but how was I supposed to know while making the appointment that she was only going to spend 90 mins on my shoulders and rub oil on the rest of my body? More importantly, how do you guarantee *consistency* for customer retention? Anyway, this review isn't specific to the masseuse which is why I haven't mentioned her name - I'm sure she's amazing in her own ways and requested by clients who prefer gentle rubs. I was really excited about this second location as it's much closer to home, however, I expected better customer service as I left feeling like I was out of $80+tip. I'm happy to pay as long as I receive the service in which I paid for. For context, I asked for partial comp service for my next visit, which to be fair, makes sense since she did not massage (only rubbed) my lower back, buttocks, thighs and calves. The lady taking appointments mentioned she would talk to the owner and get back to me "tomorrow", but it's been 5 days and I'm still waiting to hear back.......

This salon offers a wide range of services ranging from facials to nails to waxing to massages. Clean bathroom and clean & renovated facilities overall. Enjoyed my time and was comfortable with everything. The massage room was serene and clean. Enjoyed the essential oil that was used during my body rub. My masseuse was kind, gentle and checked in with me periodically to make sure that the pressure was just right. Make sure you communicate how much pressure you want, any injuries, any preferences, etc., so that the masseuse knows what to focus on and what to be careful with. Good quality massage for a fair price. Staff at the reception were quick and efficient. Pay cash to avoid card fees.

MK has a beautiful interior and the employees were all friendly. We both decided to get an hour massage and manicures. I received a gel manicure. It took about 40 minutes to remove my gel, give me a manicure and apply French gel. I am happy with my nails. My friend received a regular manicure and said it was good too! Next, our massages. What a surprise! They have private rooms where you change and lay on the massage bed. My hour long session was amazing. My masseuse stretched me and rubbed me down really well. UGH - the best part is the head rub lol! Prices are also very reasonable and it's cheaper to pay with cash (don't have to pay extra tax). Will definitely be back!

I was greeted and brought into my room once I presented my Groupon bday gift from my best friend. The room was clean, smelled clean and the music was very calming. I totally forgot to get the young lady's name that did my facial, but she was very sweet, she explained what she would be doing and did warn me about the extraction process and that it may be painful around the nose area to remove the blackheads. This isn't my first facial but it's been a while and I knew it wouldn't be pleasant lol but "beauty is pain" right ladies??? My face was cleansed, washed, toned, and moisturized. I was also given a mask and a steamer was used. This was very relaxing and a great experience. She was careful about my lash extensions, because I was nervous that it would make them come off but nope. She also gave me a little massage which was pleasant, wish I payed for that lol because it felt so good. I did not want to leave. As a Groupon purchaser I've experience some businesses treat me differently because I payed less but not here. Can we say INTEGRITY!!! I will definitely eat back and make sure to invite my loved ones.

With that said, I decided to give this place a chance and my experience was incredible. They speak English and they are located in the basement so it can be hard to spot but once inside, their space is cozy, warm, and very relaxing. They even have a fish tank so it gives this place a Feng-Shui vibe. The massage I received from my masseuse was absolutely fantastic!!! He knew exactly where all my knots were at and focused on it instead of just massaging at areas that didn't hurt. The seat was very comfortable and before sitting down, they even offer me water. With my 30 min massage, it also came with hot stones that my masseuse would use to rub my feet. It felt so good that I felt like he was melting all my pain and tightness away. I also had a body massage as well, and with that they would take you into a private room to focus on all your kinks and knots. I would point to him places I would like for him to focus on and he did. If he moved to a spot I didn't like and I ask him to move back, he was more then happy to do so. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and I'm definitely planning to come back whenever my feet starts acting up again. They are priced very responsible so make sure you tip them well.
