The front desk was very helpful with the tip situation -- they gave us cash for the amount we had added as a tip on the card machine so we could give the cash directly to the people who gave us our massages. When arriving, they said they don't take Groupon anymore because they switched management. "The old manager canceled the Groupon account." They said I can contact Groupon with this number, which didn't work. They tried to call for me but the number wasn't even the right number. They kept insisting that they will give me a good deal instead of helping me to get my money back from Groupon. They also said I can call the old owner and ask them to help. Basically I was left there to work on this issue myself. They didn't even apologize. Also they didn't speak English. I had to speak to them in Mandarin. Horrible management.
