Amazing foot and back massage. Clean and courteous. Called and made appointment, no wait.

Made an appointment here for 2 pm, we arrived 10 mins early. We were told that they could not take us for a long time without explanation and were walked downstairs to the basement to a room with a couch, tv, and fridge. Then the door was shut on us with no lights on. We had to wait one hour and 15 mins here. I did like the actual service once it started, it was relaxing. Foot massage was good. The worst experience of my life!!! I had a male masseuse for a one hour foot massage. He wouldn't stop talking, stretching, and scratching his arms.. He literally focused on my left foot for 40 minutes!! I feel so upset!! Even the front desk woman (manager??) got involved in the loud conversation and terribly distracting environment.. You think they would understand that people go for a foot massage for a relaxing experience. Instead all I received is chest pain and an irritated left foot!! Please people, read the reviews!! I've never had such a horrible and upsetting experience anywhere. I went in expecting a normal massage, but what happened was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and deeply disappointing. The staff were rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. They made me feel unwelcome and treated me differently from other customers. When I questioned the service and the overcharges on my bill, they became even more disrespectful and started making inappropriate and biased remarks. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they escalated things and called the police on me for absolutely no valid reason. I was calm, polite, and only asked to be treated fairly -- but they handled the situation with hostility and intimidation. It was embarrassing, frustrating, and completely unnecessary. This business scammed me, treated me unfairly, and showed zero professionalism. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They need to be investigated for how they treat customers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually respects people and runs their business with honesty and integrity Scammed me called the cops on me over 40 dollors. read more

A few pros and cons here. I'll start with the pros: the space is new so it's very nice, they have free drinks for you while you wait (although I've never had to wait), the prices are very inexpensive even with the mandatory tip, and a special shout-out to Lisa who's a sweet lady and my favorite masseuse here. Cons: Wildly different experiences depending on who your masseuse is, the only good massage I've had here was with Lisa, everyone else was very MEH. Also, the mandatory tip that is printed on a big sign up front is extremely off-putting: a tip is by definition, NOT REQUIRED! read more

Came here on a Sunday with my Mom and Sis~ They're new, so they are running some promotion, an hour of foot was only like $25. My mom had coupons It was a really relaxing. Jason was the worker that gave my the massage. He was wonderful. Very professionally. They make sure to ask your comfort level, and let you know you can request adjustments at any time. They start off with a long shoulder massage, which I really needed cause of my office job. Then move on to foot. Make sure you wear something that's give access to at least your knees haha. The place is super spacious and lets in a lot of light. They even have free drinks and ice cream for the customers. The hour is over with too fast! Great customer service! They were welcoming and friendly. They let us sit in their beautiful backyard where you don't feel like you are on 13th Avenue! You can even BYOB!!! It's definitely a great place to celebrate a bachelorette party or a birthday. They had a special that had a discounted price too. My friend and I went for a foot massage and it was amazing. They even give you a neck and shoulder rub for 15 minutes. Also, they provide you with a free drink and ice cream if you'd like. The place is very clean and neat. Definitely returning! read more

Found this gem on Yelp. Maggie the hostess was wonderful. She very accommodating, professional and quite sweet. The place is immaculate! The uniformed staff very professional and well groomed. They start with a back and neck room while your feet are placed in an aromatic bath. My party of 3 truly enjoyed ourselves and plan to make this our spot! The pictures uploaded by the spa are exactly what you see when you visit the place. I was going to Manhattan for foot massages- not any more! My new spot for relaxation! read more

The accosted me on my way out demanding a higher tip saying they have a mandatory tip of $10 - my half hour foot massage which cost $23 . They stopped me on my way out and they treated me like I was running out on my tab . I always tip generously but demanding a 50% tip is ridiculous . read more

I went there four times. Each experience was different. My last one will be my last one!!! Highly disappointed. The person helped me( I won't say names bec I'm not trying to get ppl In trouble) BUT the one hour foot rub was more like 45 mins stopping every few mins. The shoulder rub was the same motion over and over I asked to have it harder bec I do have knots I want him to take out but with the same motion it did nothing. The foot rub was no effort in it. Did not rub my foot like a spa would. When it came for payment I gave him the tip and he threw it at me and showed the 15$ min in the sign. I was very disrespected at the end that I was giving him a 10$ tip instead of a 15$ one when clearly I wasn't happy with my experience. Walked in early one day and they were so welcoming! Started with a long back, shoulder, neck, and arm massage then moved into a very thorough foot and lower leg massage. Chairs are super comfortable, lots of natural light in the room, and very spacious. The team was so sweet to us. Beverages were provided and snacks offered. I would definitely come again! read more
