They call the day before to confirm your appts which I thought was very nice. When we first got there for our original appt it seemed as though it was separate rooms at different time slots. There was def miscommunication between the bookings, confirming appts, and the website. Basically if you're booking a couples massage don't use the site. It's more for single bookings in my opinion. However Bianca, was so nice--she was able to accommodate us for another date (which we were fine with) at no charge. She calmed me down a lot being that I'm 9 months pregnant. Super sweet and just went beyond. So upon arriving for our actual appts--Bianca greeted us right away. Took our coats and we were led upstairs within 5 mins. They offered tea or water. They provided us robes/slippers and our own little cubby with a lock and key. We waited maybe 5 more mins after we got dressed --then we got taken upstairs. Very calming inside for sure. Andrew was superb! The best. Abs book with him. He was great. For a prenatal massage I felt amazing afterwards. He informed me that there will be times he's going to ask about guidance specifically the hips since that's where I'm bothered the most being that pregnant people can really only sleep on their sides. Just an amazing massage! Get the lavender scent--it's soooo good. My husband had Holly and she was super nice. He said he loved his first massage ever. She was great. She asked him any pain/problem areas. Glad to say my husband is into spas now lol. The massages and staff definitely made up for the miscommunication that happened in the beginning and happy that we didn't end up cancelling it. Def worth it. Price was under $300. Plus Bianca gifted me a complimentary body scrub which was so nice of her. She's really great. Holly, Andrew and Bianca were amazing! One star off for the website (maybe it needs to be more specific about certain services-- at least for users who's never been to a spa). Def worth a visit. I'll be coming back post natal for another massage.

An Unforgettable, Heart-Lifting Experience at The Green Spa…read more Today's visit to The Green Spa was exactly what my heart and spirit needed. From the moment I stepped inside, Bianca at the front desk embraced me with such kindness and genuine warmth that I instantly felt safe, welcomed, and cared for. She went above and beyond in a way that truly touched me -- she is a rare gem in customer care, someone who makes you feel seen and valued the second you walk in. My facial with Lydia was nothing short of magical. Her touch was calming, her presence comforting, and the entire experience felt like an exhale I didn't realize I was holding in. I left not only with glowing skin, but with a sense of peace and renewal I haven't felt in a long time. Thank you, Bianca and Lydia, for your compassion, your talent, and your beautiful energy. This visit meant more to me than just a treatment -- it was healing. I am so grateful and can't wait to return. Dorinda

I did the back massage for $49 for 60 minutes and got and extra 15 min with the promo. First of all, it is more spa like than it seems from the store front. Very similar to tang spa set-up with foot massages in front and individual/ couple massages in the back. I thought they used the space very efficiently and each Individual unit is pretty spacious. The decor is simplistic but still spa - like and very clean. My masseuse was Tammy and I asked for "hard" and she delivered. My upper back and shoulders were tight and she spent a good amount of time to work on those areas and pressure was smooth, consistent and hard . Perfect for what I needed. She applied hot stones at one point. The towel to wipe away the oil was hot which I like but if you don't like hot , let the masseuse know. Last 15 minutes she actually gave me a foot massage, which I didn't know if I liked since I don't like people touching my feet but I actually did . Overall, very good experience and looking forward to convince my husband to come with me for a couples massage! My la

After I selected, she guided me to one of the many rooms. Inside my pristine room was a dim semi-circle light, relaxing sounds, clothing hangers, a countertop, a sink, cabinets, and a gigantic mirror. Obviously there was the massage table too, just that everything else stood out more to me. The places I have been to are just sectioned off walls that do not reach the ceiling. My massage therapist was Lily. She started off asking what pressure I wanted. I said hard and then she started the timer. Yup, it hurt in a great way. It began with a warmup of massaging through the towel before going to the oils. She focused primarily on the body before ending it with a head massage. Got a smole cup of water on the way out too :) P.S - They also have a punch/stamp card ! This place is conveniently located next to the B82 bus and F train. There are bicycle locking stations in front and metered parking across the street.
