The staff here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable with close attention to detail. It was my first time getting a gel manicure so I wasn't sure about what I wanted exactly but they were able to provide suggestions which ended up better than I could have imagined. The salon was also thoroughly cleaned after each client and being that this was the first time since pre-pandemic that I had visited a nail salon, I felt completely comfortable. I can't wait to visit again! read more

Nails by Eva - First ever gel manicure! Soft pink with silver sparkles. - Nail Salons Near Me - Bay Ridge, New York

French pedicure and manicure by Anna. Cons: 1) Gel manicure doesn't lasts long, on day 4 my French started cracking; 2) talking to each other while doing manicure, plus in language that clients don't understands; 3) no tea/coffee offered; 4) teaching her coworkers while doing pedicure, I didn't feel comfortable when 2 other technician was standing close to her and watching her doing my pedicure and manicure, really weird, take a separate time to teach please. Pros: 1) possible make same day appointment; 2) massage after manicure; 3) Anna was nice, took her time to explain all about Silk type manicure; 4) Anna made good French lines but not perfect read more

Never again! 1st visit, I was put in a pedicure chair and left waiting 25 minutes while workers were standing around. I then got the quickest pedicure ever, ignoring my ingrown toenails. 2nd chance..I went with a friend who was getting a pedicure. I only needed a manicure. They put polish remover on my nails, wrapped to remove a gel manicure. She didn't put much remover on. She left me waiting until my friend was finished. Then broke three of my nails trying to scrape off the polish, because there wasn't enough remover. She proceeded to cut every nail to balance out. She cut so short it hurts. There is no white to my nails left. I said I now had no time for polish, just buff. She charged me full price even though I had no polish, AND $5 extra for taking off the old polish. Most places charge $2 for that! I said that was too much, she would only repeat $5. read more

I like my nails thin and natural, even with gel (powder & UV). Since I have decent nail beds (wide), I have always asked the salon stylist to make my nails thin and of course... none could've done a better job than this place! I'm so excited I finally found a place that do my nails exactly how I want it! read more

Nails by Eva - Powder gel - Nail Salons Near Me - Bay Ridge, New York

These nail salons are a dime a dozen but what I like about this one is because the owner Anna and her staff try to remember all her clients . Now I am not your high rollers here, I get only basic mani/pedi no gel no nothing but they still make me feel special. I bring my daughter and her little friend here and they are also treated nicely. It is nice to go to a place that knows your name. read more

A $35 gel manicure after less than 4 days is already half off. I used to love this place and come frequently but this time they rushed me and one of the workers got aggravated with me and was pushing for me to give more tip than I gave-even suggesting for me to use my credit card after asking me once and me not being able to since I didn't have more cash in me. Really disappointed because I liked this place a lot. But after having such a terrible job done and being pressured like that for extra tips, I won't be going back read more

Young girl that was doing my nails was rude. Every time I was asking her questions she was answering in frustration. After they were speaking in Chinese probably discussing my questions. Do they know that it's unethical to speak different language in front of a client?. Then when time came to pay they charged me more than they said in the beginning and were insisting on the tips. Just rude service and for sure not gonna waist money on that. read more

Came here on a Monday afternoon and showed my manicurist a picture of gradient nails that I wanted. Was quoted a price of $25 plus $10 for the gradient effect. She immediately got to work and picked the perfect colors for me to create that beautiful look. The outcome was amazing and I can't stop obsessing over it! Great work! In addition, the staff here are really professional and truly knows what customer service is all about. They greet you and remember you even if it meant you visited more than 6 months ago and made me feel really welcome. I really like that aspect! Also, the salon is relaxing, calm and clean with nice decor related to nature. Highly recommend this nail salon for a relaxing and beautiful nail experience! read more

I can not say enough good things about this nail salon. Clean, accommodating, friendly staff & excellent service. I've been coming here for about 5 months so this review is long over due. My most recent visit was on October 24, 2016. I asked for tips with the organic gel manicure which is a powered dip. My nails are very bad & weak- my gel manicures normally last around 10 days. Here I am now over 2 weeks later and my nail are still intact. I couldn't be happier. Anna is amazing! read more

Nails by Eva - Tips with organic gel compliments of Anna. Over 2 weeks and still going strong - Nail Salons Near Me - Bay Ridge, New York

Came here because the place I go to in the area as a walk in had a 40 min wait. Let's just say, this place is great and I will be coming again. I came in and was taken care of right away. Clean, spacious, nice atmosphere. Mei started my pedicure but had to stop because her appointment came in (she apologized profusely) and Susan finished and did my manicure. Both women did a great job and I'll be coming back again read more

I can't live without my Anna. I've been a customer of Anna for over 20years and I have followed her from Manhattan to Eva Nails in Brooklyn and I still get the best service ever. The place is clean and so relaxing. I never want to leave :) Thank Anna and her team!! read more

Went 2 times. First time the girl cut my cuticles and I was bleeding. She didn't apologize but rather said my skin's too soft. Second time another lady rushed my organic gel manicure and I ended up with gel polish on my fingers. Prices are higher compared to other salons. Would not visit again. read more

After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a chance. I will NEVER go back again. I had a manicure and pedicure the lady cut my toenails too short than decided to file them down which caused me pain. After I told her she stopped I have never experienced this is my life and have pedicures often. During the manicure she decides to take a dirty scissor from her cabinet to cut my cuticles, I told her I did not want that scissor used on me. I tipped her after all her mistakes and she did not offer to help me to put on my shoes. Worst service, inexperienced nail technicians, there are so many nail salons around the neighborhood that are cleaner and with better prices like Mimi Nails and Angel Gift Spa. Anna the manager apologized but my toenail still hurts. read more

Stopped by for three manicures on Saturday and the lovely Anna accommodated my sister and I while my best friend was taken care of by another kind technician! I have to say, this was by far one of the cleanest salons I've visited in New York while on vacation and I will definitely return! Clean sterilized nail instruments were used for every client and disposed properly and the ambiance was very pleasant! I felt very welcomed and will be sure to refer this salon to my family, friends and colleagues! read more

I love going to this salon. They are very clean and the environment is so friendly. Massages during the mani/pedis are wonderful- you'll want to get an extra 10 minutes! Prices are very fair. Every time I go, I end up having a different woman working on me and, every time, I have left so happy and satisfied. I live close by and I feel so very lucky to be able to take a short walk for such great treatment. read more

I would like to say this nail salon is GREAT! I walked in and my nails were really bad. Anna (owner) took me at 7:30 pm. I wanted to make an appt . She said sit in my chair I will take care of you. And she did. Thank you so much Anna and to a great place and it's so clean. You are THE BEST ! read more

Master(don't remember her name) has literally "tore" the cuticle. In two days the fresh manicure just gone

This is a great nail salon...they do a great job and they are quick. This is my favorite nail salon in bay ridge. I definitely recommend this place. read more

My friends and I had a wonderful experience here. Anna was so inviting and accommodating. We were taken right away and Anna explained all the different services. All of us were extremely satisfied with our mani/pedi and will come back again. read more

If you don't mind being left with your feet sitting in a tub of cold water for an hour while you wait then this place is for you. And if you don't mind having your feet scrubbed so roughly that you are in pain then this is also the p!ace for you. Inexperience reigns here. read more

Great service. Thank you. One of the best experiences that you can find searching for manicure in Brooklyn in my view. Friendly personnel.

My best friend Susan works here and she is incredible, but I can't say enough good things about all of them. Elaine, Mei, Tina and Ms Anna ! Best nail salon in Bay Ridge ! Love my girls read more

I had a mani-pedi at Nails by Eva and am very pleased with the service and the results. The salon is very clean, the staff friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I feel my nail tech went above and beyond my expectations for a walk-in mani-pedi appointment. I really felt pampered and my nails look great! I will definitely return the next time I'm in this neighborhood. read more

Best gel manicure I've ever gotten!! Anytime I get a gel manicure it does not last past 3 days without chipping. Not here, my gel manicure lasted two weeks thanks to Susan. I recently tried the organic gel manicure and it's also lasted a long time. Love this place, it's clean and relaxing and the staff is always friendly. My go to nail spot in bay ridge. read more

As another reviewer said, there are a million places like this in a five block radius. I had walked into two that I knew and they both had a half hour wait. So I walked into this place and they took me right away. I should have waited. The person who gave me the pedicure chopped into my nails so carelessly that she gave me a horrible and painful ingrown nail. Just for good measure she took to my foot with the callous remover like it was a cheese grater and my foot was a chunk of parmigiano. Stay away. There are too many other options to put up with this place. read more

A friend of mine told me about this place & today I went back for the 2nd time - I had Tina, she was very slow, she made my cuticles bleed when cleaning them on my toes & my fingers, she didn't even get all of them from my nails, I had to ask her to do a better job. The place itself isn't bad, the staff is nice & friendly. The 1st time I went I had Mei, let's just say if I go back I'll be sure to see Mei! read more

Anna was soo welcoming. She did my nails exactly how I wanted them to be done. I highly recommend !!!

My new favorite nail spot! I'm not sure why it says appointment only considering the fact I called and hey told me I could walk in, but then again it might've been because it wasn't busy. But anyways I got a manicure and pedicure by them 4-5 days ago and my nails still look fabulous(considering I work with my hands a lot)! I believe the owner greeted me when I first entered and she was super nice, she had me seated at the massage chair and feet soaking while I wait for my manicurist. The price was also cheap, can't remember the exact prices but def under $30(including tip) to get my toes and nails done. Nail color selection is nice as well. I will def be coming back! read more

Came in here today because I wanted to try a new nail salon. So I took the risk and went in and chose the silver spa pedicure. I had Ana and she was wonderful! She made sure I was comfortable & she did a great job on my pedicure. Relaxing!!!! She took her time and I love that.... Definitely worth the $35. I will definitely be coming back to see Ana again. read more

My sister and I were desperate for some relaxing mani pedi's New Year's Day only to find all the nail salons in Bay Ridge were closed! We luckily stumbled upon Eva's and ended up having a great experience. The service was thorough, very friendly, quick (but not too quick), and the quality very solid. I will definitely return. The atmosphere was relaxing and the place was very clean too. read more

I went in there not knowing what was good in the area. I took a chance and was very happy. Ana, the owner did my mani/pedi and it was perfect.
