My pinky had a raw cut on it from it being sanded down. That really hurt. Will most definitely be asking for another girl next time because that was not worth getting a raw cut on my finger. They had another lady that seemed to be very popular. That lady who spoke English was constantly on her phone taking bookings and she was always saying that she was fully booked. I can't believe I never checked them out since there isn't much nail places around my neighborhood. Usually I hate going to the nail salons because the service is dreadful and the results are not worth the price I pay. However, the girls here made me feel welcomed. I got acrylic tips and gel on top for $41. Usually it is $38 but since I requested a coffin shape, it was $3 more. I believe refills are $33. Not the cheapest but it is worth. FYI: Make sure you have an appointment, specially if you are doing more than just a mani + pedi. When I came to this location, it was to my surprise how many middle school kids were there. This nail salon has a separate menu price for younger children, which was very interesting and accommodating! I've arrived to get my gel nails removed and for a regular layer of polish. This location is rather popular, it will be most wise to get an appointment instead of just walking in. When I arrived, their appointments were late, therefore they were able to squeeze me in for a quick manicure. Their polish collection is wide. The customer service was amazing. Amy truly greeted everyone and also welcomed everyone in. My nails were done by Jessey, she was packed with appointments (she's off on wednesdays). Jessey was super sweet and accommodating. She really took the time to smooth out each layer and took me over to the quick dry station with all my belongings! Also she let the heated towel cool off for a few seconds before placing it on my hand, it felt very nice and warm as opposed to burning. After looking for a nail salon that can do both acrylic tips and gel manicures, I've tried a couple of nail salons near me, and I decided to come here. I respect it, if you can tell me beforehand if you don't have the proper tools to do what I asked. I wanted my acrylic gel tips removed and I wanted a gel manicure. This technician starts taking a fake artificial nail and scraping my fake nails off. She ended up breaking my actual nail and it started to bleed. So you're not about to paint over a nail, that's half broken... I kept asking her to shave it down because the way she was removing the nails was digging into my actual nail. Previous nail salons, have me soaking my nails and then shaving it down. She continued to use a piece of an artificial nail to take off my tips.. she kept picking up her phone, which I was getting annoyed of. If I'm paying you for a service, I expect the service to be done. If you can't do it, let me know so I can save my own nails and go elsewhere. The technician still asked me if I wanted to do a polish, and all I asked for was a clear top coat. I was so upset, I just wanted to leave. OH and also, them removing my artificial nails and BREAKING my one nail and making me bleed, charged me $16. Will not be coming here again. Unbelievable. read more

If it was just about my nails I'd give the salon 5 stars. I went in for a powder manicure and a Brazilian wax. The manicure was great. My nails look fabulous and I loved how quick and painless it was. I cannot say the same for the wax. It is patchy and almost 1/3 of the hair is still there. first of all i have to thank amy for doing my nails so lovely! this was my first time doing them here. i asked for coffin acrylic gel nails. and she did them perfectly! she gave me a wide variety of gel colors and i picked a light baby blue ish color. i asked her about designs for my ring finger because i didn't want to leave it plain and she showed me her instagram and she had this stripe white color and i liked it a lot! she told me normally without design a coffin gel acrylic nails would cost $38. which is not bad at all and for a design is 3 dollars more. definitely going back again. read more

So I barely give reviews unless I find something really wrong. So I was looking for nail salons around me that have good reviews (and if you live in the area you know there's not many) and I saw all the good reviews on this salon so I went (with an appointment at 12 for gel acrylic tips on a Friday. When I went in it wasn't that busy and I had an appointment so I expected to walk right in or just wait a few minutes but they obviously don't time their appointments very well because I was sitting waiting for 40 minutes y'all 40!!! I was pretty annoyed but I think it was cause there was only one person doing tips but they could've at least put my appointment a little later if they knew it takes so long. Now I finally got my tips done and they were beautiful I won't lie about that but I been looking around watching YouTube videos on how to remove them because I wanted to remove them myself and I came across something called mma which is an illegal substance that is supposed to normally used in dental offices but are sold cheap to nail salons to use as acrylics. I was so afraid to remove my nails because mma destroys your nails and is very gooey and hard to take off. So today I decide I'm gonna take off only one nail to see how hard it'll be to take them all off. As I started it seemed like ama (which is what you are supposed to use for acrylic) then I realized it was just the gel and when the acrylic started coming off it was gooey and took me 30 minutes for just one nail! Amy nails uses illegal products for their nails don't get your tips done here unless you want weak and just messed up nails. Hi Amy nails? More like bye Amy nails and Hi destroyed nails.
