9 months ago I had posted a previous review and recently it was read by this office , I received a telephone call from the office manager who is a lovely woman, in fact all of the staff is very professional , warm and welcoming when your dealing with them. On that call she advised me to schedule an appointment , come in and we will rectify the problem at no cost to me. So I did go in and did nothing but wasted 90 minutes of my life. After addressing my 2 issues ,1st about uneven eyelids from an upper eyelid lift , a new explanation from Dr Heller was given to me . This time he blamed it on a muscle issue in my eyelid. Never was told that before and now it's 2 years after the procedure ??? As far as the lower eyelids that I wanted to address with the original procedure and was told not to , we call use a filler after the healing of of the original procedure was complete. After I returned he then informed me that fillers aren't advisable for someone my age and if I wanted to do the procedure it would cost me $6000 , when it could have been done during the 1st procedure saving the cost of paying for surgical cost , room, anesthesia etc. now it would cost $8000 to do the procedure on this latest visit after my 1st review was read and told to come in and they would arrange to "fix it" at no cost to me all I received was new reasoning and excuses for upper eyelid issue and a cost of $2000 higher to address lower eyelid procedure . I left my consultation almost in tears. The man I met with was very negative in my opinon. And a little rude. He called me a "big girl" and askes me was I doing anything about it. I feel that was very inappropriate yo ask especially since I'm in his office for a liposuction consultation. The he told me lipo wouldn't help. I needed a strict diet. They turns around and try to sell me on getting a tummy tuck and lipo together. The reason for this was because I have fat behind my muscle wall in my abdomen. So surgery won't work. So why try to make me pay all that money for something that he knows won't give me what I need. Dr has lack of people skills in my opinion. Appt. left me very upset. read more
