I started to notice slight peeling on my right foot on the 2nd day, and more so on the 3rd. It's not appealing to look at, but I am mesmerized by how soft the bottom of my feet were looking. It is so smooth. I was told on the fourth day I needed to let my feet soak in water for 20 mins. This is supposed to help exfoliate it more. The peel seems to be working more on the ball of my feet versus the heels, but it is peeling as well. I feel like I have brand new feet again. My feet are born again like a baby's foot. Imagine most of us walk on our feet everyday. We wear socks, sandals, sneakers, wedges and heels. It goes through wear and tear, and we should take care of our feet as we take care of our face. It takes a lot to keep a business running for five years in New York. Although people are quick to criticize, they are sadly slow to compliment a job well done. I have been getting Botox and fillers for years, and have a good understanding of what good results are supposed to look like. I have had Botox twice at Chi Aesthetics, and it was perfect both times. I had fillers done, and the result was better than my previous technician (in another state) had accomplished. She was able to address difficult spots that require a high level of skill -- without injuring me or resulting in uneven results -- despite the frequent interruptions and questions from her trainee. At my most recent appointment, I started asking about her laser treatments and cellulite treatments. She spent the better part of an hour answering all of my questions about each type of treatment, what it does, which treatment would likely have better results for me, and even suggested the less expensive option as being more appropriate for accomplishing my goals. I went home and did some research on the machines and the treatments, and found that she had been flawlessly honest and transparent. I value that so much in a business owner. I'm not just a quick paycheck to her, I'm a long-term investment. That's an attitude that has sadly become uncommon these days. On the technical side, this business has the "Do-it-all" laser! Hair growth has been definitely impaired. The laser treatment here is truly 100% effective, quick and does not hurt as many have stated on Yelp. However, what drew me to her in the first place was her level of professionalism, honesty and ability to make me so extremely comfortable with her. She was right on target with how many sessions she recommended for each body part, and was honest enough to say, hey, I don't think it'll work on this area, or it'll take too many sessions on other areas. And most importantly!! IT WORKS! Quite painless too, as I don't use any numbing creams beforehand.
