She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly--even though English isn't her first language, she makes sure you understand the process as best as possible. I've gotten both Botox and fillers here (and have tried Botox at other med spas before). Personally, I don't find Botox very helpful in achieving the look I want, so I stopped getting it--it just felt like a waste of money for me. But Juvederm fillers? That's a whole different story. I get them every year, and honestly, it's more like maintenance than anything else, because the results last so well. For example, my lips stay plump for a year or more--I've never noticed the filler wearing off or disappearing. Dr. Amina is amazing at shaping and making sure you're informed and comfortable every step of the way. Plus, she offers a free touch-up 14 days after your initial appointment, which is a great bonus. 10/10 if you ask me!

I have gone to her for Botox / full face rejuvenation and granted, l've gotten Botox from Dr Amina, but I feel so much more pleasant in the face. Her work is beautiful, her space is easy to get to and there's parking. If you haven't checked out her work, your messin up. I'm also reading these other reviews and I'm shocked because this hasn't been my experience. If you're unhappy with your service in anything, tell your service provider so they can get it right.

Beauty Works NYC (Dr. Barry Weintraub) is a great place for just about all your aesthetic needs…read more Michelle Malpica is an AMAZING aesthetic nurse. Knowing when less is more and more is necessary to achieve balance and the desired outcome. But first the backstory....after coming to the skincare game a bit late in life, I found a cosmetic physician who had great reviews. I reached out and made an appointment. Bad idea. I had an awful experience when she kinda botched my right tear trough (under eye area) with dermal filler. The area under my right eye was left lumpy and uneven. In addition, I had Botox in the forehead and that too was not done properly and I ended up with a spock brow. And the spock brow is just as it sounds - my right eyebrow arched in the middle. Great if I were on Star Trek, not so great for your everyday 49 year old NYC guy. So I saw a plastic surgeon to address these issues who seemed very good and came highly recommended from a friend, but he advised dissolving the filler and going the surgical route. I wasn't ready for surgery. So onward and upward. After more research online, I reached out to Dr. Barry Weintraub's office and the amazing Jill responded and told me about Michelle Malpica. Michelle is a registered nurse with an ER background and years in the aesthetic space. In addition, she's on her way to becoming an NP. I explained to Michelle what the issues were and my concerns. She examined my face in great detail and pointed out what happened to the the under eye area. The Spock brow was an easy fix with the correct placement of a little more Botox. The under eye was a little more complex. That required dissolving the current filler and starting over. Michelle dissolved the filler and a week later I was back. She did an amazing job! It required a couple of visits with some tweaking, but I couldn't be happier. In addition, I've had a couple of laser treatments and I'll be having a facial next. Though I can't personally speak to the aesthetician, Sanela or to Dr. Weintraub (I think their reviews speak for themselves), I can speak to the amazing work of michelle Malpica. A kind, empathetic nurse with great knowledge of facial anatomy and an amazing eye for symmetry and balance. Can't recommend this medical practice enough!

They aren't even making an effort to make it right with a written reply. As you can see in my screenshot and in their reply it says "Sincerely Heights Aesthetic Center. What ChatGPT doesn't realize is that they have not reaponded to any of my communication except for this review. And, stating the obvious, they didn't provide alternatives.

Laser removal was done in the wrong area at their second location was dismissed and compared to having a bad hair day at the salon, kept getting addressed by the wrong name, and told that mentioning being sick required me to get tested for Covid even if symptoms were unrelated to get rid of me. Due to this review, they decided to cancel a paid session and two others without a refund; I was also told I was no longer welcomed and threatened with police force if I didn't stop requesting one. They even attempted to coerce me into signing legal paperwork to get this negative review and others removed if I wanted to receive a tiny fraction refunded from what I was initially promised. I know this is one negative review from the wave of positive reviews they have but use your logic. Do you want services from a place that expresses itself as such? Do you believe people are traveling from other states for their treatments? Mistreats their customers when things go wrong? And then scams them when you genuinely express their experiences? There are much better options out there. Customer service etiquette adds to the value of a company. This review is based on interactions I had with this company since Aug 29 and how disgusting their reaction was since I left a negative review. And yes, they are allowed to refuse services, but that should be followed with a refund. Refusing to do so, which they did, is called fraud. For anyone, having similar issues, please contact New York State Attorney General, FCC, and file cases with small claims. --- RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT -- Thankfully, there's an email screenshot where you agreed to take over my sessions passed on from your second location. So get lost with your condescending attitude. The owner of these locations should stop scamming and coercing people into signing legal paperwork to avoid negative reviews. -- Reviews are updated periodically --

I've been seeing Natalya for facials and laser treatment for over a month now and my experience with her has been wonderful. She is an excellent cosmetologist and a very caring person. In addition to facials and laser treatment, she has also provided me products specifically for my skin and instructions on how to properly clean my face every morning and night. She also checks in on me every day to ensure that I am following the steps properly and to adjust my facial cleansing routine depending on how my skin responds to certain products and/or lifestyle changes. I've never worked with a cosmetologist (or even a dermatologist for that matter) who has been more thorough and effective at improving my skin and educating me on how to properly care for my skin on my own. My skin has already started showing major improvements compared to before I started seeing her, and I credit that to her level of care and attention to my individual skin needs. I'm very happy with the results I've seen so far and will continue to see her in the future. Highly recommend!
