First let me just say that my experience here has been phenomenal! The time energy and effort put into finding the right technique for my skin type is unmatched. I recommend this place to anyone struggling to get through post-baby, post-COVID (maskne). You can pay for expensive treatments but you can't put a price on great customer service! Please come here, I promise you it's worth the time. Not to mention my skin is phenomenal. To date I've had (2) laser genius treatments and a peel! read more

So, after waiting months for a reply to my emails and calls, I get a response to my Yelp review. And, as you can see by this screenshot, even their response was written by ChatGPT. They aren't even making an effort to make it right with a written reply. As you can see in my screenshot and in their reply it says "Sincerely Heights Aesthetic Center. This version clarifies your attempts to offer alternative solutions and your policy while remaining empathetic and open to communication." What ChatGPT doesn't realize is that they have not reaponded to any of my communication except for this review. And, stating the obvious, they didn't provide alternatives. read more

This place needs some significant sensitivity training. Learning to be respectful and considerate to your customers goes a long way. Laser removal was done in the wrong area at their second location was dismissed and compared to having a bad hair day at the salon, kept getting addressed by the wrong name, and told that mentioning being sick required me to get tested for Covid even if symptoms were unrelated to get rid of me. Due to this review, they decided to cancel a paid session and two others without a refund; I was also told I was no longer welcomed and threatened with police force if I didn't stop requesting one. They even attempted to coerce me into signing legal paperwork to get this negative review and others removed if I wanted to receive a tiny fraction refunded from what I was initially promised. I know this is one negative review from the wave of positive reviews they have but use your logic. Do you want services from a place that expresses itself as such? Do you believe people are traveling from other states for their treatments? Mistreats their customers when things go wrong? And then scams them when you genuinely express their experiences? There are much better options out there. Customer service etiquette adds to the value of a company. This review is based on interactions I had with this company since Aug 29 and how disgusting their reaction was since I left a negative review. And yes, they are allowed to refuse services, but that should be followed with a refund. Refusing to do so, which they did, is called fraud. For anyone, having similar issues, please contact New York State Attorney General, FCC, and file cases with small claims. --- RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT -- Thankfully, there's an email screenshot where you agreed to take over my sessions passed on from your second location. So get lost with your condescending attitude. The owner of these locations should stop scamming and coercing people into signing legal paperwork to avoid negative reviews. -- Reviews are updated periodically -- read more

Every time I go to Heights Aesthetic Laser Center I have such a great experience. I do my laser facials and tattoo removal with Juliette. She is super knowledgeable in her field and explains everything to you before and after treatment. She is amazing! The skin on my face is looking brighter and tighter. I look forward to doing more treatments for pigment on my body. Also the place is super clean and comfortable. read more

recently tried to get Coolsculpting. There was much confusion about pricing between the two persons I spoke with. I felt they were rigid in discussing the various options and price gouging. Eventually I decided to try another provider. read more

Great new spot for all your beauty needs! Signed up for laser of 6 different places & couldn't believe how painless it was & Juliette was always asking about how it felt so she could adjust if necessary. We started on time but never felt rushed. Had a good glass of wine after the service in the comfortable waiting room. Fair pricing, super clean facility & friendly service!! I did Hollywood laser facial a day before my important event as it suppose to boost skin's radiance, moisture and glow and it has no downtime, which was a key for me. It was my first experience with laser and I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised that there is no pain, it's quite quick and no discomfort whatsoever. After laser followed hydrating mask ( which you see on the picture) and a moisturizing mask. I'm very happy and can right away get back to my normal life without any recovery period. Will be back again! read more

Juliette just hung up on three times. I was calling on behalf of my wife because we were not happy with the treatments. She said she doesn't have to talk to me because I called on behalf of my wife and I was not the client. When I called back the third time, because she hung on me 2 times already, she has the audacity to say she was going to call the cops on me. I asked to speak to someone else and she hung up on me for the third time. Unbelievable, I have never experienced something like this. Whatever you do, with all the options out there, do not go to this place with this disgusting and unacceptable customer service. Here my wife is with my child and cannot talk so I called for her. She then says that my wife is a grown woman and should call herself, her exact words. Why does she think that I would care what she thinks about that and her opinion of what my wife should or should not do? Is she kidding me?Does she think she is a doctor and was going over some type of confidential medical treatment? She said she is the supervisor, so I can't imagine how good a place could be if they trust their business to someone so rude and condescending. I am going to dedicate my life to leaving this review on every possible site I can. In a time like this with the pandemic, it is unacceptable to be treated like this. Avoid going to this place at all costs. If the owner would like to contact me, feel free. read more

Wow! Results! Wow! Juliette is brilliant! I have now had 2 microneedling sessions and my skin looks younger than I ever believed it could! Juliette is highly skilled at what she does, and she really seems to care that you get the results you're after. I appreciated her honesty in telling me that the procedure would be painful, which it is, but oh my - it is worth the pain! My fine lines and dark patches are rapidly disappearing and I still have one treatment to go. I can't wait for my final microneedling session with Juliette, and trust her entirely to uphold the same incredible standards! Highly recommend!!! read more

Amazing experience!! I came in for Lace MD treatment to get rid of pigmentation, sun damage and wrinkles and I had an amazing experience. The office is very nice and clean; the technician was very professional, explained the procedure and what to expect. The procedure itself was fast and I love the results. Skin is baby soft, it's glowing, and clear from sun damage. I would absolutely recommend the salon and this treatment. read more

Got my lashes done here and I am OBSESSED! I've had trouble in the past finding a place that did the lashes the way I wanted them (picky I know) and they came out SO PERFECT. I have shorter lashes that have trouble staying curled and these are incredible (look at pic below :)) The place was also so calming and the aesthetic there is so nice!! Definitely going back to get them filled in and to try out more of their services like their facials (which I desperately NEED) and thank you Lindsay!! YOURE THE BEST read more

Heights Aesthetic Laser Center - Hollywood Laser Peel - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I LOVE this place and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a beauty SPA that can take care of all your skin needs! I became a regular here recently after my friend recommended it to me. The personnel is very friendly and knowledgeable, the place is neat, and the location is very convenient. So far I tried several procedures: Hollywood facial, deep facial treatment, and laser hair removal, and all of them went spectacular, leaving me very happy with the results. Hollywood facial was a great boost before an event I was going to and made my skin glow with that special glow you can see on the faces of actors and artists during award shows. I was always wondering what type of makeup adds that translucent radiance to their faces, and now I know the answer: it's the Hollywood facial! I haven't had a deep facial cleaning in a while, and frankly, was somewhat worried about it. I also had a few bad experiences in the past, when my face was left red for days, or I would get inflammation the next day from the procedure and would have to go back so the aesthetician would fix it. Not with Juliette! She did an amazing job! My face was clean, and my skin was so soft afterward, I couldn't believe my eyes! The next day it looked fresh and still glowing, with no redness. Laser hair removal was new to me. I thought it would be painful, but Lindsay was very attentive to my pain levels, and very comforting, so the procedure was very pleasant. She also explained how it works, and what to expect in the future, which helped me to feel more relaxed about the whole process of getting rid of unwanted hair. I will continue with my regular appointments, as long as I have to, and can't wait to see the final result! I would highly recommend booking your appointment at the Heights Aesthetic Laser Center as soon as possible! read more

I started coming to Juliette four weeks ago for underarm laser treatment (specifically to treat a severe case of Acne Inversa) and it was the BEST decision I ever made! Would definitely recommend again and again! read more

If you're looking for permanent hair removal, don't go here. I've completed my 6 sessions and I am seeing full growth after about 2 months. I've called other laser centers and was told the technology used at Heights Aesthetic does not truly kill the hair follicles, causing them to regrow. Unfortunate waste of money. read more

I've been wanting to get laser hair removal since I was 16 but always too nervous to go through with it. After having an embarrassing incident with a stubbly pit appearance at my in-laws I decided to do my research. Jane at Heights Aesthetic Laser Center was so thorough and informative about the process. She's extra careful and makes sure that you're comfortable while the process is going. She also makes sure to communicate everything she's doing whether it's an adjustment on the machine or turning down the AC. I can't speak for other laser places but I've been very happy here and my results have been great. After seeing how well the process was going with me my mom hopped on board as well and absolutely loves it. Highly recommend!! read more

Beautiful laser in the Brooklyn Heights area. I was looking for centers to do hair and face removal and I was thrilled to come across this gem. I made an appointment for Botox three days prior and confirmed the service when the receptionist called to reschedule my original time. I am about half way into a laser hair removal package and am very pleased so far with the results. Juliya knows that I have very sensitive skin so she gave me a box of "super numb" to try if anyone else needs a rec for a topical anesthetic cream. Also, I bought a few large areas so she threw in two small ones complimentary!!! Excellent client service. Also, let's be honest this can be an awkward beauty treatment but she always makes me feel comfortable! Highly recommend!! read more
