This place needs some significant sensitivity training. Learning to be respectful and considerate to your customers goes a long way. Laser removal was done in the wrong area at their second location was dismissed and compared to having a bad hair day at the salon, kept getting addressed by the wrong name, and told that mentioning being sick required me to get tested for Covid even if symptoms were unrelated to get rid of me. Due to this review, they decided to cancel a paid session and two others without a refund; I was also told I was no longer welcomed and threatened with police force if I didn't stop requesting one. They even attempted to coerce me into signing legal paperwork to get this negative review and others removed if I wanted to receive a tiny fraction refunded from what I was initially promised. I know this is one negative review from the wave of positive reviews they have but use your logic. Do you want services from a place that expresses itself as such? Do you believe people are traveling from other states for their treatments? Mistreats their customers when things go wrong? And then scams them when you genuinely express their experiences? There are much better options out there. Customer service etiquette adds to the value of a company. This review is based on interactions I had with this company since Aug 29 and how disgusting their reaction was since I left a negative review. And yes, they are allowed to refuse services, but that should be followed with a refund. Refusing to do so, which they did, is called fraud. I did Hollywood laser facial a day before my important event as it suppose to boost skin's radiance, moisture and glow and it has no downtime, which was a key for me. It was my first experience with laser and I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised that there is no pain, it's quite quick and no discomfort whatsoever. Hollywood facial was a great boost before an event I was going to and made my skin glow with that special glow you can see on the faces of actors and artists during award shows. I was always wondering what type of makeup adds that translucent radiance to their faces, and now I know the answer: it's the Hollywood facial! I haven't had a deep facial cleaning in a while, and frankly, was somewhat worried about it. I also had a few bad experiences in the past, when my face was left red for days, or I would get inflammation the next day from the procedure and would have to go back so the aesthetician would fix it. Not with Juliette! She did an amazing job! My face was clean, and my skin was so soft afterward, I couldn't believe my eyes! The next day it looked fresh and still glowing, with no redness.
