I know this is one negative review from the wave of positive reviews they have but use your logic. Do you want services from a place that expresses itself as such? Do you believe people are traveling from other states for their treatments? Mistreats their customers when things go wrong? And then scams them when you genuinely express their experiences? There are much better options out there. Customer service etiquette adds to the value of a company. This review is based on interactions I had with this company since Aug 29 and how disgusting their reaction was since I left a negative review.
