The absolute best! Will only go to Light Touch Laser. I've been going here for about 5 years with phenomenal/long lasting results. I recommend it to all of my friends as well. Lital is the best!! read more

Lital is such an amicable and caring person. She has befriended me and my mom very quickly, and always asks questions about both myself and her, asking how we are doing. The service is quick, careful, and extremely effective. My once thick facial hair is now mostly gone and blonde/invisible on the occasion that it decides to show up. read more

Light Touch Laser Spa - haven't shaved in 3 days. and it looks the same after 7 days. - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - New York, New York

Knowledgeable, kind and thorough. Thank you Lital for a great first appointment. I will be back.

I came in for a consultation today and was blown away by Lital's knowledge, warmth, and care. I love that she explained the science behind laser hair removal, the process, the different laser types, differences in care and skin types, etc. She is also just a lovely human and I enjoyed her presence so much! I am very shy and felt very safe and comfortable with her. She made sure to make me feel as such as much as possible. I'll be back to update my review once my treatment gets going and I'm confident I'll be very happy!! read more

A few years ago, I saw Lital in NYC for some broken capillary removal around my nose. She was very sweet and welcoming, and the office was clean. However, once she got going, U started becoming nervous. She spent too much time on one side of my nose. While I expected some blistering after the procedure was done, this was bad. She had no first aid supplies ready and ran downstairs to the local deli to get ice. A week later, I had a bad infection despite using antibiotic cream as directed. I emailed her to let her know what happened and asked for a refund. She said she needed photos, which I sent her. I never heard from her again. 5 years later, I have a deep scar down the left side of my nose that has never faded. Why am I posting this now? Because I recently saw my dermatologist for something else and he asked about the scar and I realized I never left a review warning people. It will cost a fortune to have it filled in every 6 months, so I am stuck with it. Lital may mean well, but do not let her anywhere near your face. read more

I went in for a consultation today, and Lital was amazing. She's very knowledgeable and transparent about the process and what to expect. read more

I'm trans and I've struggled with facial hair for years. I've tried many laser hair removal places and Light Touch is by far the most effective! Lital is highly knowledgeable and is incredibly warm and welcoming. Hair removal here is more effective and more permanent than anywhere else I've tried. Don't waste your time going anywhere else! read more

I just completed my laser treatment for full legs and I am incredibly happy with the results. When i initially researched laser hair removal, i was skeptical. However, after reading the positive reviews for Light Touch Laser Spa, i decided to take a chance and boy am i glad i did. I never thought i would ever have smooth legs like this. My only regret is the money i spent on waxing over the years in the hopes of permanent hair removal. Lital is not only skilled at what she does, but she is also incredibly warm and welcoming at every appointment. There is some discomfort with hair removal, but it wasn't as bad as i expected. Lital explained the process clearly from day one. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. read more

I went to Lital to get a fibroblast treatment on my eyelids due to droopiness. I have to say, I absolutely love her! She is lovely, kind, smart, and really knows her stuff. She treated me like a family and I instantly connected with her. She even extended her treatment to other areas on my face to help lift my eyes more, which would've been another 400 dollars at least! As for the fibroblast itself, it's still too soon to tell but due to my skin being stubborn, i don't see much of a difference so far, but it can also be affected by my lack of sleep (as my droopiness worsens when I don't get enough sleep). Either way, everyone is different and not every treatment works for everyone but this is definitely worth a try before committing to surgery. Whatever you decide to do, Lital is the go to person for this procedure. That's for sure! read more

Lital is amazing. I had laser hair removal treatments years ago, prior to Lital and it wasn't great. Her treatments are great, the results were so good I hadn't been back for 5 years! Laser does pinch but its bearable for the results and convenience. She is so sweet and makes you feel very comfortable, and is super quick so its easy to get through. Getting in touch or making an Appt easy, the office is clean and comfortable, convenient to get to. I initially went with a groupon years ago (new client) but her packages are reasonable and worth every penny today. I've recommended her to many friends over the years and all said the same thing. Thank you Lital, you're the best!! xo read more

I had a really amazing experience at Light Touch over the two years that I was getting laser on my face. Lital is funny, warm, affirming, and makes you feel like her best friend. Laser can be uncomfortable but Lital is great at making it less so. In the end, the results have been amazing. I plan to go back to Light Touch for other procedures in the future. read more

Couldn't get the treatment cuz I didn't qualify. But my consultant was upfront about it and didn't waste either one of our times. She even recommended alternatives. I loved how she didn't just take my money and leave me with bad results. Would recommend, 10/10, would go again for other treatments, etc. read more

I can't recommend Lital enough! Her personality and honesty made me feel comfortable right off the bat. I still don't understand how she made the most uncomfortable area (Brazilian) go so smoothly. She's the best! I'd recommend Light Touch to anyone and I will definitely be returning! read more

I'm so happy with the results I've gotten from laser hair removal with light touch. I came here about 2 1/2 years ago to get laser done on my face after having a bad experience at another place. Lital is so knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what you should expect. I really appreciate her being upfront with things like how long treatments will be (ex: face usually requires extra sessions). I was so happy with my results from my face that I started stomach and full legs as well. I really love the results I'm seeing and can't trust any place as much as light touch! read more

This review is, admittedly, coming almost six years late. But Light Touch Laser Spa is just that good that I thought I would wax poetic (no pun intended) about how this service, and Lital, changed by life! I have coarse hair, and after years of painful and expensive waxing treatments, I decided to take a chance on bikini line and lower leg laser hair removal. I initially balked upfront at the price, but then when I considered what I was shelling out for continuous waxing treatments, I realized that if this worked, I would be saving a small fortune in the long run. Six years later, I'm happy to report that my treatments were super successful and long-lasting. For reference, lower leg treatments were about 45 minutes long, and bikini line lasted a whopping 5 minutes. The process itself was a *little painful* (not unbearable), and Lital strikes the perfect chord between caring and professional throughout. I was so happy with my results, that I am back six years later for an additional treatment, and this time I am going in confident that it is worth every penny. Thank you to Lital and the entire team for giving me a renewed outlook on my body and changing my beauty routine for the better, forever! read more

Lital is the best! I did my research on finding the best laser hair removal in NYC and I'm so happy it paid off. I have PCOS and a lot of PCOS forums on the internet have women that talk about trying various laser hair removal treatments without much success. So I did not have high expectations when I decided to try laser hair removal. Well, I'm glad I tried it because it worked extremely well on me! It's made an enormous difference in my life and my self esteem. I cannot thank Lital enough! She's the pro! read more

Zaskia was very informative during my consultation.

I walked into Light Touch Laser knowing one thing- I wanted to be less hairy. Lital made all my dreams come true. First, she was honest and up front about the laser process. I was ready to laser every last hair on my body, but she refused to even discuss the hair on my arms, saying I wasn't a good candidate for it with the hair I had. The fact that she didn't try to sell me the whole menu but instead addressed what was in my best interest had me sold. I wound up doing my bikini area. It's possibly the best decision I've ever made. Lital is super sweet, funny, and accommodating. I've had 5 out of the 6 sessions so far and Lital always brightens my mood during what would otherwise be an awkward process with anyone else. She provides stress balls (it is painful the first few sessions) and talks to you during the session to distract you. The hair growth has diminished significantly after laser; i'd say I have maybe 15% of the hair growing back that I used to have, not a big deal to shave, and it grows back so slowly it's super easy to manage. I will undoubtedly be back at Light Touch Laser for my next laser experience. Lital is an omniscient goddess. I have elevated confidence now, and my life without having to shave is a dream. read more

Lital is not only a pleasure to visit and do business with, this woman is obsessed. Obsessed with hair. It's her mission to find it and kill it. I don't know about you, but when I pay for a service, I want someone who considers what they do their life's calling. Once, in the middle of running her laser as I lay there, she blurted out, "I love my job." She is honest, driven, and smart. And she WILL kill your unwanted hair. She can't help it. It's what she does. Better than anyone, anywhere. Simply the best. read more

The reason is 4 out of 5 stars is because I am still not done with my sessions. So I will keep you updated once I am done with all of my sessions! I have had 2 seasons done (4 more to go) in my bikini, under arm, and legs. I'll start by telling you something you have probably heard before... yes, laser hair removal hurts! The pain can be described as getting hit with a rubber band multiple times. Another thing you may know about laser hair removal is that it can be time consuming depending on the area you are getting treated for. I.e. It takes a shorter time to get my under arms done because the area is smaller and a longer time to get my legs done just because the area is a bit larger. Don't get discourage by the pain, beauty hurts! So suck it up and get laser hair removal if it is truly something you want to do. Exploring my options: Now let me tell you about my experiences. I went to different places for consultations and was undecided on which place to choose to get my treatment done because 1. I was trying to avoid the pain. 2. I wanted to choose a place that I felt comfortable getting naked in 3. I like reading other people's review first before actually choosing a place and 4. Some places did not have updated lasers and could not work with my light caramel skin color. My final decision: Finally after looking at different review and asking several people about their experience I stumble by Light Touch laser Spa. (I was in the area and looked for laser hair removal places around me.) I read and contacted people that actually signed in and wrote a review for Light Touch laser Spa. They highly recommended this place so I signed up for a free consultation and that was when I meet Lital. Lital: Lital was extremely welcoming since the moment I met her. In my consultation she explained the laser hair removal process and she was honest as to why I shouldn't get some of my other body parts done. She explain her expected results for my skin color. Her tone of voice, facial expression and body language all conveyed that she really enjoys her job. Why?: So I decided to started getting treatment here at Light Touch laser because I felt comfortable around Lital, She was knowledgeable about the different types of laser and the results and because she was honest with me when it came to reasons why I shouldn't get some areas done. Now every time I come to my sessions (different dates) Lital greets me with a smile and a warm hug. My process: So far (keep in mind I have only been to 2 sessions) I have noticed that my skin is smoother in the areas that I have done and the hair doesn't grow as fast as it use to. Lital keeps asking me if I notice hair falling down, I honestly don't see it yet, but it maybe because I keep shaving. Things I like so far: 1. Once you sign up for sessions ask for a discount by signing in in Yelp and activating the code 2. Lital is welcoming 3. I get texts and email reminder about the time and date for my appointment 4. I'm noticing differences!! I'll keep you updated with my process, I still have 4 more sessions left to complete. read more

Their website inaccurately states that they do laser skin care. However upon emailing for information I was informed that they only to laser hair removal. They also contacted me via the wrong name - somehow they emailed me as "Rebecca" - and provided no information or referral, only a cursory "we do not provide this service." As a business it is a primary responsibility to keep your website and advertising up to date so that you do not mislead and misinform customers. If you have radically changed the services you provide - like you suddenly do not provide most of the services you advertise - there is a website update that should be made immediately! I should have been forewarned that this was likely to be a disappointing experience in terms of accuracy and attention given that in the section of the website where they advertise their laser facials they laud themselves for offering a "verity of facials" when they mean a "variety of facials." Confusing and inaccurate from start to finish! read more

I came here for a solution to in-grown hairs on my neck, which is (was) an inevitable consequence of society's determination that men shave for work. Shave today, small red dotted pain tomorrow. Lital was the right person to go to. I did shop around extensively, including looking at some of the other top-rated laser folks both on Yelp and Google Reviews. What I found was that they varied not in their positive reviews (a few others have equally high marks), but how flexible they were with pricing [as I had done some laser back in London and didn't want a full package], and also at how personal they were. Lital shone for both of these, as she doesn't funnel you from a receptionist area to another room, to another person, to fill out a form, to meet a different practitioner every week. This is her business, her baby, and she treats it as such, and she likes being hands-on. She has a lot of experience, so that's in your interest. She'll talk you through what your requirements are, make (sometimes strong) suggestions, and try to ensure that you're happy. Caveat - if you're a guy, no matter how light the touch, it's going to hurt! Consider that a sign of effectiveness. :-) read more

I can't say enough good thinks about Lital! She is an expert at laser and is completely honest with her expectations about results. Even after the first session, I noticed a significant improvement! She also makes you completely comfortable! She tries very hard to make appointment times work for you as well! I would highly recommend Light Touch Laser to everyone! read more

This is the best place hands down for laser. And I am saying this as someone who has done this many many times over the years. First of all, Lital is extremely knowledgable, she knows exactly what she is doing and will take her time to explain everything to you. Second of all, the results are amazing (again, Lital knows what she is doing). Thirdly, the space is beautiful and clean. And lastly, you will not get ripped off - the pricing is very fair. I have had some bad experiences with some unprofessional laser "experts" so I did very thorough research before finding Lital and let me tell you - I hit the jack pot!!! read more

Hi, My name is Caprice and I am happy to report that this was by far the best laser experience that one could imagine. Lital is extremely professional with the business and she's super duper nice! I cannot say this enough: Lital and her laser changed my life ! Lital has to be the best professional when it comes to this. I've researched a lot and then I found Light Touch Laser Spa. Lital is just great. I've never done Laser before, but I did some (limited) research before going to her, calling a few of the other highly marked Laser Spas around town and having a consultation with her before going, but it was clear from the beginning that this was the place to get laser done for me. She was really clear, transparent, and informative from the very beginning - even down to explaining her prices as compared to her competitors (generally her prices are significantly better than the other highly market laser spas that I researched)! But beyond prices, she just has a really personal touch. She welcomes me in like a long lost friend every time I come to see her and she humors me as I wince from the pain of the laser. She always wants to know what's going on in my life and is happy to talk through the laser which helps distract me. I knew this from the beginning and waited to write this review (I just had my 4th session with her) because I wanted to make sure I was happy with the hair reduction as well, but I am! After my 3rd session I already saw very minimal hair growth and my hair is already so much more manageable than it was previously. She gets 5 stars on everything! read more

I haven't had any treatments done, but I did have a free consultation. Normally that wouldn't be enough for a review, but frankly I was incredibly impressed and if I had the money to spare I'd totally go for the treatment too. (To be clear, her prices aren't unreasonable; they're perfectly normal for this sort of thing, which ain't cheap.) I'd actually emailed a few places asking about price structure, and letting them know I'd had a few treatments already. Lital was the only one who seemed to read my email. The others pretty much just copied and pasted their prices into a reply; Lital wrote that since I'd done this before, I should come in for the free consultation and she could advise me from there. And she did. She was clear that with my hair color, results wouldn't be optimal, and she gave me the full rundown on machines, expectations, etc. Really informative and helpful. Again, when I'm ready to spend the money, I'd spend it on her. read more

Light Touch Laser Spa is the number one best place to go for laser hair removal in New York City. Several years ago, I started looking into laser hair removal for my underarm and bikini areas, where my skin is especially sensitive, making shaving difficult and painful. I tried a place on the UES which was stuffy and impersonal, where the treatments didn't produce the reults I was told I would get, and then a place in Chelsea that was quiet, but whose equipment wasn't top-of-the-line. After trying two other establishments, I found Lital's Light Touch Laser Spa, which is the best of both worlds: her equipment is ideal and gets me results, and she makes me feel right at home. Treating sensitive, private areas can be embarrassing or awkward--but Lital put me at ease the very first time I went in, and I've been going back ever since. She's super sweet, yet very professional--and the best part is she really loves what she's doing and wants to share her enthusiasm with her clients. I've learned so much from her about laser treatment, and it's way easier for me to feel comfortable with a procedure when I understand that procedure fully. Doctors explain a patient's surgery to him/her before the surgery takes place; it only makes sense that cosmetic professionals would extend the same courtesy to their clients--especially when technology as potentially dangerous as lasers is involved. I recommend Light Touch Laser Spa to anyone who so much as mentions laser hair removal--and now I'm recommending Lital and her business to all you on Yelp, too! (Have been meaning to write this review for yeeears.) So go forth and be smooth-skinned--like me! read more

Like a lot of the previous reviews, I was looking for a deal on laser hair removal and after scouring through tons of places, I settled on this one (a combination of the 6-pack deal I got and the great reviews). As this was my first time ever, I was a little nervous, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Lital was wonderful - she explained everything, and chided me a little for not having researched thoroughly before coming. I felt completely at ease, and I appreciated her transparency (apparently the second session always has more hair growth, and I'm glad she explained it to me beforehand). I'm about to go for my fifth session, and I've definitely noticed a reduction in hair growth and thickness. Will definitely come back if I ever need any other lasering done! TIP: take the stress balls when she offers them to you!! I'm a bit of a wimp, but it was so comforting being able to hold them. read more

Amazing!! No laser spa compares. They are very reliable and I don't think i've ever waited more then 5 minutes to be seen. Lital is one of a kind and no matter how painful the treatment is she will distract you. That being said her newer employee, while is lovely doesn't have this personality trait - so it was harder to get though. So if you need that extra encouragement I would book exclusively with Lital. My results are already remarkable and i look forward to seeing the final result! read more
