She is outstanding professional, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience with her, and she always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. Her care is the reason I continue to return. That said, the office staff experience can be hit or miss. While some staff members are pleasant and helpful, others would benefit from additional training in customer service. On more than one occasion, I've experienced rudeness and felt spoken over, which detracts from an otherwise high-quality medical practice. Albina's clinical care is exceptional, and with improvement in customer service consistency with the office staff, this practice could truly be excellent across the board.

I was a little nervous my first time there because of some reviews I read, but now I'm sure that they were unfounded cruelty directed at this very gracious and honest practitioner. It takes a lot to keep a business running for five years in New York. Although people are quick to criticize, they are sadly slow to compliment a job well done. I have been getting Botox and fillers for years, and have a good understanding of what good results are supposed to look like. I have had Botox twice at Chi Aesthetics, and it was perfect both times. I had fillers done, and the result was better than my previous technician (in another state) had accomplished. She was able to address difficult spots that require a high level of skill -- without injuring me or resulting in uneven results -- despite the frequent interruptions and questions from her trainee. At my most recent appointment, I started asking about her laser treatments and cellulite treatments. She spent the better part of an hour answering all of my questions about each type of treatment, what it does, which treatment would likely have better results for me, and even suggested the less expensive option as being more appropriate for accomplishing my goals. I went home and did some research on the machines and the treatments, and found that she had been flawlessly honest and transparent. I value that so much in a business owner. I'm not just a quick paycheck to her, I'm a long-term investment. That's an attitude that has sadly become uncommon these days. On the technical side, this business has the "Do-it-all" laser! Want to resurface your skin and grow collagen? Done. Want to tighten up the saggy knees? Done! Want to freeze some fat? She has the latest and safest tech for it. This place is a hidden gem, with a family-like ambiance for regulars. Please be nice to these people if you choose to go to them. They are good people who give their time and care freely.

The day of I was given a sedative and pain blockers were shot all over my face and neck. His nurse Victoria was wonderful and put me at ease. He explained everything he was doing and within 2 hrs. the procedure was over. I left with a huge bandage with was mildly uncomfortable but it was taken off the next day and replaced with a smaller bandage. I am almost three weeks out and aside from some mild swelling, it looks great! I highly recommend Dr. Cutolo and his team!

Dr. Brandstein assured me that I could call anytime if anything went wrong. I was hesitant at first and even told him I didn't want to bother him, but he insisted. So, when I called to explain my worsening condition, I was shocked by his response. Instead of the understanding I expected, he was very angry and unkind. This reaction was the complete opposite of the reassurance he had given me earlier. This left me not only feeling physically worse but also emotionally drained. It showed me just how important it is for medical professionals to maintain respect and care in their interactions. When trust is broken, it's hard to move forward, and this experience was a stark reminder of how much words and attitudes matter."

This office priorities people who bring them presents over people who have actual scheduled appts. It's appalling how they treat their patients here. I was scheduled to see the "doctor" but saw a PA. It was hard to understand the PA with her thick accent. I explained to her what I was there for. This was a regular derm appt. And she didn't even look at my skin. She looked perturbed I was even in the office. I needed refills on face creams . She didn't want to fill them. She filled the wrong rxs and gave me scripts she felt that was appropriate. I told her I was allergic. Going by these terrible reviews I don't understand how this Dr has business at all. ****Also, as for the post Dr. Lederman answered on Yelp giving detailed information about a patients care. That goes against HIPPA regulations that alone goes against her license and it should tell you what type of person she is!!! Shame on you..***
