I was injected by a Miss Carissa in the Chinatown location, but she also works in the Brooklyn location. No fillers can be expensive and they can be scary and you have to make sure you don't just do anything with just anyone, but yet I trusted her ... after the first two syringes. I came back two weeks later to finish it off, but I was highly disappointed, cause it seemed as though the use of the filler should have been strategically placed sparingly and conservatively in the target areas but they were not ...I kept saying that I don't want to look like an average Beauty standard Kim Kardashian and I also said I don't want to look younger. I just showed her pictures of my natural self And pointed to the places that needed to be supported !!! the first time she suggested a lip flip and a lift in the corners of my mouth, and possibly in the sides of my cheek, where they're hollowed. This is my first complaint after wasting the syringes on places that I never intended to do and I'm highly offended when people don't listen to the things that I want or I'm willing to pay for ...After the end of the second visit I called up the manager Winnie I said that I believe that the injector must have some type of learning disability either she's forgetful or she has a learning disability because every time I would consult with her at length maybe we would talk for 20 minutes before she would inject me. I would point to the areas around my lip And I would close my eyes and let her inject because I don't like needles. Also I was very numb, so it's not until you arrive at your house and you realize that there's filler in places you did not ask for and the places that you asked for were not done and you don't have any more money to buy any more syringes that would make somebody out reached When Winnie told me that this would be corrected by Carissa. I had to wait almost 2 months because Carissa kept dodging my appointment finally Winnie brought me down to Chinatown for the last appointment with her the third and the sixth syringe. They gave me $100 discount for my troubles even though it took me $100 cab ride to get to Brooklyn And I begged Winnie to do it herself since she promised that she would compensate for the deficiencies that I had again I'm not the most beautiful person in the world, but it's very simple to inject the places that I marked with a little white pen and that the injector agreed so either she's a liar or she's just really forgetful so after this third and final visit in Brooklyn with Carissa, she marked my face, promised me she'd do it and again I got numb and closed my eyes. There is still empty spaces where where Filler should be in my top the most obvious of the places that I would want it when I said Support around my lip With the two syringes well I asked for my money back in full, and I told the company that I would report them to the board of Health or whoever is in charge of this Medical company that they run the person in charge Michael would not return my calls, but they just insisted on telling me this times that I am Swollen And I guarantee you that I'm not there is Filler in certain spots of my face around my lip, and then some not I wanted to ask Carissa why did you selectively choose to jump over my Cupid bow and go to the other part of my lip without continuing to go all across my lip I wanted to ask her that, but I am really convinced that she has some kind of Learning disability and I really don't think that anything would be solved by going back to that aesthetician or even working with their management, but I guarantee you I will try my best to pursue getting my money back cause I spent a lot of money down the drain so disappointed. Not to mention that Carissa never took accountability for anything every time she injected me and it was over. She never once said oh you look good or even said goodbye. I am a 70 yr old woman looking to tighten my jowls and expected subtle results, not drastic results like a facelift. that is what she said I could reasonably expect. She showed me before and after pictures of other patients my age and I was fine with the results. When I went for treatment, photos were taken so we could compare down the line what the progress was. During the treatment which was very painful, she was very irritated with me for moving around a bit. She told me to take another tranquilizer because she couldn't focus on what she was doing. I believe the treatment was cut short because of her impatientness with me. I was told to come back in three months follow up observation. At the three month appointment I told her there was no visible difference at all, and I asked to see the before photos, which coincidentally they told me they couldn't find. Very convenient not to be able to compare. Therefore, they took another set of photos at three months and told me to come back in six months to follow up. I came back at the six month period and told her there was no improvement whatsoever. This time she did compare the pictures taken at three months with the new photos taken today. Any normal person looking at the two pictures side-by-side you can clearly see there was no improvement, not even subtle results. I was upset because $2000 is a lot of money for one treatment that did nothing. She was very rude by saying she never promised any results. However she did promise subtle results. I think the right thing to do with an unsatisfied customer it's to offer to redo the treatment if not fully at least partially. She said she could not entertain that idea, I should just go and get a facelift. With that I left very upset and very angry. I would never recommend Kalon dermatology, especially the PA Who took care of me named Rita. She's arrogant unprofessional. An embarrassment to her practice. People spending so much money should be treated with politeness and care. All they wanted was to take my $2000 but did not want to follow through to try to make me a happy and satisfied. Please don't waste your time going there- go to another place where you'll get a proper treatment and some politeness and professionalism.

I spent $3000 on a treatment plan I hadn't planned for--and now, three months later, the results are negligible. Even the specific area I asked to be addressed shows little to no improvement. I've had great experiences here in the past, which makes this all the more frustrating. I wonder if their recent expansion has affected the quality of care and communication. I absolutely love irina she changed my life , I was so self conscious before (I'm Greek ,very hairy lol) my skin looks incredible ,it's smooth and clear ! I had started laser hair removal 5years ago in another place in queens and not only was I paying triple but I never ever had results like I did with irina , also the hair came back worse than when I first started .
