I've been a loyal client of Project Glammers and have had wonderful results in the past, particularly with Bellafill, which I did here two years ago and loved. So I was shocked and disappointed to arrive for my scheduled Bellafill appointment only to be informed at the time of treatment that they no longer offer it. At that point, I should have walked out. But I allowed myself to be talked into an alternative: a combination of Sculptra and Radiesse. I spent $3000 on a treatment plan I hadn't planned for--and now, three months later, the results are negligible. Even the specific area I asked to be addressed shows little to no improvement. I've had great experiences here in the past, which makes this all the more frustrating. I wonder if their recent expansion has affected the quality of care and communication. Sadly, I won't be returning. read more

UPDATED REVIEW : I now understand why The Enhancers has the ratings it does. Practice manager Alina didn't stop until she got in touch with me (my crazy work schedule delayed our talk). We had a long conversation and by the time we got off the phone, I felt confident in knowing that the incident that occurred during my visit was not the norm and that the company took necessary steps to ensure it wouldn't happen again. Their customer service is absolutely top notch and I really appreciate all the effort that went into connecting with me and addressing the issue. Visited the 44 Gramercy Park N location. This place has great reviews so I'm not sure what was going on with the HORRIBLE customer service I received from the front desk. I walked in and said good morning. One of the ladies looked at me but didn't respond. I sat down since I figured they m too busy to acknowledge me. Then I realized they were simply full of it. They kept giggling with each other. One of them even telling the other to "pay attention" after I finished filling out paperwork and tried handing it to her while she kept ignoring me. They were nice enough to other clients, even telling them to help themselves to coffee. Guess they forgot to let me know while sitting there (for who knows how long - since I was early for my appointment). I've never felt more uncomfortable in a waiting room in my entire life. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the nurse Amanda and her assistant Kayla were nice enough. I do not plan on returning. Ever. read more

Project Glammers - Skin Care Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Dropped my whole eyelid from injector error and yes they provided me with eye drops but severely hurt my self esteem and when offered my next treatment free they never followed through, changed management and didn't honor it. AVOID. My case of ptosis I think I've ever seen. I'll never look at my eyes the same way again. I have had treatment with dr Konami and Angela, one dropped my lid, and one was inn-effective. read more

Project Glammers - What my lips looked after! - Skin Care Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Terrible. I used to get my fillers done here by Angela which were always what I thought "decent". I recently started going to a place in Long Island but due to an up coming procedure i needed to get my lip filler dissolved so I decided to come to the Brooklyn location since it was convenient. ZERO customer service. I have a birthmark on my lip and as soon as the girl walked in the room to take my photos (anna) she says in a laughing tone" omg what is that" in such a degrading manner. In healthcare/aesthetics, you must be sensitive to your patients and she was absolutely insensitive and rude. I felt completely embarrassed. I was better off finding anywhere else to get my Filler dissolved. No convenience is worth feeling bad about your situation. read more

I always go to the Brooklyn location where Angela takes a great care of me. First of all, I never had too wait too long to be seen and I tend to ask lots of questions about different procedures and these guys are always glad to dedicate time to answer them all. What makes me happy most of all, there was not a single time when I didn't get any good price deal or discount due to accumulated points with Enhance and brilliant distinction, so basically money wise I always spend less than planned. Also, once I had to call them up for a botox touch up, because it seemed like we missed a little spot, and I was offered to come and do it for free. To cut a long story short, this team is simply great and I never regret of money spent! read more

Project Glammers - Cant wait to get my botox done by Angela. Very cool place! - Skin Care Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

While the office is clean nice and well run there is a policy in effect that requires every person walking in the door to consent to be photographed. I Purchased a Groupon for Botox this is not a treatment that requires medical history be taken or requires to be photographed before and after as I was not planning on returning for another treatment nor is it a multi step process. It also does not speak to anywhere in the Groupon that you must consent to being photographed upon explaining this to the office staff they told me I could not be treated at all for anything if I do not consent to be photographed so I left I will be requesting a full refund immediately to my credit card from Groupon. read more

I am writing this review for everyone to know that it's very important to research about the place and the person who will do your procedure before trusting them with your face. I am speaking from my own experience and this is something I want everyone to be aware of. I have been going to different Doctors before but never had the same experience I had with Project Glammers. (M.D Irene Gladstein) I was told by everyone and especially Angela that they now have new technology which is supposed to be less sensitive and zero chance of bruises so I gave it a try. But the next day, I woke up with so much pain and horrible bruises on the corner of left side which stayed for the next five days. It was impossible to cover with make up, because it was too swollen and big dark bruises . I am attaching my photos for everyone to see. When I first called them I was promised that I will get a full refund because of what happened, but now they changed their decision . Do you think I would want to go back to your clinic after all of this? Terrible Customer Service, I have been calling and texting and nobody even bother to resolve it, the manager respond me after 5 days, and sad me it's normal reaction! I would never recommend this place! Do yourself a favor and find someone that has more experience. read more

My friend has been getting a hydrofacial done by Lina every month for about 5 months now. Every time I saw here her face was flawless and she had not a drop of make up on. Her blackheads were completely gone and she was glowing. So I finally booked an appointment to go with her and had my hydrofacial with Lina. This was my first time where I actually saw dramatic results. And this is only the first time!! Lina was very knowledgeable about skin and home care. She answered all my questions and was very sweet. I will be going back in about 6 weeks for the second visit. I can only imagine how my face will look after. So happy that my blackheads are almost gone. My face feels very silky. Never again will I go to a spa where they extract using their fingers. Thank you Lina. read more

From the moment I got here , the girls at front desk were very accommodating and super nice. They took me in pretty quickly where I spoke with PA Amanda and Stephanie . They were both very informative and answered all my questions , addressed all my concerns . They delivered what I asked for exactly and I will be coming back . Thanks to all the ladies at Enhance read more

The wait was an hour, no one warned me why. After I was indignant and said that I could not spend so much time and just wait, a girl came to me and said that they had a problem, the client felt bad after the injection. After that, of course, I refused their services and left. How can they do something after this? They did not call an ambulance, no one knows that they injected. The client felt bad! How do you run a beauty salon?! Very bad! read more

The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and accommodating. Anna N did my consultation where she answered all of my questions since I've never had Botox before and she was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. Amanda was the PA and did the actual procedure. She has hands of gold because I didn't even feel the needles going in! My eyes look great and it's only been a week. I'll definitely go back in a few months and I highly recommend them! Thank you Ladies! read more

I have been coming to the Brooklyn office for years now, I get tons of compliments on how natural my results are. I've recommended so many people here who are just as happy as I am. First off the staff is amazing. I started off using Dr. Gladstein who is super talented. Due to My schedule I have been using Angela the PA who is just as amazing I trust her fully. And I love the PA's assistant Stephanie she is friendly and so knowledgeable in her field. The front desk girls are always welcoming. The office is modern and very clean. I wouldn't go any place else for my beauty needs. Thank you! read more

I am patient of Dr Gladshtein every 3-4 month 5 happy years. She is doing amazing job . PA Angela - give you the best natural lips ! I have pleasant connection with medical assistant girls. Due to specific of my job, sometimes I gave hard time to front office , but they are very patient and try to accommodate me . Randomly, those strange , negative , unfair comments comes to my attention, it's why I decided to post mine . read more

Worst experience ever...absolutely no customer service at all...once they treat you they could care less about results!

It saddens me to write a poor review but while this office looks very posh and the staff is very friendly, the results of my treatment done by the young PA Angela was not at all ideal. What was even more disappointing was that in response to my poor results, Angela was very rigid in saying she basically did everything protocol and because my anatomy is different, I ended up with poor results. This is a response of an inexperienced practitioner because she couldn't tailor her work to the individual. I received no admission of wrong doing, consolation or offer for whatever damages. My advise would be that it is worth paying a bit more to see an experienced provider. read more

I've been here 3 times already and have amazing results each and every time!!! Angela took her time to make sure my lips look natural and beautiful. The fillers they use also lasted me a super long time. Very clean and well-maintained office space and equipment as well. 5/5 stars ! read more

this place is completely disorganized on every level, from making appointments, to confirming appointments, horribly unprofessional pictures, the inability to see your photos to see your results, photos that are not properly organized, changing protocols without telling me, inability to speak with the doctor and always having to speak with the manager, as well as being overpriced. after leaving this place I found out you should get your prp as soon as it is spun while they made me wait always atleast 40 minutes which minimizes results. what a joke!! this place is run like a factory and considering there are so many other places to go I would avoid this place at all costs. read more

This place is all instragram hype. Overpriced, after you have used your first time offer. They photograph you while you are still swollen to post on instagram. Those results go away in 1-2 weeks. The more followers they gain the higher they raise the price. No thank you, I'm not paying for popularity, I'm paying for results. Everyone here seems clueless about everything and is constantly trying to upsell you. They offer you $50 off if you leave them 5 star review... Very clever of them to buy good reviews. Don't believe everything you read on their review pages, it's all paid for. read more

I came here because I bought a Groupon for 20 units of botox. The place itself is beautiful and clean and the staff is nice. With that being sad I am pretty sure that it was not botox that was injected and it was a complete waste of money. It worked for about a week and that was it. It was most likely water with a touch of real botox. Don't even waste your money. read more

I went for my second appointment there just last week. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for the front desk person that really annoyed me at the end. When I first went there they mentioned a referral program, for every friend you refer you get $50 credit so on my second visit I mentioned I had 2 referrals and the front desk girl wasn't too happy. She only gave me referral for one and mentioned that I was already getting 75$ off from rewards from my first visit. If you have a referral program available you should t br upset when use it. The appointment itself was great and Dr Kiani ( ?) Gave me the perfect lip contouring. I will be back but wish that they honored what they did last time, using the remainder of my syringe on other parts of the face since I don't use one full syringe on my lips. read more

I had purchased a deal for Botox and came in for my 4 pm. The place is very beautiful , staff is friendly, but no one bothered to explain or apologize for a long wait. Finally , I was taken into the room and it felt like I was in a twilight zone ! There were people coming in and out of the room and I could not understand what's going on!!!! The person administering Botox was extremely nice but I felt like everything was so rushed and sloppy!!!! One of the girls just started to take pics of my forehead with no explanation , just commanding me to frown and release , frown and release . People opening and closing doors to get other equipment . It was just a pure mess . I get that you have people with vouchers coming in and your are swamped , but please don't forget that these people may be your potential customers paying full prices in the future who would like an amazing experience for the money spent. Overall , beautiful space ... Terrible organization. read more

Updating my review, since the office was very quick to reach out to me and find a convenient appointment time. I did have to go to Brooklyn, but I'm just happy they were able to fit me in. I'd never done Botox before, and was a little nervous. The staff was really friendly, the office was impeccably clean, and I was out of there in an hour from the time I arrived. Sari Katz, who injected me, was incredibly charming, funny, and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions, and helped ease my nerves. Five days later, and I'm loving the results so far. Thanks for the great experience! read more

Yes, this rating is as good as it gets. I recently had a maintenance visit in my local Brooklyn office and as usual it was as relaxing as resting on the beach with a cocktail in hand. Clean beautiful space with friendly staff. I bought a groupon for a hydra facial and it helped my pigmentation out a lot after one one time will defiantly be returning for additional services like lip augmentation. Her extractions were virtually painless and overall was very satisfied with the quality of service at this establishment love this place! read more
