Had many iv drips and never had a issue.....my veins are great and easy. Unfortunately, went here and my arm blew up, not sure what happened but nonetheless we did not go to the other arm. This service was horrible. If I could post a zero-star review, then I would. They COMPLETELY messed up my arm, and I had a huge bruise / swelling for over 14 days. I could barely move my arm for about 5 days, and now (over 20 days later), I still have a small bruise. I would NOT recommend this service at all. They are very unprofessional and do not know how to do their job. Also, they wouldn't even give me a refund for the issues that they have caused. I love this place! The people are so kind and they make the process as quick and easy as possible. The location is great and the prices are affordable. My only issue is that the lounge rooms (which can be private for you and your group, are a little cold and hard. When I go to lounges in LA, there are always recliners, blankets and soft goods everywhere to make you as comfy as possible, which I would have loved at this location. It could also be a little more peaceful. Loud music was playing in the front that you can hear in every lounge room. Otherwise, it was great! read more

Despite my comments below Reviv is my favourite place to get a iv drip from. I've tried 2 other companies prior. The overall experience was great. This time I got a megaboost. The staff were great to not up-sell. This usually happens back in LA. As a sales technique, it always suggest to me that the product isn't good enough alone. When they are. Mum had her usual vacation cold (I swear she is allergic to me) so the megaboost reset us both. The nurse was gentle with the needle (no bruise so far) bonus. Thank you We got to sit in these amazing massage chairs in a private room. The chairs had a position setting like it was about to launch you into space. It was more therapeutic than it sounds. The experience was worth it just for the chairs. Unfortunately they had no water to offer us. Which is very odd when they say to keep drinking fluids. Apparently they were out. I found that bizarre that no-one could buy a few bottles to offer the clients. Service was very slack, no communication to when we have finished. They just opened the door. After about 20 minutes I had to ask were we done. Both staff/nurses were on their phones. So I guess they were busy or not! I would go to another location rather than this office. I will definitely try the Beverly Hills location when I'm back in LA. Reviv please note, staff attentiveness, water /drink offer and communication really does make a difference. Went in for a b12 and a glutathione injection. I have been going to other vitamin clinics for years. Right away I could tell the lack of experience while having the initial conversation. Like a idiot I decided to go head with the injections even though my gut told me not to. I had both injections inn my right arm. Felling an immediate throbbing pain in my muscle. This consistent throbbing pain has lasted for the last 6 hours along with my fingers going numb. These are not normal side effects I have experience in the 3 years I've been doing this. I am so disappointed. I am grateful to receive the vitamin IV and the nurse was kind and explained everything but the atmosphere was the opposite of relaxing. Music was blasting in the waiting room and then when I was receiving the IV they had massage chairs to promote relaxation - I literally was listening to an employee on the other side of the wall/cubicle BLASTING a comedy record - that was completely loud and obnoxious. It was a terribly unrelaxing atmosphere. Just don't expect it to be a wellness or spa atmosphere but they do have the VERY expensive IVs and hopefully I feel the results. Also was never offered water or anything - not necessary but I think there should be some rules in there. It felt like I was getting an IV in a college frat house. read more

Awesome place. Was excessively hungover and needed to fly the next day so went and did a mixture of saline and lots of vitamins. The fluid was so refreshing because it was cold. There was absolutely no pain. I was nervous as I had never done it before but it was great. Only thing I would say is maybe in the room where the drip is, to make it a bit quieter and more dim as the fluorescent lights are bright and it's more relaxing for it to be a bit quieter. All around- everyone was SO nice. The nurse who administered the needle and bag was a paramedic in the city so felt very secure in her abilities. Highly recommend for a nice boost! read more

I am writing this as I sit in the office getting my first IV treatment. My first impression of this place is that it is clean and the girls were friendly. The place is sterile and they go through your medical history. I got the megaboost and a glutathione push. My main concern is eczema, they make you comfortable as you get your IV. I was in a rush so the girl who tended to me was mindful and increased the speed of the drip. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth the money. As for my eczema, it is a severe condition, so even though it cleared it up enough for a week or two, it didn't cure it. But the IV makes you feel much more refreshed and energized. read more

But, perhaps more importantly, try asking them what is in the IV and get a straight answer... they literally could not tell me. And this is while the IV was in my arm!
