For some reason the person who I spoke to on the phone thinks a consultation will help. However, I already know from experience that once they inject it the only thing that works is letting it wear off and I have to have severe eye strain for 3 months. The injector was also very careless and I bruised like never before. She even just felt sloppy and inexperienced. I'll never go back again. Nothing like the feeling of waking up with eye strain when your eyes should be relaxed! And the shape of my eyes is so terrible and embarrassing.

I typically get Botox treatments at Body Factory, and while the nurses are generally skilled and the facilities (I've been to all three locations) are clean and well-maintained, the issue lies with their tipping policy. Medical professionals, including nurse practitioners and registered nurses, are prohibited from soliciting or accepting tips. Their professional code of conduct clearly forbids this. Let me repeat this: MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, INCLUDING NURSES, ARE EXPLICITLY PROHIBITED FROM SOLICITING OR RECEIVING TIPS. THERE IS NO GREY AREA HERE. ACCEPTING TIPS IS UNETHICAL FOR THESE PROFESSIONALS. However, every time I go to pay, I'm put in an uncomfortable position. The staff at the register either directly asks for a tip or presents the credit card machine with a tipping option, treating it as if it's standard practice. This behavior is wrong, unethical, and embarrassing on purpose. Treatments here are already expensive, often costing me close to or over $500. Yet, they still have the audacity to suggest a 20%/30% tip -- that's an additional and unethical $100 or more they take. This practice is wrong and unethical, and again, tips should not be requested, given, suggested, or even accepted if offered. While customers technically have the option to decline, the correct approach would be never to request a tip, never mention it, and not include it as an option in the payment process. Putting clients in an uncomfortable position is NEVER the answer. Please learn and remove the tipping option from your credit card payments.

I was unaware of the medical emergency I was going to have at the time of our call. I felt a stomach cramp at the time I called and asked to reschedule, and it was something I planned to address in doc appts on Tuesday & Wednesday. Once confirmed, I wanted to reschedule the colonic to prioritize those appointments, since a cramp isn't a medical emergency but it was unpleasant. From your comment, it sounds in order for you to have shown compassion/flexibility, you needed every detail of my doctors appts, which I don't understand. Your tone when I asked to reschedule, even when it was shy of an hour's difference from the cancellation period, was abrupt and unprofessional. I wish I'd said then that I couldn't make it, but a stomach cramp is a common enough period/GI symptom I was hoping could resolve (and be addressed more holistically with my doctors the following days). I was unaware of the severity of what would then be a kidney infection until the time I chose to go to the ER. Again, a belly cramp isn't an alarming symptom on its own, nor something I thought indicative of relating to my kidney, but vomiting later was. I called that night as a courtesy, with the hope you'd hear it early am and inform the therapist before setting up. Also, I can still think and write a review with a kidney infection, especially after getting the medical treatment I needed to focus on rather than making it to a colonic appt. Your comments trying to diminish the validity of my emergency are untrue and show further lack of compassion. I left the review because people should know about your inflexibility/lack of compassion. I have been to Gravity twice before which constitutes a relationship, contrary to what you posted, and I asked about rescheduling (rather than canceling) on that call because I wanted to keep the relationship. Again, it was a (barely) 3 vs 2 hr time difference for cancellation, and would've been enough time to disclose to the therapist they wouldn't have to come in. Your manner on that phone call was abrupt and rude. That's another thing people should know before booking. Good luck to YOU in the future when conducting business this way, including the lengthy/over-share responses you leave to negative reviews. I hope they serve as further proof of your lack of professionalism to prospective clients - it should've to me.

She was so dehydrated, nauseous and weak after suffering all day with GI symptoms. I contacted this business and the dispatcher was so helpful on the phone and then all info was sent to my text. This was the only Mobile IV Drip I found which was opened 24/7. They were called at 11:00 pm and Deepak arrived 20 minutes later with IV and meds in hand. My only regret was that I did not call them earlier. This service was a game changer and a turning point for my daughter to feeling better, being hydrated, and her nausea completely resolving. I truly cannot thank them enough.
