I was excited to check out their new SoHo location for my appointment earlier this week. Previously I had visited their Summer Pop-Up when their SoHo location was still being built out. The new location is so beautiful with lush greenery and a welcoming sofa in the entry area and gorgeous wallpaper in the restroom. The exam room is also very clean and nicely decorated with art pieces hung on each wall. Botox definitely hurts more than a flu shot, but the results are fantastic. I have hated the lines on my forehead and between my eyebrows for years so I'm glad I finally chose to do something about it. The pricing is also very fair in comparison to competitors. I can't speak to any of the other services as I've only gotten Botox but I know my cousin has tried at least one other service (lip filler I think) and has been super happy. That being said, they were extremely attentive and made sure all issues were resolved, I am back to seeing Carmen and couldn't be happier!! ---------------- I love Gentle Touch and for a few months have been coming in to see Carmen. As of recent though, they hired a new tech and shifted the schedules around, so when I came in to my regular apt. with Carmen, she was not there and a new girl was there. Now, if I had known in advance (when they called to confirm my apt) I would have rescheduled to see my regular tech. Lasering is a delicate procedure, and to be honest I am not comfortable with just any tech especially when I am a regular with a specific person. Although the new tech wasn't bad, she was very pushy about buying more sessions and recommending I do areas which I have 0 interest in doing. This was a pretty big turn off for me, and I hope that when the girls call to verify the apt. they let me know that my usual tech. will not be in at that time with an option to reschedule. Otherwise, the machine they use is top notch, facilities are clean, and the staff is super friendly! (minus the pushy new tech aka sales rep.)
