I was warmly greeted into a very inviting suite by a wonderful woman with a gorgeous smile. Thankfully, there was no wait and I was quickly led into a scrupulously clean clinic. I was then introduced to Jocelyn who is a real star. She really put me at ease and did a very professional job. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE!!!! I can only speak of my dysport experience there. I purchased a Groupon for 120 units of dysport (equivalent to 40 units of Botox). I have never had this much before but I figured the more the better. LOL. before purchasing my Groupon I thought I did my due diligence and researched the facility and saw raving reviews on their injector- Alex. PS - Alex is no longer there. I really hate to leave a businesses bad reviews but my experience was that horrible I want to warn anyone else before you consider spending your hard earned money at this awful place. Here's my experience ....... I had an appointment (that took weeks to get) and was excited for the day to finally come. I show up at my appt time (that multiple people had called previously to confirm) and was told the injector had an emergency and had to leave. I was also told that someone had called me to cancel the appointment. That was a flat out lie - no one ever called me to let me know I didn't have to sit in 90 minutes of traffic and pay $35 in parking just to be turned away and go sit another 90 minutes of traffic home. I completely understand that emergencies happen but a heads up aka phone call they claimed to make but didn't would've avoided that whole situation. They offered free units on my next appointment to make up for the inconvenience. Ok fine, that works for me. We rescheduled my injections with Dr. G and I then wait for results ... that barely came. After waiting two weeks I called to tell them I still have a lot of movement on my forehead to which I was told to come back in so they could evaluate. I never received my 'free units for the inconvenience' & on this 3rd appt was told that the large amount of units I already purchased was not enough and I need to purchase more. And that if I don't like it I can go back to the locations where I've previously received dysport. They also told me only places that charge $28 a unit offer free 'touch ups'. I was told I needed another 20 units for $150 which I was reluctantly willing to pay even though as a customer I have been treated like crap and they have not done the right thing up to this point. I was then told dysport is on back order and I need to come back and make my appointment in two weeks. Yeah- no thanks . I'll go to a place where you actually pay for a service that does what they say they will do and appreciates it's customers. Moral of the story- you get what you pay for and if something is a low price there is a reason why. So let my money burning experience be a lesson to anyone else considering visiting this place. Buyer beware!!!! I'll attach a photo so you can see for yourselves - and ask yourself, should someone's forehead look like this 2 weeks after injecting 40 units of Botox!? I had the best facial I've ever had in my life here! Cornelia is so professional and the space is clean, beautiful and relaxing. She first analyzed my skin, asked about my routine and gave me a facial that was customized to my specific needs. She also gave me a face massage as part of the facial, which was heavenly. I have very sensitive skin and my skin reacted wonderfully to the products she used (and they all smelled great!). She is so knowledgeable and my skin was GLOWING when I walked out. customer service is terrible, the wrong facial was given twice (i had bought the Hydrafacial, but they gave me a mediocre facial instead that broke me out). my skin is always so tender afterwards and the first two times i thought it was normal, until i went to a dermatologist and they said my skin had micro abrasions from the facial. if you don't want to spend 3 months repairing your skin, do not go here. read more

A hidden gem! I have tried several places throughout the city and I'm so happy to have finally found Cornelia. She assessed my skin, asked about my current regimen / skin goals then began her magic. I have somewhat sensitive skin and reacted well to all of her products-- they smelled amazing too! My skin was visibly brighter and not inflamed or red from the extractions. Like other places that try to shill you products and upsell you throughout the treatment, Cornelia allowed me to enjoy the facial and provided great recommendations at the end. I've been seeing Cornelia for facials regularly and I feel so lucky to have found her services. She is attentive and thoughtful in her approach. I have extremely sensitive skin AND clogged pores, but I always leave her place with fresh, calm looking skin. The office is bright and lovely and I appreciate that she is never pushy with products though I did purchase an excellent exfoliant from her that was very reasonably priced. I didn't know what to expect as I booked my appointment through ClassPass. At first, I was a little surprised but then in love with the cute studio space - it's an open space with one table with all the surrounding equipment and products. It's JUST YOU! I felt like it was already going to be specific and personalized to me and loved the attention. The room had calming images and music playing. Cornelia was really sweet and asked me about my skincare routine and then proceeded to give me such an amazing face massage with all the products. The products smelled good and just made my face feel clean and refreshed. I also had the LED treatment, which did wonders for the redness in my cheeks. At the end, she went over what she had done and was incredibly professional, encouraging me that if I wanted to come back, to book through ClassPass again or directly with her.
