She then yelled at me when I suggested I should receive some sort of compensation for the severe inconvenience, told me I was out of luck because I already paid for the service and then hung up on me. Every single laseraway employee I've ever met has told me they are looking for a new job and hate working there and clearly it's managers like yona driving away good employees and customers. I'm shocked she still has a job with customer service/managerial "skills" like I saw tonight, but hopefully she enjoyed getting off early tonight on June 23 2026. Avoid and take your business elsewhere unless you want your appt cancelled without notice 5 minutes before so the manager can tell you she doesn't care because you already paid for the appt, hang up on you and then leave early.

Your website clearly states the estimated length of each laser treatment (for example, full legs - 20 minutes, stomach line - 15 minutes), so I had certain expectations regarding the quality and thoroughness of the service. I arrived early for my appointment and was the only client in the waiting room. After waiting about five minutes, the technician brought me in on time. From the start, there was very little communication. She only asked the standard questions about retinol use, antibiotics, and similar medical information, but she never explained the treatment process or what to expect during the session. What concerned me most was the treatment itself. The technician did not mark or properly assess the treatment areas, and it felt like she was simply guessing rather than being precise. She didn't pause to check that every area had been treated evenly. When I asked her to lower the air pressure because I was uncomfortable, my request was ignored. This location is not the same since the previous technicians left. The level of professionalism and attention to detail has noticeably declined. There was no welcoming atmosphere, no effort to make me feel comfortable, and no sense of structure. What was especially frustrating is that there wasn't a single other client waiting, yet the technician still rushed through my appointment. The session was completed much faster than expected, and I honestly do not believe all of the treatment areas were covered properly. Laser hair removal should be performed carefully and methodically. The technician should be checking that every section is treated evenly rather than rushing through the appointment. As a paying customer, I expect a thorough treatment that matches the standards your company advertises. I've had many different technicians over the years, some better than others but all of them are professional when doing the treatments. The front desk staff in particular provides great customer service and are very easy to contact when I need to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I've had laser on most of my body and now I only need to go every couple of months for maintenance since some areas do grow back due to hormones. They use Cynosure laser and this has been very effictive for my skin. Getting laser was the best investment since I really don't ever have to worry about shaving anymore. They always have different promotions available so the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place if you're interested in laser hair removal.

One is, so I can't even book until I provide a doctor's note. I could've done that weeks ago, and I would've just bought a 50% off package with the holiday deals and booked my first session if I didn't need to first come in for a 3 minute consult. The front desk staff was nice (though I have no clue what their names were because no one introduced themselves) and I was seen on time, so two stars for that, but three stars off for wasting my time. I've been preparing for weeks to begin laser treatments - no waxing, no sun, only shaving, etc., and now I'm unsure whether I should bother going back or find a different provider. UPDATE: Following my consultation, I received an email soliciting my feedback. I provided it and expressed that I had a poor experience during my consultation but remained interested in purchasing a package and working with a different specialist. No one acknowledged or responded. It now seems I'll be purchasing services elsewhere since Laser Spa doesn't care enough to earn my business with a simple response to an email. The location really is convenient and I prepared for many weeks for the treatments, so this is highly disappointing.

I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at Glo Spa for their outstanding care and support. I recently visited for an RF facial in preparation for an upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, due to my sensitive skin, I experienced an unexpected reaction following the treatment. What truly stood out to me was how responsive and compassionate the team was. They reached out to me immediately, showed genuine concern, and went above and beyond to ensure my skin was properly cared for. Not only did they offer prompt follow-up care to help restore my skin's health, but they also took the time to speak with me personally over the phone, patiently answering all my questions and providing reassurance throughout the process. Their professionalism, empathy, and dedication to client well-being turned a stressful situation into a reminder of how important it is to be in the hands of knowledgeable and caring professionals. Thank you, Glo Spa, for your exceptional service and for treating me with such love and compassion. read more

I went to Glo spa with a couple friends for a soft opening type of party. The owners were two very nice women that I had the pleasure of meeting. They did a few demonstrations of the services they will be providing, I have to say I was definitely impressed. I have MS and am not able to get botox or any type of fillers so when they did the demonstration for skin tightening I was thrilled. The results seemed so promising that I was immediately sold and purchased a package on the spot. I am very excited to begin my treatments and cannot wait to see my results. read more

Skin looked tan and shiny for a day and on day 3 I started to see the skin peeling. I saw the most peeling occur on day 4 and by 6-7 days fully renewed skin. The results were great! Next I tried the lymphatic drainage compression massage for 1 hour. This is a great option to do after a long run or tough workout. You will remove all clothing and they provide disposable underwear. Then you'll put on a white full body suit that zips up. They will then help you slide into this machine. Basically feels like putting on a spacesuit! Your eyes will be covered. The space itself was clean and nice, seemed high-end. The main reason I am giving a 3-star review is that the person who performed my massage and the person who checked me in walked me to a room, left me sitting there for a bit before coming in and giving any instructions. Then, the massage was taking place; again, the massage itself was fine. Nothing too crazy and not something I would go out of my way to come back for. But then on the way out, I heard them talking about my tattoos, which just made me feel uncomfortable because I don't understand the need to make any comments. Then they kept pointing out how red my face was, after I explained that I have eczema, so my face is red from a skin condition. They pointed it out again. I think it would've been different if I were getting a facial and they were making a comment on my facial skin condition, but it wasn't. I was getting a body service, so the comments felt unneeded. I was thinking about also getting a hydrafacial from them but I don't think I will be coming back.
