I highly recommend getting a consult with Nurse Gigi for any of for your skincare needs. Another plus is that she's super responsive through text and her new location is conveniently in Soho.

I did it right before my 35th birthday. First of all, since it was my first Botox she didn't warn me that Botox takes effect gradually and you might look funny for 2 weeks because muscles get paralysed gradually. So I was freaking out during those two weeks BIG time while being on the cruise in the ocean. Second, I experienced EXTREMELY tight skin on my forehead and HEAVY feeling like someone pulled my scalp. That feeling is excruciating. And lastly, both of my eyebrows DROOPED with my right eyebrow dropping more severely. It changed my beautiful open eyes and my beautiful naturally arched brows to flat droopy eyebrows and eyes. Also I developed deep lines in between my eyebrows even at rest which I didn't have before. I couldn't recognize myself in the mirror and worst of all my birthday was ruined. I felt depressed and disfigured and the tightness and heaviness in my face was killing me. I came back to her and she apologized letting me know that I reacted more strongly to Botox than she thought I would. She did correction for free. In 2-3 weeks not much has changed and I reached out to her again. She did correction again. But I still had prominent deep lines in between my eyebrows AT REST which I didn't have before. At this point I decided not to come back anymore for correction and let it naturally wear out. Since so much Botox was done near my eyebrows I started to lose a lot of hair in them - see pictures. I naturally have super bushy and beautiful arched eyebrows and now they are flat, thinned and spotty. I can't imagine if someone had poor eyebrows to begin with. It used to take me 15 seconds to do my eyebrow makeup and now it takes 10 minutes and they still look messed up. I still have deep wrinkles in between my eyebrows even at rest which I didn't have. My question is if I react so strongly to Botox why 3 injections in the muscle between my eyebrows didn't work? To me It seems like nurse Gigi just really messed up my face by placing injections incorrectly. Crows feet. I asked her to soften the wrinkles on my crows feet and what I now have is deep shallow hollows under my eyes and also swelling and water retention which I also didn't have before the injections. My eyes look tired and older. I had zero hollows under my eyes before the injections. It's just terrible. So while she admitted that she gave me too much Botox and offered corrections for free which I appreciate, it was hard to correct what has been done. As I said, my eyebrows are thinner, droopy and spotty, I have hollows under my eyes and water retention under my eyes like I'm a drinker. Since Botox starting to wear off I'm starting to look funny as well - the problem areas look worse than before Botox due to exaggeration since some muscles are still paralyzed. Two little deep wrinkles now exaggerated even at rest and I have weird unnatural vertical lines. Needless to say, this was an emotionally draining experience and it was triggering depression. I'm so happy that Botox is wearing off now and I'm so glad to see my wrinkles back and look like myself. I will now think a million times before doing anything else to my face. Not once nurse Gigi or anyone from her office reached out to check on me. I do not recommend this injector.

It's a top-rated Botox studio that feels so luxe and premium. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, warm, and zero-pressure -- exactly the vibe you want when someone's about to put needles in your face. My injector was a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who clearly knew her craft. She walked me through everything, made me feel completely at ease, and then -- barely a pinch. No bleeding, no bruising, no looking like I'd just lost a fight with a staple gun. Results showed up in under a week. Subtle, natural, exactly what I wanted. The pricing sealed it for me: $425 flat fee -- unlimited units across 3 FDA-approved areas, your choice of Xeomin or Jeuveau, plus a free 2-week touch-up if you need it. In a city where you'll drop that on a facial that does nothing, this is genuinely great value. Use my referral code when you book -- 8il5v5 and thank me later. You'll look fresher, feel more confident, and wonder why you waited this long.

Aesthetically, this looks like an old doctor's office converted to a "spa", to the point when my husband arrived he asked me where I found this place. If you have to use the bathroom they give you a key and it's a dingy shared bathroom in the hallway of the shared office space. The massage room leaves a lot to be desired, they have "relaxing" music playing from a phone on YouTube which gets interrupted by ads or other sounds. You can hear all of the city's sounds during your relaxing massage aka car honking and sirens. The masseuses were good, they check on you to see if you're ok, maybe not overly friendly but that's ok. At the end, when it came time to pay, the receptionist asks if you want to tip, I say yes, expecting a receipt I can write a tip, but she says no just tell me what you want to leave. They should use a different system, it's awkward to announce to a room the tip you're leaving. Overall, the actual massage was pretty good, at some points the towels were too hot and too much pressure for me, but I could have said something. I don't think I would return, but it was an experience.
