Was between rating 3 and 4 stars but always round up because business is hard! I live in walking distance from Clean Market and have come here a few times to purchase products before which was a nice experience. Came here again in December for a B-12 shot which is located in the back part of the store and had an okay experience. I felt super rushed and although they have a creative process for your mandatory health assessment prior, it was the least pleasant to be taken into a weird tiny dressing room to get my shot. It's clearly a luxurious market for products in the front but I didn't love the rushed experience getting the B-12. The lighting in the tiny dressing room couldn't have been suitable for injections and although everything looks clean, it appeared messy and I rather they have told me to come back at a certain other time for a proper room instead of allowing me to book an appointment via phone and escorting me into a weird dressing room. I'll still return because the staff was truly lovely in the front and back but it didn't give the "clean market" feel that is presented in their marketing. read more

The short: this is a great one-stop-shop for natural, organic, clean foods, experiences & products. The staff are all super nice, too! The longer: this place is totally cute. There's a cafe with some seating, a store & an area in the back for some treatments. I've enjoyed the lattes, smoothies & iced teas I've had here. They make their own milk substitutes and many of their ingredients. The drinks aren't overly sugary. The food is good, too. They have great sweet treats, smoothie bowls, and their avocado toast was tasty. One caveat: because they're thorough and making things from scratch, service takes a bit longer than other local spots. In the back there are several rooms for thermo-therapy. I did an infrared sauna today and can't wait to go back. You get a private room, towels, robe, slipper, towels, etc. and can enjoy a private 30 minute session for $45. I highly recommend this spot for high-quality everything in a chill, clean, modern environment. read more

There's an injector that was rude to me by the name of Rob, I was turned off by the attitude. I expressed my opinion regarding my drip and he took offense and cursed at me. His storming out and "Damning" a customer is enough for me to take my money elsewhere I won't be going to Nutri drip if he's injecting anymore. I have spent hundreds at this establishment and I refuse to be rushed out when I'm trying to have a relaxing moment of self care. If you can't accomodate your clients properly, you will lose them. I didn't want to give this place a 1 star but in good conscience had to. The lace is clean, stylish and the people that work there are nice. The problem is a bought a six pack of drinks. The drinks were a kind a drink frequently and know well. I had never bought them here though. The ones I got here were rancid. I took the unopened ones and was refused a refund or replacement. So I must give them a one star if they took money and didn't stand by their product. Also the drink tasted like it would have made me I'll had I drank. All around good reason not to use this business when there are plenty of other businesses that sell this product and stand by it. read more

I stumbled upon this place today and I was instantly drawn in! There's a lot of things going on in here, but the layout is nice and the cafe is clean. They have items for sale such as CBD oils and other health supplements. They also have a case with drinks and food, as well as a bar with specialty coffees, teas and smoothies. The barista was very helpful and even gave me a few suggestions! I got "the pines" smoothie, which was expensive, but tasted good. I looked in the back and they have cryotherapy and special IV drips. So I've been here several times for vitamin c drips and it was great. However today I had a MONSTER hangover. I was still throwing up when I got to Clean Market! But the whole staff was so accommodating and very nice about it. Ellie, the nutridrip nurse set me right up and within 15 minutes the nausea was gone! She even got me water and a chamomile tea sweetened with honey to help calm my stomach while the medicine kicked in. i have. been going to Clean market for years and recently in Sep 2024 during 10 days starting on Sep 14 I spent 1700$ on 4 IVs and none of the staff members informed me about the 20% discount if I buy a membership- I would have saved 340$ if I bought into the membership- when I raised this issue with the staff they said the manager was not around and they had to wait for her to come back - although they said if I buy the membership they would give me the 20% full discount therefore wouldn't charge me 425 on the last IV it will be 425-340= 85 then the manager emailed me and said she will discount 150$ from the last treatment which was not the 20% that they apply to all other members - I replied correcting her that 20% equates to 340$ then she charged me the full 425$ and never replied back I think they are dishonest and not informing all their clients about this membership on purpose to charge full price - the manager name was Linnea Storum- i personally found a medical IV clinic that is cheaper and happy I discovered how dishonest and unethical they are - please make sure you take the membership if you ever go there as they will never inform you about the 20% discount- they ate dishonest and unethical- i gave them this feedback and I received an email promising that they will contact me and no one followed up ; of course they didn't follow up how can they justify that they have been unethical and hiding their membership benefits ? read more

I came into Clean Market this past weekend to get an IV drip and I had the most amazing time! In terms of COVID measures, everyone was wearing a mask and social distancing which was amazing. The particular drip I got was an energy booster combo. I was planning on drinking all day and night with my friends so I wanted something that would keep me hydrated throughout the day and use it sort of as a "pregame" drip. The best part about this drip was that I did not have a hangover the next day and I also just felt generally great. I had more energy than I would have had after a day of drinking and I would totally recommend this to anyone who's looking for a boost for the weekend! I also want to give a special shout out to the nurse there, Rob, who was the one that gave me the IV. I'm actually terrified of needles and any sort of injections but when I voiced my concerns he helped me feel really at ease and made sure I had nothing to worry about! There were also A LOT of drip combinations to choose from, but Rob was able to concoct something that worked exactly with my needs and answered any questions that I had about the process and ingredients. So, let me start by saying I was looking for a sauna I looked online and found clean market which has a sauna,cryotherapy, vitamin infused IV,facial,smoothies and some food etc ...Well when I got there I was late which was my fault so they booked me for another sauna appointment at a later time which was okay the environment in that place was just amazing everyones energy was great after an hour of hanging around I went in the sauna and sweat my butt off and FYI you can put your music in a box which keeps it safe from the heat and jam to your own tunes soon after the sauna I had a juice and a avocado toast that I asked if she could infuse it with CBD oil and it was great so I stayed from 2:30 left that place like at 5 thats how great it was the only thing which is why I couldn't give it a five stars is because after you sweat in the sauna I would of loved to take a shower but that's just me but I get it ,its suppose to be an in and out thing but that's my opinion but I would come here again loved it overall read more

I LOVE Clean Market. I don't typically write reviews but I'm so obsessed with Clean Market, I felt compelled to share it with the world. I initially went in for cryotherapy, infrared sauna and a 12 minute cryofacial. This was my first time doing any cryotherapy so I was naturally a bit nervous and unsure. The wonderful staff calmed my nerves and made me feel right at home. They played my favorite song and after a couple minutes in the -200 degree chamber, I felt energized and rejuvenated. Next, I went into the infared sauna where I sweat out all the toxins in my body and relaxed to my favorite playlist. The private room was so relaxing and such a wonderful place to think and decompress. Finally, I ended the experience with the cryofacial which was quick, easy and felt great!! That night I actually felt skinnier and so energized!! Since my first time, I have gone back as much as possible and am planning on becoming a member. In addition to the services, the cafe is also awesome!! I LOVE their Glow Smoothie and the lattes are delicious. All in all, it is my new favorite place in the city!! read more

What can I say, Clean Market caters to your well being, an awsome addition to a very dirty city.

I just did the infrared sauna. Short review: not having a shower completely ruins the experience. Would not recommend based on that alone. (BTW, I had been told they had showers). Long review: I think the health benefits may be legit, but the Clean Market doesn't execute this well. I was led to the room and was given a super speedy intro even though I told them it was my first time. They told me it was preprogrammed, so I didn't need to use the touchscreen control panel in the sauna; that there was a hookup for my phone to play music; to take my clothes off and sit on the provided towel and not directly on the wood; to towel down using other towels afterwards; and to step out and drink some water if I needed to. With one final instruction to hit the call button on the wall if I needed help, she darted out. First, I made the mistake of not rushing to get into the sauna; by the time I got in, I saw that time had already started. If it started immediately, that's messed up because I'm paying for that time. If it gave me a setup time that was limited, I should have been told. Instead, I took the time to use a provided face wipe to wipe off the little makeup I had on (makeup+sweat=bad) and try to figure out the colored lighting system. There was a one-pager explaining the colors and how to change them, which can only be done outside the sauna. Through trial and error I discovered that I felt better with some colors than with others, and that the auto setting changes them too quickly to impact my mood or anything. I then read through the other one-pager to make sure there wasn't anything I shouldn't do that had been left out of the brief explanation I received. So I finally got into the sauna. The audio hookup didn't work; my phone registered the connection and charged, but it wouldn't go through the sauna's speakers. I let it just play through its own speakers after closing the box to keep it safe from the heat, which was fine until I took it out to change playlists and realized it was super hot. I tossed it out of the sauna immediately, then felt tortured by the silence and resorted to playing it just loudly enough to hear in the sauna but hopefully not loudly enough for others to hear it. The heat was immediately relaxing. It was a similar sensation to tanning. I felt relaxed, energized, and like I wanted to just lay back and find my zen. Except I couldn't. Because the sauna was the smallest one the manufacturer makes. I'm 5'5", and I couldn't find a single way to orient myself that felt comfortable. I also wasn't sure what I could and couldn't lean up against; they had said to sit on the towel and not to just be on the wood, so I wasn't sure what was safe or acceptable. If I had my feet on the ground, I had no back support. If I had my feet on the seat (on top of the towel), I felt cramped. I'm not someone who gets claustrophobic, but this made me feel trapped. What's more terrifying is that they stick two people in the same size of sauna! I had booked a 60 minute session. I don't think 30 minutes would have been enough, but 60 minutes felt way too long since I couldn't sprawl out. With about 20 minutes left, I started to really sweat. I took 3-4 very short breaks to grab water/deal with my phone that lasted maybe 10-15 seconds. The heat wasn't really that bad; it was the cramped space that made it unenjoyable. For reference, the sauna was about half the size of the ones in promo videos for competitor HigherDOSE. Finally, time ended. I refused to get out before the end of my slot because I'm competitive and didn't want to waste the money. I hopped out, wrapped a towel around myself, and pressed the call button. The employee responded quickly and knocked. I opened the door and asked where the showers were. There were none. I closed the door and just stood there. Your body doesn't stop sweating when you hop out; it's still trying to cool down, so you still sweat. I resorted to pouring some remaining water on the washcloth and using that to wipe down before using the dry towel to towel off, but it was not enough. Putting my clothes on felt like Ross in the episode where he wears leather pants on a date and can't pull them back up: I was so sweaty that everything stuck to me, and I didn't want to put anything on. I also realized there wasn't anywhere to put the towels, so I awkwardly left them on the fake mini tree trunk stool, where they promptly tumbled to the ground. That made me realize that since there was no hamper, everyone must throw them on the ground, which is just gross. So do I think infrared saunas work? I definitely felt better after, so maybe. Do I think I will go back? No. The execution of the concept was terrible, and made what should have been a relaxing experience stressful for much of the 60 minutes. read more
