The Soho EverBody closed a few months back and I've been trying to book at appointment at the Flatiron location to use my Botox package. Their online booking system is a mess. It keeps asking you to verify with silly photos (click all motorcycles, click all street lights). I tried to call to book. No one ever picks up. Instead of calling me back as requested, they texted me to schedule. Those conversations went on so long, life distracted me before I was fully booked. All in. I'm very unimpressed. Horrible booking practices!! I was trying to give this place a chance, even tho they don't answer the phone and everything requires putting down a credit card. For my 2nd time here I made the appt online. Someone then calls me and asks me to come 45 min earlier. They used to be great but in the past year they closed many NYC locations and nobody answers the phone. This morning 2 hours before my service I got a text it was cancelled. Then, I go online to re book it, and the website is a mess and makes you enter super personal information and go through numerous security verifications which you never had to do previously. I was looking forward to a laser treatment I booked weeks in advance. The morning of, I received a text saying the medical provider was sick and would I like to reschedule or try to book at another location for the same time. I requested the same appointment at another location - no such luck. Seriously? I am a teacher. When I get sick, do they cancel my class and tell the kids to go home? When a chef gets sick, do you have to find somewhere else to eat on a Saturday night? I have never heard of anything like this. It's a bad business model, if I have ever seen one. read more

I booked an appointment for a Clear & Brilliant laser treatment as a new customer on 2/13 for 2/28 at 4:15 pm at this location. Their team sent an email to confirm the appointment on 2/24, which I confirmed. Then on 2/26 they texted me saying they'd overbooked and had to move me to 4:30 pm. They didn't ask for confirmation of the new time in the rebooking email so I assumed it was still on since it was just a 15 minutes later. But then sent me another appointment change to 3:00 pm tonight, the night before the appointment. No call to apologize and ask for a more convenient time to reschedule. When I expressed my disappointment and said I couldn't make the 3 pm appointment, they canceled and didn't apologize for the inconvenience of moving me around so last minute because of their own booking issue. What are you all doing over there? What kind of disorganized calendar management is happening? I do not recommend this business if this is the way they treat customers. I booked a botox treatment for my forhead as well as my 11 lines with dr. lamm at the recommendation of a trusted friend. i go to amy wechsler for fillers but dont want to spent 2 thousand dollars on forhead botox, and my regular Dr. moved to california. So I decided to give it a try. the facility is great. I feel like I walked into a spa and everyone is happy to help. Ive been doing botox since college so 15 years give or take every 3-4 months. Dr. Lamm was very nice, he explained to me that he would prefer to put less botox and then on my 2 week visit if needed he would put more. it was the first time I actually needed a 2 week visit. He really held back on the ammount of botox and 2 weeks later i was back and it didnt look like i had done any botox at all. I do appreciate his caution, and since it was his first time injecting me I was ok with it. I used about 60 units total between the two visits for two areas, which is more than usual for someone my age. I am looking forward to my second botox, since this was his first time. now they have the exact amount used during my visits and hopefully I wont need to return twice next time I book. I still didnt get the fully frozen look Id get before, my eyebrows move a bit, but I didnt want him injecting to close to them and risking my eyebrows to lower. read more

I love the EverBody space. Clean, zen and welcoming. I typically go for a hydrafacial however opted for a clear and brilliant and what a game changer! The texture of my skin instantly changed smoother and glowing. My esthetician Brie did an amazing job. I was nervous on how my skin would react to the lasers considering I have hyper pigmented, sensitive skin but Brie made it as painless as possible. My favorite part after the lasers was the cooling mask and cooling globe massage. Brie worked wonders . I also got a lil something something (starts with bo ends with tox ) by Kamica. I expressed my concerns of wanting to look as natural as possible and she delivered great results. I'm getting compliments how "rested" and refreshed I looked. Don't go here - total instagram scam. I've gotten botox injections regularly for the past few years and what usually costs me $300 was $475 at Everbody. In addition to the cost issue, I had migraines all week following the injections and I still have wrinkles. Christina deserves all the praise! I went to my first appointment given how close it was to my apartment and I just needed a botox reUP. The lobby area is beautifully decorated, staff wearing masks. You feel comfortable waiting to be called. I waited about 5 minutes and Christina came and got me. We took some photos and discussed what areas should be injected. She even made sure I had what I needed (I can sometimes feel faint due to injections so don't be embarrassed to speak up about this!). It was quick, maybe about 1 minute? She was patient with me afterwards when I had a few questions in terms of results and how often to come back. Overall, 10/10 experience and I'll be back in 3 1/2 months :) read more

Woohoo! As good as it gets! I always think botox/filler/high tech facial appointments should be easy and streamlined, and Ever/Body does just that. I was seen by an injector within 5 minutes of filling out the online form and my entire appointment took less than 30 minutes. Everyone was super nice and attentive and I love their beautiful waiting room. As for the treatment itself, I have no bruising or bleeding afterwards. First We waited outside for five minutes in the cold while three stuff people stood around did nothing and only way we could get inside when the one and only customer left. This is a first floor open window place and they saw us outside waiting and did literally nothing. Finally We were able to get to the desk, First we were told that we were too late for 4:45 appointment which we arrived on time but we had to wait outside. I've been very pleased with my experience at Ever/Body and have recommended it to all my friends in NYC! I love how professional the office feels -it really feels like you're walking into a clinicians office rather than a spa. I trust the work that I'm getting from the practitioners as well (I've seen both an RN and one of the dermatologists here). I've gotten Botox twice here since the beginning of this year, which was my first experience with Botox as a mid-twenties woman, and both results lasted me around 2.5-3 months from 17-20 units in one area. I had also received a virtual consultation with Ever/Body at the beginning of the pandemic, and I was so pleased with how I'm depth and informative it had been even just for a complimentary session. My only qualm was that during my latest visit, my nurse didn't sanitize my forehead before injecting. I think she had been a bit distracted since it was the last appointment of the day. I went to a different med spa this month after my previous Botox wore off and I definitely prefer the overall experience at Ever/Body, so I'll definitely be going back there but I'll just see a different practitioner next time I go. read more

First I had a consultation with the NP Stefanie and she was so informative, knowledgable, and personable. She really made me feel comfortable (I'm new to all the services here) and I felt like I was talking to a good friend rather than a provider. She was amazing at helping me decide what I wanted to do. She gave me all the time I needed to ask all my questions, gave me her advice and both professional and personal opinions, and I left the consultation really trusting her and wanting to go back to see her again for my services. I ended up doing a lip flip and baby botox. A week later I had some questions about my results and came in to see Loveth, another NP here who I am now also extremely fond of. She was also soo sweet, personable, and knowledgable. She also took her time to hear me out and kindly answer all my questions, explained everything so clearly and she made me feel so much better than I felt going in. I would absolutely love to go back to her as well. I highly recommend making your appointments here with either of these two amazing NPs! They were both just so genuine and helpful. They made my experience with ever body worth it for me. I would also like to note that I really appreciate how at ever body I don't feel pressured to do anything so they can make money off me. Both these NPs were honest with me about how little I actually really needed to get done to achieve the looks I wanted and weren't trying to over sell the services to me. My sister and I went earlier this week for two different procedures. I received this as a gift so I can't speak about price or value. I am a girl woman with shoulder length permed hair. I went in for the Keravive scalp treatment. I was running a little late and sent them a text, they were very cool and casual about it. Which is a great sign in my books. I showed in five minutes late and they gave me a little questionnaire to fill out. The lobby is very pretty. Not sure if it's a COVID thing, but every chair has it's own little cubicle which is great because I don't want to be near anybody during this hot week! The questionnaire had the usual, Are you pregnant - How's your skin - What are you allergic to? It's about 30 yes/no questions. I was called into my appt fairly quickly. I wish I could remember the name of my provider, she was funny and sweet. Before we started, she confirmed some of the questionnaire questions and then we began. For the Keravive treatment, you lay on your side, remove any hair accessories and part your scalp. I've got to be honest, I have terrible dandruff. I've had it my entire life. My mum always says when she was pregnant with me she had terrible dandruff as well. It's like a curse I received in my past life Luckily, I had washed in the night before so it was clear. I would suggest washing it like 2 days before so the provider can see what you're working with. But definitely wash you hair close to the appointment. It's like brushing your teeth before heading to the dentist. The provider parted my hair and began to exfoliate ever inch of it. Really cool stuff. She compared it to the feeling of your mum oiling your scalp when you were a kid. (POC -- ya'll know lmao.) It was very soothing. We chatted a bit and discussed what she was doing. You have to flip half way so they can get the other side. After the exfoliating, they add the peptide solution. It's a little spray nozzle gun that she pressed into every inch of your scalp. Then they massage it and you're all done. Do not do this before a date or before the opera. Because my hair style was wrecked. It's like taking a shower and letting it air dry. She left me with some take home peptide which was pretty cool. It was a pleasurable experience, I mean it's basically a facial for your scalp. I really do want to rate this four stars because I don't know if it's worked yet but the experience there was top-notch. I would definitely like to go back in 6 months. But based on googling, I think this place is pretty pricey. (I unlike my sister am not on a doctor's salary.) Overall, a peaceful and soothing experience. read more

I've been going to a dermatologist for my treatments and wanted to try everbody for the convenience of many avail appts and scheduling and their services menu was so wide, it' saves me from going to multiple places. I have been canceled on twice by them, both last minute after stopping my prescription tret for a two weeks prior to each appointment that was canceled on me. They weren't able to squeeze me into the flatiron location and were offering for me to go to the upper west side on the same day they canceled me at flatiron. I am a working woman, I am unable to be flexible in my schedule to go across the city last minute after i have been inconvenienced. I asked to be compensated and they offered 50 dollars off, which to me felt like a slap in the face. I wanted so badly to have a good experience here but it really left a bad taste in my mouth.
