The Soho EverBody closed a few months back and I've been trying to book at appointment at the Flatiron location to use my Botox package. Their online booking system is a mess. It keeps asking you to verify with silly photos (click all motorcycles, click all street lights). I tried to call to book. No one ever picks up. Instead of calling me back as requested, they texted me to schedule. Those conversations went on so long, life distracted me before I was fully booked. All in. I'm very unimpressed. As soon as I use up my Botox package, I am going to find a new spot. I heard Peachy NYC has good deals. read more

Horrible booking practices!! I was trying to give this place a chance, even tho they don't answer the phone and everything requires putting down a credit card. For my 2nd time here I made the appt online. Someone then calls me and asks me to come 45 min earlier. Out of respect to my provider i really tried to rus over there from NJ in the pouring freezing rain, only for them to make me wait over the 45 minutes. Why change if at all?? Unacceptable!!! I told the girl working to have the manager call me because I really wanted an apology for this but he never did. So I'll never go back read more

They used to be great but in the past year they closed many NYC locations and nobody answers the phone. This morning 2 hours before my service I got a text it was cancelled. Then, I go online to re book it, and the website is a mess and makes you enter super personal information and go through numerous security verifications which you never had to do previously. Once my package is up, I'm not going to be buying another. Will find another spa. read more

I was looking forward to a laser treatment I booked weeks in advance. The morning of, I received a text saying the medical provider was sick and would I like to reschedule or try to book at another location for the same time. I requested the same appointment at another location - no such luck. Seriously? I am a teacher. When I get sick, do they cancel my class and tell the kids to go home? When a chef gets sick, do you have to find somewhere else to eat on a Saturday night? I have never heard of anything like this. It's a bad business model, if I have ever seen one. read more

My skin was FLAWLESS after my facial and I was getting compliments still days after. Thank You Ariel!!! I will see you soon girl! read more

Everything went so well- I saw Janna at the flatiron location. Everything was clean and it was easy to make an appointment.

I booked a botox treatment for my forhead as well as my 11 lines with dr. lamm at the recommendation of a trusted friend. i go to amy wechsler for fillers but dont want to spent 2 thousand dollars on forhead botox, and my regular Dr. moved to california. So I decided to give it a try. the facility is great. I feel like I walked into a spa and everyone is happy to help. Ive been doing botox since college so 15 years give or take every 3-4 months. Dr. Lamm was very nice, he explained to me that he would prefer to put less botox and then on my 2 week visit if needed he would put more. it was the first time I actually needed a 2 week visit. He really held back on the ammount of botox and 2 weeks later i was back and it didnt look like i had done any botox at all. I do appreciate his caution, and since it was his first time injecting me I was ok with it. I used about 60 units total between the two visits for two areas, which is more than usual for someone my age. I am looking forward to my second botox, since this was his first time. now they have the exact amount used during my visits and hopefully I wont need to return twice next time I book. I still didnt get the fully frozen look Id get before, my eyebrows move a bit, but I didnt want him injecting to close to them and risking my eyebrows to lower. read more

I booked an appointment for a Clear & Brilliant laser treatment as a new customer on 2/13 for 2/28 at 4:15 pm at this location. Their team sent an email to confirm the appointment on 2/24, which I confirmed. Then on 2/26 they texted me saying they'd overbooked and had to move me to 4:30 pm. They didn't ask for confirmation of the new time in the rebooking email so I assumed it was still on since it was just a 15 minutes later. But then sent me another appointment change to 3:00 pm tonight, the night before the appointment. No call to apologize and ask for a more convenient time to reschedule. When I expressed my disappointment and said I couldn't make the 3 pm appointment, they canceled and didn't apologize for the inconvenience of moving me around so last minute because of their own booking issue. What are you all doing over there? What kind of disorganized calendar management is happening? I do not recommend this business if this is the way they treat customers. Why would I reschedule if I'm not even sure you're going to honor the appointment time. read more

Excellent space, service, and experience! TBD on results-mid treatments, but all providers have been incredibly helpful.

I have been getting botox for a while at LaserAway but decided to find a more dermatology-focused provider to continue my botox and to get a consultation for dermal filler. Choosing a plastic surgeon or private doctor's office was daunting and very expensive with consultation fees ranging in the hundreds. Every/Body had been showing up on my Instagram feed but I put off looking into them because they seemed to advertise a lot around this aesthetic office, but I don't care how pretty an office is. I care about results. When I finally gave in and casually looked into them and had a consultation, I came to appreciate what the core of their business is: you. - Ever/Body's pricing is totally transparent and everything is listed on their website -- no surprises. They might be a little more expensive than some other places, but I really don't want to skimp when it comes to something on my face. I'm also willing to pay for high-quality care and results. And, as a new customer, you get 10% off your first service! Your purchases are saved to your account as Rewards points, which can also be redeemed as a credit on your next treatment. No more surprise post-procedure expenses and in-office sticker shock (as is the norm with all things health care.) - My PA took her time with me to develop a truly custom plan. I felt well-informed of all my choices and confident in my decision to move forward. I came in planning to explore dermal filler for my entire jaw, but during the consultation, I learned that I really just needed a little bit of dermal filler at my chin, and botox for my masseters. Way less expensive, less "work" on my face, and definitely a treatment plan customized for me as an individual. - No pressure. I did not once feel pressured or upsold for any service. In fact, I was presented with an option that was less expensive and intensive than what I came in for. My PA took a conservative approach with my botox and shared that I could always get an additional touch up at my 2-week follow up appointment instead of going in strong with the units off the bat. Great! I am so excited that cosmetic dermatology has finally entered an arena of accessible, easy-to-understand, and high-quality care! read more

Don't go here - total instagram scam. I've gotten botox injections regularly for the past few years and what usually costs me $300 was $475 at Everbody. In addition to the cost issue, I had migraines all week following the injections and I still have wrinkles. Tech and staff were friendly, clean space, but no one should have to pay for something that isn't effective, was uncomfortable following the procedure, and is ludicrously expensive. read more

I love the EverBody space. Clean, zen and welcoming. I typically go for a hydrafacial however opted for a clear and brilliant and what a game changer! The texture of my skin instantly changed smoother and glowing. My esthetician Brie did an amazing job. I was nervous on how my skin would react to the lasers considering I have hyper pigmented, sensitive skin but Brie made it as painless as possible. My favorite part after the lasers was the cooling mask and cooling globe massage. Brie worked wonders . I also got a lil something something (starts with bo ends with tox ) by Kamica. I expressed my concerns of wanting to look as natural as possible and she delivered great results. I'm getting compliments how "rested" and refreshed I looked. I'm looking forward to coming back for another treatment with them. Kamica understood the assignment and was amazing! I'm happy with my results! read more

do NOT go here! I was exactly 11 minutes late by the time I got to the counter due to pouring rain / someone in front of me checking in and they told me I could no longer have the appointment. Not apologetic or any empathy that it was an absolute storm outside and I'd driven 45+ minutes to get there. I asked for a refund on my package since this was such a bad experience and they would not give it. STAY AWAY. All they want is to collect your money with no care for your experience. I've also been a loyal customer otherwise. read more

I must say, this place is run excellently. Whoever manages, hires, trains the staff is wonderful. I've only had good experiences here, and it goes without saying the facility is new, clean, private, and wonderfully maintained. I had a third treatment here, this time with Andrea and she was hilarious and sweet, and cooled my face down amply. Booking is easy and people actually pick up the phone, which may not happen everywhere else hehe. Love!!!! read more

Christina deserves all the praise! I went to my first appointment given how close it was to my apartment and I just needed a botox reUP. The lobby area is beautifully decorated, staff wearing masks. You feel comfortable waiting to be called. I waited about 5 minutes and Christina came and got me. We took some photos and discussed what areas should be injected. She even made sure I had what I needed (I can sometimes feel faint due to injections so don't be embarrassed to speak up about this!). It was quick, maybe about 1 minute? She was patient with me afterwards when I had a few questions in terms of results and how often to come back. Overall, 10/10 experience and I'll be back in 3 1/2 months :) read more

Woohoo! As good as it gets! I always think botox/filler/high tech facial appointments should be easy and streamlined, and Ever/Body does just that. I was seen by an injector within 5 minutes of filling out the online form and my entire appointment took less than 30 minutes. Everyone was super nice and attentive and I love their beautiful waiting room. As for the treatment itself, I have no bruising or bleeding afterwards. Instead of waiting at least 20 minutes at dermatologist offices for injections, I would come here from now on! read more

I rarely post this kind of negative review but this was unbelievable. First We waited outside for five minutes in the cold while three stuff people stood around did nothing and only way we could get inside when the one and only customer left. This is a first floor open window place and they saw us outside waiting and did literally nothing. Finally We were able to get to the desk, First we were told that we were too late for 4:45 appointment which we arrived on time but we had to wait outside. They were very rude, made us fill out the form and then told us they couldn't do the procedure because they don't have enough time. AVOID AT ALL COST. Waste of time and rude! read more

Christina is amazing! She listens to all your concerns (regardless if they are gif or small) and really makes sure you are comfortable with each step of the service. Would 100% go back and specifically to her! She's so busy so make sure you book ahead. I did go to another practitioner since Christina was booked and really dislike my outcome. She confirmed what services I wanted at my appointment but then proceeded in silence!! There were no questions in my preferences or placement. I realized over the past few weeks that the placement of botox has left my face asymmetrical. My smile is different and my eyes are uneven when smiling. I look totally different than when I went to Christina! I can't wait for this session of Botox to wear off. Lesson learned - just go to Christina! read more

I've been very pleased with my experience at Ever/Body and have recommended it to all my friends in NYC! I love how professional the office feels -it really feels like you're walking into a clinicians office rather than a spa. I trust the work that I'm getting from the practitioners as well (I've seen both an RN and one of the dermatologists here). I've gotten Botox twice here since the beginning of this year, which was my first experience with Botox as a mid-twenties woman, and both results lasted me around 2.5-3 months from 17-20 units in one area. I had also received a virtual consultation with Ever/Body at the beginning of the pandemic, and I was so pleased with how I'm depth and informative it had been even just for a complimentary session. My only qualm was that during my latest visit, my nurse didn't sanitize my forehead before injecting. I think she had been a bit distracted since it was the last appointment of the day. I went to a different med spa this month after my previous Botox wore off and I definitely prefer the overall experience at Ever/Body, so I'll definitely be going back there but I'll just see a different practitioner next time I go. read more

First I had a consultation with the NP Stefanie and she was so informative, knowledgable, and personable. She really made me feel comfortable (I'm new to all the services here) and I felt like I was talking to a good friend rather than a provider. She was amazing at helping me decide what I wanted to do. She gave me all the time I needed to ask all my questions, gave me her advice and both professional and personal opinions, and I left the consultation really trusting her and wanting to go back to see her again for my services. I ended up doing a lip flip and baby botox. A week later I had some questions about my results and came in to see Loveth, another NP here who I am now also extremely fond of. She was also soo sweet, personable, and knowledgable. She also took her time to hear me out and kindly answer all my questions, explained everything so clearly and she made me feel so much better than I felt going in. I would absolutely love to go back to her as well. I highly recommend making your appointments here with either of these two amazing NPs! They were both just so genuine and helpful. They made my experience with ever body worth it for me. I would also like to note that I really appreciate how at ever body I don't feel pressured to do anything so they can make money off me. Both these NPs were honest with me about how little I actually really needed to get done to achieve the looks I wanted and weren't trying to over sell the services to me. I know its common for other places try to convince you that you could benefit from it all just to make money off you. read more

My sister and I went earlier this week for two different procedures. I received this as a gift so I can't speak about price or value. I am a girl woman with shoulder length permed hair. I went in for the Keravive scalp treatment. I was running a little late and sent them a text, they were very cool and casual about it. Which is a great sign in my books. I showed in five minutes late and they gave me a little questionnaire to fill out. The lobby is very pretty. Not sure if it's a COVID thing, but every chair has it's own little cubicle which is great because I don't want to be near anybody during this hot week! The questionnaire had the usual, Are you pregnant - How's your skin - What are you allergic to? It's about 30 yes/no questions. I was called into my appt fairly quickly. I wish I could remember the name of my provider, she was funny and sweet. Before we started, she confirmed some of the questionnaire questions and then we began. For the Keravive treatment, you lay on your side, remove any hair accessories and part your scalp. I've got to be honest, I have terrible dandruff. I've had it my entire life. My mum always says when she was pregnant with me she had terrible dandruff as well. It's like a curse I received in my past life Luckily, I had washed in the night before so it was clear. I would suggest washing it like 2 days before so the provider can see what you're working with. But definitely wash you hair close to the appointment. It's like brushing your teeth before heading to the dentist. The provider parted my hair and began to exfoliate ever inch of it. Really cool stuff. She compared it to the feeling of your mum oiling your scalp when you were a kid. (POC -- ya'll know lmao.) It was very soothing. We chatted a bit and discussed what she was doing. You have to flip half way so they can get the other side. After the exfoliating, they add the peptide solution. It's a little spray nozzle gun that she pressed into every inch of your scalp. Then they massage it and you're all done. Do not do this before a date or before the opera. Because my hair style was wrecked. It's like taking a shower and letting it air dry. She left me with some take home peptide which was pretty cool. It was a pleasurable experience, I mean it's basically a facial for your scalp. I really do want to rate this four stars because I don't know if it's worked yet but the experience there was top-notch. I would definitely like to go back in 6 months. But based on googling, I think this place is pretty pricey. (I unlike my sister am not on a doctor's salary.) Overall, a peaceful and soothing experience. read more

I got a hydrafacjal from Paulette and she was WONDERFUL! Very high quality service and would highly recommend. I've been going to a dermatologist for my treatments and wanted to try everbody for the convenience of many avail appts and scheduling and their services menu was so wide, it' saves me from going to multiple places. Essential as a working mom. Not only were they convenient, but their services were very high-quality. The PAs are very well trained and knowledgeable about the benefits of each service, and they spent more time with me than my doctor ever has. And was quite a relaxing day for what is usually a very functional type of appointment or service. Love this one stop shop read more

Love Ever/Body. I see Mercedes for my laser hair removal and also Julie for Botox. I know Julie doesn't work much due to another job during the Pandemic, but I would wait months for her, she put me at ease in the way few do. The folks at the front desk are always super friendly and if they don't know something they will find it out for you. This place might be a bit more expensive than other options, but it is worth every penny. There is no pressure, but they will answer your questions honestly. Went to Ever/body for my first facial ever last night. I opted for the signature hydrafacial because I have a wedding this weekend and I wanted to make sure my face was clean and glowing for the event. It is a calming space as a whole, very modern and clean, which appeals to me. I liked how every customer had their own room, I have heard of some places doing treatments with other people basically right next to you and I am not a fan of that. Kamala explained the process to me and made me feel comfortable immediately. The Hydrafacial is about 30 minutes and cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates using a painless suction type tool. The best part is it doesn't hurt at all and there isn't any downtime. I could have gotten the facial and went to my event the next day, which I might do next time. A day later, my skin feels clean, fresh, smooth, and glowing. I am very happy with the results. I will definitely continue to do hydrafacials in preparation for events and when my skin needs a reset. read more

I am so disappointed in my experience with Ever/Body Flatiron. I am a working woman, I am unable to be flexible in my schedule to go across the city last minute after i have been inconvenienced. I asked to be compensated and they offered 50 dollars off, which to me felt like a slap in the face. I wanted so badly to have a good experience here but it really left a bad taste in my mouth.
