I've been seeing Natalya for facials and laser treatment for over a month now and my experience with her has been wonderful. She is an excellent cosmetologist and a very caring person. In addition to facials and laser treatment, she has also provided me products specifically for my skin and instructions on how to properly clean my face every morning and night. She also checks in on me every day to ensure that I am following the steps properly and to adjust my facial cleansing routine depending on how my skin responds to certain products and/or lifestyle changes. I've never worked with a cosmetologist (or even a dermatologist for that matter) who has been more thorough and effective at improving my skin and educating me on how to properly care for my skin on my own. My skin has already started showing major improvements compared to before I started seeing her, and I credit that to her level of care and attention to my individual skin needs. Also she didn't let me know about the service after I asked which left my service incomplete. Very unprofessional. The other waxer was full of cigarette smoke. I get sick around the smell so you can imagine how my wax experience was. I felt tortured. Was glad to get out. The estheticians/waxers have to be in very close proximity in order to get their job done. Tough to say, but there should be a policy about smell and hygiene practices.
