Additionally, the one time they kept my appointment and numbed me up, I couldn't get the treatment because they didn't have the implements. I bought a package over 6 months ago and in total I've only been able to get 1 treatment because either they cancel or don't have the equipment to do it when I get there. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. They finally promised me a refund for 2/3 of what I paid from corporate, saying it would be posted 5-7 business days later. Absolutely nothing for over three weeks, and they would not respond to calls, emails or chats. Finally they refund me $400 less than what they *explicitly* told me, without an explanation (I rejected the first amount they mentioned as an unsuitable solution). Absolutely a scam. By the way, this is not me, but clearly shows a sustained pattern on cancellations and lack of response. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Do a quick Google search to see every issue people have had with consistent cancellations, ghosting, and not honoring their services: https://www.reddit.com/r/MedSpa/comments/1lbhlkd/laseraway_is_a_scam_stay_away/ PS: I've tried contacting them endlessly since my May 25th call with corporate, and have not received a response through email, chat, or phone. A couple of times they've promised to call me back, and they never have. They keep responding to these reviews saying that they "will contact me" and they're "so sorry", but they never do.

Let's just say, I was here for my first treatment 4 days ago, coming here for the next in 3 days, and booking my 3rd 10 days from now. Also, the most amazing front desk staff. Shoutout to my girl Stephanie for being the coolest! UPDATE: it's two days later and 3:47am and I'm realizing I do my best yelping at these hours so here's the rest of my review: transparent pricing diverse staff knowledgeable providers clean facilities excellent range of products (ubeauty I'm looking at you) I mention knowledgeable bc I wanted to target my hyperpigmentation and so purchased a couple IPL packages online. I ended up trying a peel first and the provider advised I do peels instead since IPL isn't well-suited/effective for my skin-tone. I liked that she wasn't trying to upsell me and was honest, even tho she confirmed my fears that Lumecca will never be an ally. Real talk, I went kinda nuts during the Black Friday sale and bought a bunch of packages online and that's why I have the IPLs which don't work for me. Which brings me to my favorite aspect of Ever/Body: their flexibility in swapping a package you purchased that doesn't work for you for something that does because ultimately they want what is best for YOU.

The staff was so warm and inviting. I came for a Micro-needling treatment with stem cells and it was my first time doing that. The Esthetician, Allie, was great. She reassured me that they take every precaution to make their patients are as comfortable and relaxed as possible. My face was numbed and the treatments just felt like little bits of pressure against my skin. Afterwards Allie went through all of the after procedures with me and made me feel like I knew how to take care of myself. She sent me home with a topical treatment to put on and it was an easy treatment but the results were amazing. Within a couple of days everyone said my skin was glowing and I got even more praise for the evenness of my skin tone. I couldn't be happier. My skin feels tighter and fuller than it has in years! I can't wait for what my skin will be like after my next treatment! Micro-needling is the best thing I have ever done and I suggest you do it too. Thank you Tribeca Med Spa!
