I know this is one negative review from the wave of positive reviews they have but use your logic. Do you want services from a place that expresses itself as such? Do you believe people are traveling from other states for their treatments? Mistreats their customers when things go wrong? And then scams them when you genuinely express their experiences? There are much better options out there. Customer service etiquette adds to the value of a company. This review is based on interactions I had with this company since Aug 29 and how disgusting their reaction was since I left a negative review. The studio itself is very clean and quiet since it's not located on the Main Street. For your first appointment, they ask you what kind of results you are looking for and do a quick skin analysis. I was told that I would only need 2 (!!) microneedling sessions to get decent results so I was excited since I was expecting at least 5 sessions. If you have sensitive skin like me, you can ask them to use a stronger numbing cream for the microneedling session. I highly recommend getting a stronger numbing cream even if you don't have sensitive skin because it does kind of hurt after a while. My skin looks so much better after just 2 sessions but I'm planning to schedule one last session after summertime! Prices are also very reasonable here - I would definitely come back for a massage in the future.
