Affordable and expert-level job. Stopped in yesterday for an eyebrow threading and left super impressed by just how meticulous the service was. The line moves quickly and is worth the wait if you end up stopping by when it's busy. read more

I've been coming here for a few months now, and the positive is that it is super cheap for eyebrow threading ($7) BUT I've been cut here twice now. One of the ladies is super rough when threading and really presses into your skin. I've got a high pain tolerance so it doesn't bother me too too much but annoying to heal. I think I'll be getting my free eyebrow threading sesh and not coming back here again. It's unfortunate because they do a good job of shaping. read more

Hit or miss! They focus on threading a lot even if you want waxing. Very inexperienced people working on your needs. Unsanitary products

Amazing customer service and the ladies here do an amazing job. They were very sweet and do my eyebrows exactly how I want them.

I had a horrible experience with waxing and was referred to urgent care and the wound care unit. I will be posting photos soon. The manager took my number and promised to be in touch. She never did. To the manager, please send me your number and email within the next day. read more

Fast, great $6 eyebrow threading. The woman who did it left my eyebrows thick like I wanted. Then I asked her to smooth out of arch which she did according to my sparse eyebrows. She made sure to not take too much off because of the empty gap areas. I went out of my way to check this place out and wasn't disappointed. Highly recommend and will be back read more

Very friendly staff, fair prices, and overall great personalized service. The threaders do waxing as well, and they remember their customers. Their work is competent but gentle - no undue rushing or up-sell pressure. I go here whenever I can because it's a gamble when I go anywhere else. Highly recommended! Not all branches of this chain are equally personable, but this is definitely one of the good ones. read more

I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly woman. I asked for a total face threading and was worried because the 5th Avenue parking meters were not working and I was afraid of saying too long and getting a ticket. I only wanted eyebrows threaded but because she was so fast, professional and thorough I decided to go for upper lip, chin, eyebrows and throat. I love when threaders go fast because it doesn't hurt as much. Slow threaders are akin to torture. She (sorry, I forgot her name) finished everything in record time so I decided to get my eyebrows tinted. I could not have been there for more than 20 minutes. Then she told me their special for facials and Brazilian wax on M, T and W. I just might come back for that even though this awesome place is a bit out of my way. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I was CUT and BURNED from a brow lamination and threading. I'm really disappointed. I went in person to try to resolve the situation and the lady was extremely RUDE saying I asked for the service and did not take any responsibility for HURTING her client. Then she gave me $6 as a "refund" when the brow lamination service was $50. I had tipped Sophia 20% the day before and was honestly shocked and offended when the lady gave me $6 to remediate the issue of my burnt eyebrows that cost $50 plus tip. I had to walk away since I the lady was YELLING at me when I was already in pain from something that I had paid for and tipped well. If the business handled this professionally and had refunded me for the lamination that literally burnt my skin, I would have not had a problem with them, but they didn't. I didn't take the $6 either. They are extremely unprofessional and do not care about their clients. THIS PLACE SUCKS. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE HURT DURING A SERVICE. read more

All I can say to the owner is MehN nahee gauri houN!! Don't talk smack about your customers as they are sitting right there patiently waiting to pay you money. You never know what someone else's ethnic background is and you never know who is multi-lingual. The eyebrows usually come out very nice, but I won't be returning. read more

Coco is the best!! I have been going to her for the past 5 years. I only ever get my eyebrows and lashes done by her.

Rose is absolutely amazing! She's been doing my brows since April 2019! In about 3 more months our beauty friendship will hit a year! The prices are unbeatable, the service is unmatched! These ladies do an amazing job every single time! Mind you when I first came in my eyebrows were sparse and extremely overgrown. Rose was able to clean and shape my brows to an extremely flattering shape! I also recommend their lash lift service that comes with complimentary tinting! 40 bucks to last me a month?! That's insane and I love it!!! read more

I just moved to NYC a month ago and I needed a waxing person! I found Rawaj on Groupon and WOW!!! I'm super obsessed with her work! Literally the BEST BEST waxing experience I ever had in my life! I've been here three times and counting for lash extensions. I have had extensions in several different places before I moved to this area and they are very good by comparison. Prices are fair, the ladies who work there are polite and gentle and the end result is natural and lasts a good amount of time. Very glad I found a place where I can be a regular again! read more

Everyone is awesome! Never an issue there. Always great service! Ask for deep- she's the best!!!

I Always come to this place to get my eyebrows done. I usually get them done by a short older lady who is very nice. She makes my eyebrows perfect. I was in a rush today to get my eyebrows done and was greeted by a tall skinny lady. I saw that my regular lady was not there. I decided to give the new lady a try. I wish I didn't. She was in a rush and ruined my eyebrows! She did it in less then 2 minutes and one of my eyebrows has a weird arch to it. I did not even have time to look at my self in the mirror because she kept rushing me. I will never return here. read more

I looked for a location for GREAT eye threading in Brooklyn and Rawaj came up. I got there and was greeted and seated immediately by Deep. Because it was my first time doing threading I was skeptical but she assured me it wouldn't be painful. She finished my eyebrows and then did my eyelashes in a timely fashion. More than satisfied with my outcome. I'm definitely coming back and will definitely recommend others to come here!!! read more

Sorry, I will no longer visit this establishment. The owner is doing lashes there now and she is nothing like Fara. She has absolutely no skill or artistry. I didn't read the other reviews for this place until after I had gone (gasp!) but the other reviewers are right-- I walked in-- I only waited about 30 seconds for a chair to open. I told the woman (Smitell) exactly what I wanted: not too short, clean it up, high arches, etc. I got exactly what I asked for and was in and out in (no exaggeration) 6 minutes. It was only $6 for my brows (0.50 cent surcharge if you pay with credit card). For the price, service, and convenience I've definitely found my new brow spot! read more

Love deep, have been going for two years now on and off, I usually do clean ups on my own in between. And she always listens to my wants and needs. She's very detailed and is in no rush. I've never had to wait more then 2-3 minutes. The prices are fair with amazing service. Looking to soon try the lashes. read more

I was in the area and desperately needed to get my eyebrows threaded when I walked right past the storefront. I jumped on Yelp and saw good reviews so I decided to go in and I am very glad I did! I am weary of getting my eyebrows threaded at new places but they did not disappoint. I waited for only a few minutes and then was taken care of. She was so sweet and asked me what I was looking for and did what I asked and they look great. For $6 you can't beat it. I will definitely be back! read more

Dee did my threading and did an excellent job. They are professional and pleasant. Very impressed!

I travels 45 minutes to do my lashes here. I mentioned to the lady don't to use too much glue I wanted a natural look. I mentioned about 5 times please don't use to much glue. There is so much glue on my eyes it's ridiculous. My lashes burn. There is so much glue the lashes are super shiny at the top and because of the glue the lashes are so hard they are cutting my eyes. When the lady was done there was glue in my hair on my lower lash line and all over my face. TERRIBLE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I'd also like to mention she did two peoples are brows before me and didn't even wash her hands. I had to ask her to wash her hands before doing my lashes. I am so disappointed. I tried oil and baby oil for my lashes they are not coming off at all. My eyes are blood shot red, idk what to do at this point. I know I won't any lashes once I get these removed . The only reason why I gave one star was because I didn't have the option of giving one. Please do not make the same mistake I did!! This place is TERRIBLE !!! read more

I just went there because I knew the lady that works there, her name is Vandana, she is incredible good, very professional and friendly, she knows what she is doing! 10 stars to her read more

Super kind and relaxing environment. Made an appointment, arrived early but they started as soon as possible which is great and much appreciated.. :) However, I got my eyelashes done here for the first time but it wasn't what I expected, I was content with it when she finished but it was my fault for not taking a closer look at the finished product.. paid and left, a few moments later I had already left and felt some irritation on my eye and took a closer look in the mirror and saw that the lashes weren't aligned as they should be. Some ends of the lashes weren't sitting on my lash line but instead were on the skin of my eyelid. So I took a trip all the way back for them to fix it, looked better after they fixed it but it's only been 3 days and two lashes already came off. I even made sure my lashes did not touch water when I was washing my face. I did not expect paying $60 for this to happen and was really hoping to like this place since I heard some great reviews and how they have many services! Other than that, the workers there are super friendly and I still appreciate their effort. Just expected different! read more
