I've been coming here for a few months now, and the positive is that it is super cheap for eyebrow threading ($7) BUT I've been cut here twice now. One of the ladies is super rough when threading and really presses into your skin. I've got a high pain tolerance so it doesn't bother me too too much but annoying to heal. DO NOT GO HERE! I was CUT and BURNED from a brow lamination and threading. I'm really disappointed. I went in person to try to resolve the situation and the lady was extremely RUDE saying I asked for the service and did not take any responsibility for HURTING her client. Then she gave me $6 as a "refund" when the brow lamination service was $50. I had tipped Sophia 20% the day before and was honestly shocked and offended when the lady gave me $6 to remediate the issue of my burnt eyebrows that cost $50 plus tip. I had to walk away since I the lady was YELLING at me when I was already in pain from something that I had paid for and tipped well. If the business handled this professionally and had refunded me for the lamination that literally burnt my skin, I would have not had a problem with them, but they didn't. I didn't take the $6 either. They are extremely unprofessional and do not care about their clients. THIS PLACE SUCKS. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly woman. I asked for a total face threading and was worried because the 5th Avenue parking meters were not working and I was afraid of saying too long and getting a ticket. I only wanted eyebrows threaded but because she was so fast, professional and thorough I decided to go for upper lip, chin, eyebrows and throat. I love when threaders go fast because it doesn't hurt as much. Slow threaders are akin to torture. She (sorry, I forgot her name) finished everything in record time so I decided to get my eyebrows tinted. I could not have been there for more than 20 minutes. I Always come to this place to get my eyebrows done. I usually get them done by a short older lady who is very nice. She makes my eyebrows perfect. I was in a rush today to get my eyebrows done and was greeted by a tall skinny lady. I saw that my regular lady was not there. I decided to give the new lady a try. I wish I didn't. She was in a rush and ruined my eyebrows! She did it in less then 2 minutes and one of my eyebrows has a weird arch to it. I didn't read the other reviews for this place until after I had gone (gasp!) but the other reviewers are right-- I walked in-- I only waited about 30 seconds for a chair to open. I told the woman (Smitell) exactly what I wanted: not too short, clean it up, high arches, etc. I got exactly what I asked for and was in and out in (no exaggeration) 6 minutes. It was only $6 for my brows (0.50 cent surcharge if you pay with credit card). For the price, service, and convenience I've definitely found my new brow spot! read more

I travels 45 minutes to do my lashes here. I mentioned to the lady don't to use too much glue I wanted a natural look. I mentioned about 5 times please don't use to much glue. There is so much glue on my eyes it's ridiculous. My lashes burn. There is so much glue the lashes are super shiny at the top and because of the glue the lashes are so hard they are cutting my eyes. When the lady was done there was glue in my hair on my lower lash line and all over my face. TERRIBLE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I'd also like to mention she did two peoples are brows before me and didn't even wash her hands. I had to ask her to wash her hands before doing my lashes. I am so disappointed. I tried oil and baby oil for my lashes they are not coming off at all. My eyes are blood shot red, idk what to do at this point. I know I won't any lashes once I get these removed . The only reason why I gave one star was because I didn't have the option of giving one. Please do not make the same mistake I did!! This place is TERRIBLE !!! read more

Super kind and relaxing environment. Made an appointment, arrived early but they started as soon as possible which is great and much appreciated.. :) However, I got my eyelashes done here for the first time but it wasn't what I expected, I was content with it when she finished but it was my fault for not taking a closer look at the finished product.. paid and left, a few moments later I had already left and felt some irritation on my eye and took a closer look in the mirror and saw that the lashes weren't aligned as they should be. Some ends of the lashes weren't sitting on my lash line but instead were on the skin of my eyelid. So I took a trip all the way back for them to fix it, looked better after they fixed it but it's only been 3 days and two lashes already came off. I even made sure my lashes did not touch water when I was washing my face. I did not expect paying $60 for this to happen and was really hoping to like this place since I heard some great reviews and how they have many services! Other than that, the workers there are super friendly and I still appreciate their effort. Just expected different! read more
