I am familiar with the neighborhood but not with this specific location. After arriving, I was confused because it was a hair salon. On the left side of the window though, it reads Laser Aesthetics Studio. I decided to enter. Inside, there are women getting their hair done. Expect to be given weird looks as a newcomer. But don't worry, you're not there for them ;) I asked for Zhanna and they had me wait towards the back. Although not your typical medspa and space is limited, the area is clean and she sanitizes your glasses with an alcohol pad before service. (Which should be done at all laser places. If it isn't, that's a clear indication that you should LEAVE) Zhanna is very thorough and doesn't rush your session. I have about four more sessions to go and I'm looking forward to the results!

If it weren't for her being so genuinely kind and welcoming, I probably would've left without booking a treatment. The newest laser, the result of the procedure not only pleases, but even surprises how simply and quickly it is now possible to solve the problem of unwanted hair and pigmentation! In the last several months, she has renovated the entire office and made it cute and welcoming. The place is pristine and Natalia herself is knowledgable, friendly and accommodating to any scheduling issues or changes.
