This is their old location, they have a new one at 68th street although this will keep its doors open. I made an appointment for a microdermmabrasion, and its my first time doing it so I was super nervous. Sue was the technician and she went gave me a mini explanation of what she was going to be doing next. So the whole process was about an hr and 30 mins. The microderm itself was only a few minutes but my package included a facial, hotstone massage and a aftercare facial. So worth it! The hotstone massage was amazing. It was a much needed massage since I work in the resturaunt industry. Sue spent her time and didnt rush. After the facial and microderm , my face was so clean, and not as red and irritated as i thought my skin would be. so for 2 weeks, my skin was soft and oil free. but after two weeks, my skin started going down again because I use makeup almost everyday. Just renewed my package and made an upgrade plan. My husband and my brother joined about a year ago as they were afraid to attend due to the saying that it's only women who gets facial, but they were wrong. This is my 4th or even 5th package now since I last joined in 2015. My acne has lessen tremendously now from what I suffer before which was cystic acne. Sue, Hebe and her staffs are all professional licensed and gets updated education often. I know aside from skincare here in NY, they also study skincare across the whole such as in korea. It says alot when they travel to learn new techniques and skills to incorportate into their facial spa (Which is to us clients). No only do they all take their time to learn your skin, but they are aware of what treatment is needed for you. Mostly importantly is to trust them. Yes things do get pricey but they are well worth every single penny spent in there literally. They have added new machines and new treatments! Ask them and they can tell you all about it. I love them deep down. Best facial place without a doubt. I feel confident to let them handle my skin and that's alot to say. These people have no concept of time and does not respect appointment time. This is the 4th time I scheduled an appointment with them, 2/4 time I was sent away and told to come back later. First time, I scheduled an appointment at 10am and when I arrive at 9:50am, I was told that my name is not on the schedule. They called another partner to confirm that I did call, but since I call the partner Cell phone (which is advertise on the website) she forgot to write my name on the appointment book. They sent me away and was told to come back around 2pm. I made an appointment for 10:30am (this time I called the right number, the store number) a week advanced to have a facial. I even took a day off of work. When I arrived at 10:20am they told me that I have to wait an hour because they had 2 customers that came to flushing and they have stated steaming already. Their options for me was to come back at 12pm and to call a different number a cell phone because staff does not know how to book an appointment. This is worse than Chinatown doctor's office, first come first serve regardless of appointments. This is totally unprofessional and has no respect for other people's time. This is only the 4th time being there and it happened twice already. If I didn't pay for 10 packages already, I would not go back there. Will update the quality of facial after testing it out a couple more times. read more

Here's what happened, no one's there yet the employees actually arrived at 10am exact. (They actually open at 10, so don't plan to come 15mins earlier, unless your appointment is not at 10). Idk much about eyebrows , all I know that I wanted my eyebrows ON FLEEK! At the time, there was promotion for Korean 4d (it was same price as microblading , which I was going for), and Su highly recommended. I decided to go with it. Su was really talkative even tho I dont speak Chinese, she made sure that my eyebrows we're exactly what I wanted. It came out perfect. Just as I wanted. Beautiful. Nature looking , decent/reasonable price. I still look like a human without make up. Also, another thing I like about this place is that after you had eyebrow done, whether microblading or etc, free touch up within 3month, and the next time (like a year or when it fades) half price . Came here for a European facial. I don't know who did my facial because she didn't introduce herself or asked me anything pertaining to my skin. This I didn't like, however the facial was great. I have some acne around my hairline due to my pregnancy so when it came time to extract, it was sooooo painful. Even though I grunted from the pain, she kept on and continued to pick at it. And when I walked in, all the estheticians are sweet and welcoming. I chose a facial good for acne and dehydration skin. First, they cleaned my skin with very gentle cleanser, I love the smell so much! Then they applied exfoliate mask and had steam on my face for couple of mins. ***important point*** during the steam, they did not leave you alone! I am super disappointed and the ways this Chinese beauty spa function is super unprofessional. I am super regret with my experience because they did not do a good job and did not take clients seriously. They were just whatever and just do it for you without any good consultations or explain it well before they take actions. I am considering to file a complaint for this beauty spa, that's how angry and unsatisfied I am with it.
