Didn't have to wait long at all for a walk in. The place is clean and the staff are really sweet, especially the doctors! Will be returning.

In 2024 I had a really bad dental surgery but after healing. The only corrective measure for my face was to get at least four syringes of filler around the lips and mouth. I was injected by a Miss Carissa in the Chinatown location, but she also works in the Brooklyn location. No fillers can be expensive and they can be scary and you have to make sure you don't just do anything with just anyone, but yet I trusted her ... after the first two syringes. I came back two weeks later to finish it off, but I was highly disappointed, cause it seemed as though the use of the filler should have been strategically placed sparingly and conservatively in the target areas but they were not ...I kept saying that I don't want to look like an average Beauty standard Kim Kardashian and I also said I don't want to look younger. I just showed her pictures of my natural self And pointed to the places that needed to be supported !!! the first time she suggested a lip flip and a lift in the corners of my mouth, and possibly in the sides of my cheek, where they're hollowed. This is my first complaint after wasting the syringes on places that I never intended to do and I'm highly offended when people don't listen to the things that I want or I'm willing to pay for ...After the end of the second visit I called up the manager Winnie I said that I believe that the injector must have some type of learning disability either she's forgetful or she has a learning disability because every time I would consult with her at length maybe we would talk for 20 minutes before she would inject me. I would point to the areas around my lip And I would close my eyes and let her inject because I don't like needles. Also I was very numb, so it's not until you arrive at your house and you realize that there's filler in places you did not ask for and the places that you asked for were not done and you don't have any more money to buy any more syringes that would make somebody out reached When Winnie told me that this would be corrected by Carissa. I had to wait almost 2 months because Carissa kept dodging my appointment finally Winnie brought me down to Chinatown for the last appointment with her the third and the sixth syringe. They gave me $100 discount for my troubles even though it took me $100 cab ride to get to Brooklyn And I begged Winnie to do it herself since she promised that she would compensate for the deficiencies that I had again I'm not the most beautiful person in the world, but it's very simple to inject the places that I marked with a little white pen and that the injector agreed so either she's a liar or she's just really forgetful so after this third and final visit in Brooklyn with Carissa, she marked my face, promised me she'd do it and again I got numb and closed my eyes. There is still empty spaces where where Filler should be in my top the most obvious of the places that I would want it when I said Support around my lip With the two syringes well I asked for my money back in full, and I told the company that I would report them to the board of Health or whoever is in charge of this Medical company that they run the person in charge Michael would not return my calls, but they just insisted on telling me this times that I am Swollen And I guarantee you that I'm not there is Filler in certain spots of my face around my lip, and then some not I wanted to ask Carissa why did you selectively choose to jump over my Cupid bow and go to the other part of my lip without continuing to go all across my lip I wanted to ask her that, but I am really convinced that she has some kind of Learning disability and I really don't think that anything would be solved by going back to that aesthetician or even working with their management, but I guarantee you I will try my best to pursue getting my money back cause I spent a lot of money down the drain so disappointed. Not to mention that Carissa never took accountability for anything every time she injected me and it was over. She never once said oh you look good or even said goodbye. She just walked out of the room and she kept telling me. "Oh no it's just your face" for any mistakes she had made Not to mention these people. Make sure that you pay upfront in a separate room before any procedure is finished why do you think it would be so shady and so fearful of people not being satisfied and not paying the whole place is shady all around zero stars!! read more

I struggled with acne just two years ago in my middle 20's. It was frustrating for me because I have never experienced acne until my mid 20's. It negatively affected me so bad to the point where strangers would point out my acne. Around June- July, I decided to seek medical professional help after dabbling in random skincare routines I naively believed would cure my acne (ones I found through social media). These skincare routines/products that I found and used were curated by sellout social media "influencers" that didn't know one thing about how the skin really works. I should've known better. They worsened my acne and emptied my wallet. I saw the PA Emily Jiang once a month (about 3 times?) since summer 2020 and she heard me out. She is very knowledgeable about the skin anatomy and the reasoning behind my acne. She prescribed me with a regimen. Initially, this regimen did not work for me and I communicated that with her. She continued to patiently hear me out and adjusted my regimen as needed. Fast forward to Spring 2021, my skin has never looked so amazing and flawless! Even better than my teen years. This is all thanks to the PA, Emily Jiang! She's extremely friendly, compassionate, intelligent, and super accommodating especially during these pandemic times. I had never been here and decided to a walk in visit for a back cyst. Registration was very simple and quick. I saw Dr.Jiang who immediately treated it by injecting it. I woke up the following day and its basically almost gone. She listened to what I has to say. She also pointed other other observations of my skin and prescribed me things that should help. I've been seeing DR.Jiang for years and I couldn't say enough about her. She's very thoughtful and her service is beyond professional. Her willingness to explained your skin condition and procedures without making you feel rushed kept me at ease. Unlike other dermatologist I've been to, their only concern is to make you pay for all those high priced cosmetic procedures. I received few cosmetic procedures at Dr.Jiang's office, at a very reasonable price compare to other dermatologist offices. She's also very caring and responsive, always return calls in timely fashion. Made appointment, get to see her on time. Went here due to its high rating, but they processed the wrong treatment on me. I was schedule for a "smooth eyes treatment" and they applied "hair removal treatment" on me. It burns off my eyelashes and skin around my eyes are red and swollen. The dermatology didn't apologies and simply just told me that " the lashes will grow back and the skin will recover over time." and the worst part is that I later figured out the nurse who did my treatment is an unlicensed nurse. PA Jiang is really great at what she does. Since I've been coming here she has great bedside manners. Always very kind and explains everything clearly so I can understand. She's very knowledgeable. Neat, intimate office and very kind, lovely people. Instantly knew what was wrong with my hands and prescribed an ointment that worked. I've seen about 6 different dermatologists so was very relieved to have found Dr. Jiang. Highly recommend! Parking however is a bit difficult, but it's definitely worth it. read more
