As for Dr. Saitta, I've been coming in to see him for years because I am performer and I can count on him to administer Dysport conservatively assuring that I can look my best without being expressionless. If I want more, I can always address that in a followup. I believe he interested in staying up-to-date with the latest and best dermatological medicine as he's mentioned a few times seminars or articles he has read. So I do believe he knows his stuff. However, it's his bedside manner and his character that really keep me coming back. Here are two examples: I had gone to him because an office here in NJ said I needed surgery to remove a pre-cancerous mole on my back. He perused the notes and said I should go back to that office and get the surgery done "First, because its important!" and second, to avoid the delay in switching offices, new paperwork, etc. He said it would take forever and it's better I get this done than to wait. That is the mark of someone who is more concerned with a patient than making more money. I also want to mention that, financially, I went through a very rough time during Covid because I lost all of my work. I was strapped but I needed to keep getting Dysport because I was still meeting with agents and producers. I figured I'd put my bill on my credit card. During my appointment, just in casual conversation, I had mentioned my struggles to Dr. Saitta. When I walked out and went to pay, I learned he had charged me an astronomically low fee. I couldn't believe it. I left there feeling so happy and heard. Trust me, Dr. Saitta is a gem. Talented and kind? Not easy to find in a doctor these days.

After another 10 phone calls, I was finally given that phone and now find it is out for delivery to the CLOSED SINY Dermatology East 76 Street office. not only do they not accept Medicare- I am forced to pay the full price and in now waiting in the cold in front of the SINY Dermatology E 65 office. This place is a scam and I don't recommend it at all.

It's pretty debilitating; causes frequent infections, the need for lancing, etc. This office accommodates us with emergency appointments at the drop of a hat. Dr. Levine, Nurse Danielle and Dr. Reid ALL have impeccable bedside manner, and most importantly for us - they know what they're doing when it comes to numbing and lancing. Also, they're kind. As for the office staff, they're super efficient and professional. Whether you need paperwork filled out, or pre-authorizations for rx's, I have never had any issues. I'll keep coming here forever.

It will be a year this May since I had the liposuction, I achieved such great results! Dr Heller just did my Mastopexy. To shed some light, about 14 years ago I had implants done by another surgeon. I went from a B to a D cup. They looked great but too big for my frame. The last 5 years they've sagged significantly, leaving me so self conscious, heavinesses in my chest along with a 34 DDD cup. I am a 70 yr old woman looking to tighten my jowls and expected subtle results, not drastic results like a facelift. that is what she said I could reasonably expect. She showed me before and after pictures of other patients my age and I was fine with the results. When I went for treatment, photos were taken so we could compare down the line what the progress was. During the treatment which was very painful, she was very irritated with me for moving around a bit. She told me to take another tranquilizer because she couldn't focus on what she was doing. I believe the treatment was cut short because of her impatientness with me. I was told to come back in three months follow up observation. At the three month appointment I told her there was no visible difference at all, and I asked to see the before photos, which coincidentally they told me they couldn't find. Very convenient not to be able to compare. Therefore, they took another set of photos at three months and told me to come back in six months to follow up. I came back at the six month period and told her there was no improvement whatsoever. This time she did compare the pictures taken at three months with the new photos taken today. Any normal person looking at the two pictures side-by-side you can clearly see there was no improvement, not even subtle results. I was upset because $2000 is a lot of money for one treatment that did nothing. She was very rude by saying she never promised any results. However she did promise subtle results. I think the right thing to do with an unsatisfied customer it's to offer to redo the treatment if not fully at least partially. She said she could not entertain that idea, I should just go and get a facelift. With that I left very upset and very angry. I would never recommend Kalon dermatology, especially the PA Who took care of me named Rita. She's arrogant unprofessional. An embarrassment to her practice. People spending so much money should be treated with politeness and care. All they wanted was to take my $2000 but did not want to follow through to try to make me a happy and satisfied.
