She is outstanding professional, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience with her, and she always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. Her care is the reason I continue to return. That said, the office staff experience can be hit or miss. While some staff members are pleasant and helpful, others would benefit from additional training in customer service. On more than one occasion, I've experienced rudeness and felt spoken over, which detracts from an otherwise high-quality medical practice. Albina's clinical care is exceptional, and with improvement in customer service consistency with the office staff, this practice could truly be excellent across the board.

He was always one step ahead so I didn't have any issues. He even sat with me after my surgery until I was able to get dressed and he actually helped me! His bedside manor is beyond anything I have ever seen from any Dr. When you visit him, he is kind and very easy to speak with and ask questions without making you feel rushed or like your annoying. When your with him you feel like your his only patient. My results were absolutely amazing from him I look like a whole new person and I really mean that. I was very very overweight and couldn't lose it in the stomach area no matter what I did. I had a c-section and had hanging skin and fat causing me pain in my incision area and he totally removed it and made me FLAT! I was shocked when I woke up and saw the results even the same day of surgery. Now I no longer have to deal with infection issues or pain from that scar and that alone made it worth it! Anytime I went to the office, I never waited more than 10 minutes to see him. The office is so clean and beautiful and the surgical area is immaculately clean and I love that it was right on site. it made it so private and obviously less risk of infection from going into a hospital. His staff is excellent especially Barbra she is SO kind and helpful! Dr. Decorato seriously has changed my life! Then a patient WHO CAME IN AFER US I guess grabbed the sign in sheet from inside the window and signed herself in and was seen BEFORE US. Mind you, that patient was also stating that she was a half our early for her appointment to begin with. First of all with having prior doctors office reception experience you take the patients according to their appointment time regardless of when they sign in. I guess with this office it works on a first come first serve basis. My grandfather wanted a cup of water in which we thought that the water machine in the waiting area worked however, there was no cups and the staff replied that it didn't work. The receptionist was then shouting from her window "ALEX YOUR COPAY IS THIS" "SALLY YOU OWE THIS" and I thought that was a bit rude and invading privacy. On the other hand, the other staff as well as the PA are very thorough and efficient. The PA was really doing a complete assessment and diagnosing each concerns that we had. The doctors and PAs are great! But a sour receptionist can really change your view of an office.

I stated that I have an appointment with Dr. Weinberg. She tells me Dr. Weinberg doesn't come to this office and that I will see a Nurse Practitioner. I said my appointment was with Dr. Weinberg and I prefer a Doctor. Since no Doctor was available, I walked out. I don't like what they did. They were dishonest and I felt like they were trying to get over on me. If they said in the beginning that I would be seeing a Nurse Practitioner, I would have at least had the opportunity to make that decision to see a Nurse Practitioner instead of a Doctor.
