By the time I got back they were ready. The front desk receptionist Rashida (sorry if I misspelled your name) was great! Greeted me with a smile, showed me how to check in and even check in by her was AMAZING! Now for the in between waxing experience. Amy came in and did the standard procedure. She gave me a mirror for the part she finished but not the next part to check. When I got home I still had spots that were not taken care of that I had to do myself. I am paying for a service. If I wanted to do it at home I would've. I had wax all over me and even on my phone. Honestly the only reason I would come back is because of Sunny and the receptionist tonight. I've been coming to them for a while now but I will be starting to look elsewhere because while the prices are very competitive and even inexpensive, I seem to always get extra costs tacked on at the end at every visit. I will get quoted one price for a haircut, and then they will charge me more when it's done because they didn't include the wash and dry in the quote. I'll expect the listed price for a simple manicure and then be charged more because I chose a specific brand of polish or because I needed gel polish removed (even though I got the gel mani FROM THEM). None of these extras are listed anywhere, it's like they just throw them around during and after the visit. It's very off-putting and I hope they will be more transparent with their prices.
