Dr. Kleydman is a knowledgeable, experienced, and attentive professional. Her staff is polite, which is rare for Brooklyn.

let me start with, I was a last minute, first time client (for her, not for injections--knew what to expect), on a sunny Saturday evening, 15 minutes before closing time. I just needed some Juvaderm...simple. The told me to come on over, and was really patient with me that I got kinda turned around driving in Sheapshead Bay, took a little longer than I thought it would. You may feel a little weird stepping into the elevator on the sidewalk, but, that goes away as soon as it opens on the second floor. The office is beautifully done and the young woman Rebecca (sorry, sp?) is very friendly and welcoming. Great smile, great personality, knowledgeable, and good at helping you relax. I wanted to fill my lips as big as possible, while still looking sexy, not cartoonish. When Dr Kleydman came in the room, i was just blown away. The pictures on her website are pretty, but seriously dont do her justice. She is super gorgeous woman. So, I began to explain what I wanted, and that I had used Juvaderm before in the pillows. I was mostly happy with it, though it is sometimes distracting because its dense. You always FEEL it. She recommended Restylane Define. I said, okay, I trust you, LETS DO IT! (you will feel that way too, I guarantee it) This woman is an extremely talented artist and perfectionist. My lips look AWESOME!!!! Perfect. I couldnt have even imagined they wouldve looked like this. P.E.R.F.E.C.T. I scheduled an appointment for a checkup 2 weeks later, and they said I could get a free gentle laser treatment facial at that time. At my 2 week checkup appt...another young woman was there with Rebecca (im sorry I forgot your name Toronto!). We giggled and chatted until it was time to go into the room. Super nice people! Anyway, when Dr Kleydman came in the room I hugged her so tight I couldve spun her around in circles! I LOVE HER, and have hence forth adopted her as my sister (at least in my head lol ;) I am so thrilled with my lips. I had a bit of swelling initially, but when that went away WOWWZA. Now Im prepping for the laser treatment. It was so relaxing. Its a gentle laser with NO down time. when it was done, i put on my sunblock and that was it. The next day...O.M.G....the redness in my cheeks and around my nose is almost completely GONE. The texture of the skin at the 11's is finer. Just overall BETTER everywhere. I want that laser every week (but I think you have to wait 2). I know there are a LOT of super picky ladies in that area of Brooklyn...every single one of you should be going to Dr. Kleydman. Her beauty is the last thing on the list of compliments for her. She KNOWS what she is doing. She is a talented injection artist. Had ONE appointment last year. Paid for the visit, insurance co-pay and additional for the biopsy. 6 month after was a balance and they called me, I paid over the phone. Just got a call with "our system was down" please pay for the visit or we will send it to the collection. After a year? Seriously? Not even said sorry for the system failure ? The hidden Gem of Brooklyn.Just had my first visit at this amazing office, and it was great. The staff is very professional and courteous, as well as the DR herself. All my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable with all the treatment suggested and provided. The Dr is very knowledgeable in all aspects of aesthetics, and super gentle ( I have a fear of needles). I received Botox and fillers, and couldn't be happier with my result! Definitely returning and taking advantage of their super monthly plan which includes FREE Botox, and other great services/treatments that I would generally not able to afford if not for this accommodating genius plan. I went in for laser treatment.ask to see Dr. to of course see what her recomendation for my skin and she said microneedling,alternate with laser genesis. Which I did.paid with cash because Insurance do not cover it. Long story short, I got a bill, co-pay $80 for the visit. I called and spoke with this girl Julie. And she was nasty and arrogant. Threatened me to go to collections. Unfortunate..Dr. Kleydman is awesome. But billing department is horrible and won't be coming back for this reason. Dr. Kleydman is amazing doctor and person who cares about her patients! They are so busy and you have to book an appointment a month ahead, but it definitely worth it. The office just got renovated recently and it's a pleasure to be in there. The wait is little too long, so I recommend you to come on time and not plan anything in closer couple hours. Revekka was so kind and did a great job, she wrote down all my information, asked me about my problem and introduced to the doctor. @Dr. KLEYDMAN, I recently saw the secretaries response and it's up to the Dr to the best possible job for her clients. Before dr Kleydman I had the same procedure done in 3 other areas with no or very little scarring, barely noticable. With Kleydman, you get butchered! Following this post I will provide pictures of what she did to my mom's arm 3 weeks ago. Also, after the terrible procedure she gave my brother on his head he has to get cut open again because the scar was so horrific! He luckily found a good Dr who will fix her mess. Doctor Kleydman is a skin genius.. me and my husband had the micro needling with prp then laser genius. Amazing results! Keep in mind that you'll need at least two sessions to get the best results like we did. Highly recommend her for Botox as well, she's the best in all of Brooklyn. Literally all they care about is money! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone who is suffering from acne and seeking treatments. I would actually not recommend anyone to come here. There are far better dermatologist clinics out there. Look for something better. I had a simple question about something I was prescribed two days prior and they wouldn't even answer my question because the insurance only covers visits for every two weeks. I could see the doctor sitting in the room but she just wouldn't come out and told her assistants to tell me to come back in two weeks so that she could charge me for a conversation! Stay away from this place! After seeing that I had posted a review about them I got a vm from the dermatologist office saying they would like to answer my question and are available for me to call them. Umm when I took two trains after work to come speak to you and you sat there in your office doing nothing and didn't have the decency to step out of your office to speak to me because my insurance wouldn't cover that conversation. My first visit to Dr Kleydman went very well. Very short wait time, pleasant medical assistant Veronica (I hope I am not mistaken), great bedside manner and approach. I will be coming back for more procedures to be done. P.S. My husband has been her patient for almost two years now who comes to see her biannually for minor procedures, he speaks very highly of her and her stuff. Gentle, reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Front desk was very pleasant and professional as well, which is very important and not that common in this area of Brooklyn. Always nice, always listens, never push any of the products or treatments. She is professional and trying her best to find the solution or the right treatment for you. Her office is very clean and modern. Front desk and medical assistants that working with the doctor always very friendly and ready to help. As expected, after over 3 weeks, I haven't received my medications yet, because Kleydman Dermatology didn't send an authorization to my insurance. After waiting for over 3 weeks for my insurance to call to tell me that I've gotten authorized/denied the medication, I decided to call my insurance today. My insurance said they don't see an authorization for my medication. Fortunately, I've gotten medications from other dermatologists before (with no issues) so I know how things work. When I called Kleydman Dermatology, they tried to push their own shady pharmacy on me and tried to make me think that I can only get my medication through their own pharmacy and not mine. I highly don't recommend this clinic... This place is not a clinic, it's actually a business where they're prioritizing their sales over their patients' health. It's evident how they are okay with having my medications delayed for over 3 weeks just so they can make a few extra bucks from making me use their "recommended pharmacy" where they get a percentage of sales. They don't care about their patients. They only care about their money. This is highly unethical. read more

My first time in this office and never going back. My appointment was at one and I waited till 130 to let them know that I do have to leave by 2. I was called into the room at 150 to wait another ten minutes. At 2 o'clock I got up to leave because at this point I have been there for an hour and I was told by the lovely manager that there's still one more person before me. If you enjoy waiting for your doctor for over an hour then this is the doctor for you ! read more

While I liked the doctor herself, the stuff is TERRIBLE!!! They charged me a deposit for the visit and told me that they will return the funds as soon as they receive the funds from the insurance. They never returned anything. My mother speaks only Russian; the receptionist asked her to fill out the forms which my mother could not understand. She asked for help and the receptionist refused helping her. She said that she is too busy!!! Are you kidding me? they are placed there to help patients!!! Especially when they are in the location where almost everyone speaks Russian. The last drop was when they called me and scheduled an appointment for my mother for the annual check up. My mother travelled all the was from Queens only to find out that they no longer take her insurance!!! When I asked the stuff how it could happen that they (notice, not us) scheduled an appointment and forgot to mention that they no longer accept the insurance, they responded that they attempted reaching out to my mother and me to notify us about it. Very interesting: so they could get in touch with us to schedule the appointment, but they could NOT get in touch to let us know that they do not accept our insurance! I honestly rarely see so arrogant and unprofessional personnel. Beware! For the price that you pay in this office, you should expect a much better treatment! read more

Today was a very disappointing experience at this office, I've been seen by Dr Kleydman in the past and was satisfied but today has changed my opinion to the doctor and staff. I came there with the same insurance I did past three visits, which was accepted with my co-pay which I expect. I have a deductible "which is for procedures only!" I was told my deductible wasn't met and I'd have to pay for the visit, which I will say again was just a usual specialist visit in the past at this office, and all three past visits my deductible wasn't met as well. The only change that has taken place was this offices policy ( which is to scam patients into paying what they don't need to ) They left the front desk girl, which was nice but unsure of this because this is how she was trained. She went to speak to doctor about this and was sent back to me to tell me sorry I confirmed.. this is what it is. The doctor or manager or anyone in the office for that matter did not come to greet and and explain or resolve this misinformed / misenforced rule. I also run a business and I understand that a doctor is a business as well, but I would always accommodate or explain to my clients before it comes to this, but in this case there wasn't an explanation for outright robbing patients. I came here based on recommendation and was not fond of my experience. I had something removed from my neck and I was never told that I would have to wear a bandaid for a two weeks. This would have just been helpful to be aware of since I had several events coming up. Also, a month after the procedure I was randomly smacked with a $500+ bill which I was not previously informed of. I would not recommend this office. read more

I started coming to this office back in October for chemical peels. The office is clean, easy to get to, front desk staff is kind and courteous. All she cares about is money! I did a laser here and it was not right laser for my problem. Of course she did not tell me about it. Even after first procedure I saw no improvements and she kept talking that it is expected and forced me to do 3 procedures ($250 each). After all was done and NOTHING has changed, she said you need to do 2-3 more to see "some" improvements, which is just a rip off and she had no ideas what to do to help me to begin with. Guys, IF YOU HAVE A COUPEROSE PROBLEM YOU NEED JUST ONE PROCEDURE OF THE RIGHT LASER AND IT SHOULD BE GONE, IF NOT - WRONG LASER, WRONG DOCTOR, MONEY RIP OFF. Kleydman Dermatology is literally the best dermatology I never went to. Two years ago I had cystic acne and I am very happy that I was consulted from this branch. The office is always clean and nice very friendly everybody is very nice the staff is amazing everyone over there is extremely professional and they keep it low-key with you. I wanted Immy skin to be clear before my birthday in December I put an appointment in August and by September I was already seeing results. It didn't take too long for my acne to clear out because on the 3rd month going there already I was really happy with the results that I stopped going to them for my usual appointment and cleaning. One session will be the doctor does a screening of your face and see how well the acne has been if it was getting better or worse then she does some cleaning she pop some pimples out because I had a lot of those so she basically clean the affected area and spray a cold spray in your face then make you do a blue light tgerapy session for about 10mns I really love the blue light because the blue light was kind of like a booster to kill the acne bacteria then she would give you prescriptions or refills if you needed any and they were available the next day dr. Kleydman is really really really really nice I cannot say that enough I am really sad that I cannot go over there anymore because they do not take my insurance but anybody who is currently struggling with stubborn acne prone skin I would really recommend this place to them because they really are the best in New York. read more

I made an appointment to this office a month ago for my two sons and husband. At the the time of making the appointment I confirmed that they accept my insurance. 2 days before the appointment they called to confirm that we'd be there. I got to the office 20 minutes earlier then the appointment time so that I can fill out paperwork, at which time I was informed that they had a lapse with my insurance carrier and couldn't see us because they wouldn't get paid. They knew they were no longer online with my insurance carrier when they called to confirm and never bothered to cancel or ask. This office is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Horrible! Such a great experience at this office. This is the most chic office I've been too...Very friendly staff and compassionate doctor, and cosmetic nurse! Took all the time to go over my questions. Bad experience. I wish I liked this office but unfortunately did not like it so much that am writing a negative review here. This place is a business but not a place where someone is interested in your problems. I came there with a relatively easy issue and had an appointment with PA. She spent with me 5 minutes, did what was supposed to do and asked to come again second time in 2 weeks. In addition, I was told that I did not own anything for treatment because my insurance would cover everything. Conclusions: 1. Treatment did not help and the problem has remained. The treatment was chosen incorrectly. Luckily I had an easy issue. 2. Couple of years ago I visited another dermatologist with the same issue and was treated during one visit instead of two. PA did not explain why I had to come the second time. Not a good sign. 3. In 2 weeks I received a bill for $160. The total bill was $700 but after insurance coverage, I have to pay $160. And this is for only 5 minutes of PA time and for treatment that did not work. I do not mind to pay but I mind to pay for nothing. At least, thanks that you did not make worse. 4. When I called them and canceled second appointment, nobody even asked why and whether I was satisfied with the treatment. I have never come back to these people. Very unprofessional behavior. Bad experience for me because of her attitude, I would never thought that a doctor would say that her patient is stupid. Usually doctors try to give their patients full instructions about what to do during treatment, but I wasn't informed. Neither written, nor verbal.
