Dr. Kleydman is a knowledgeable, experienced, and attentive professional. Her staff is polite, which is rare for Brooklyn.

Came back for sunnies, and per usual no dissatisfaction or disappointment! Love it here.

let me start with, I was a last minute, first time client (for her, not for injections--knew what to expect), on a sunny Saturday evening, 15 minutes before closing time. I just needed some Juvaderm...simple. The told me to come on over, and was really patient with me that I got kinda turned around driving in Sheapshead Bay, took a little longer than I thought it would. You may feel a little weird stepping into the elevator on the sidewalk, but, that goes away as soon as it opens on the second floor. The office is beautifully done and the young woman Rebecca (sorry, sp?) is very friendly and welcoming. Great smile, great personality, knowledgeable, and good at helping you relax. I wanted to fill my lips as big as possible, while still looking sexy, not cartoonish. When Dr Kleydman came in the room, i was just blown away. The pictures on her website are pretty, but seriously dont do her justice. She is super gorgeous woman. So, I began to explain what I wanted, and that I had used Juvaderm before in the pillows. I was mostly happy with it, though it is sometimes distracting because its dense. You always FEEL it. She recommended Restylane Define. I said, okay, I trust you, LETS DO IT! (you will feel that way too, I guarantee it) This woman is an extremely talented artist and perfectionist. My lips look AWESOME!!!! Perfect. I couldnt have even imagined they wouldve looked like this. P.E.R.F.E.C.T. I scheduled an appointment for a checkup 2 weeks later, and they said I could get a free gentle laser treatment facial at that time. At my 2 week checkup appt...another young woman was there with Rebecca (im sorry I forgot your name Toronto!). We giggled and chatted until it was time to go into the room. Super nice people! Anyway, when Dr Kleydman came in the room I hugged her so tight I couldve spun her around in circles! I LOVE HER, and have hence forth adopted her as my sister (at least in my head lol ;) I am so thrilled with my lips. I had a bit of swelling initially, but when that went away WOWWZA. Now Im prepping for the laser treatment. It was so relaxing. Its a gentle laser with NO down time. when it was done, i put on my sunblock and that was it. The next day...O.M.G....the redness in my cheeks and around my nose is almost completely GONE. The texture of the skin at the 11's is finer. Just overall BETTER everywhere. I want that laser every week (but I think you have to wait 2). I know there are a LOT of super picky ladies in that area of Brooklyn...every single one of you should be going to Dr. Kleydman. Her beauty is the last thing on the list of compliments for her. She KNOWS what she is doing. She is a talented injection artist. And she a sweet and loving person who truly keeps her patients in her heart. What a gift to the world. read more

Had ONE appointment last year. Paid for the visit, insurance co-pay and additional for the biopsy. 6 month after was a balance and they called me, I paid over the phone. Just got a call with "our system was down" please pay for the visit or we will send it to the collection. After a year? Seriously? Not even said sorry for the system failure ? And I have to go back and search all old transactions? read more

The hidden Gem of Brooklyn.Just had my first visit at this amazing office, and it was great. The staff is very professional and courteous, as well as the DR herself. All my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable with all the treatment suggested and provided. The Dr is very knowledgeable in all aspects of aesthetics, and super gentle ( I have a fear of needles). I received Botox and fillers, and couldn't be happier with my result! Definitely returning and taking advantage of their super monthly plan which includes FREE Botox, and other great services/treatments that I would generally not able to afford if not for this accommodating genius plan. Thanks Dr. Kleydman and staff for your wonderful work and care, it was truly an amazing experience! read more

Dr. Kleydman and her staff A+++ But billing department 0-star. I went in for laser treatment.ask to see Dr. to of course see what her recomendation for my skin and she said microneedling, alternate with laser genesis. Which I did.paid with cash because Insurance do not cover it. Long story short, I got a bill, co-pay $80 for the visit. I called and spoke with this girl Julie. And she was nasty and arrogant. Threatened me to go to collections. Unfortunate..Dr. Kleydman is awesome. But billing department is horrible and won't be coming back for this reason. Will take business where I am appreciated.nonetheless, will still recommend this place. Just do n0t give insurance info if you do not want extra charge! And threats. read more

Dr. does not accept ANY insurance. Disappointed. What about patients who do not need cosmetic procedures and can't afford to pay cash? And, with a price list for Botox and various injections on their website why not to say something about insurances? read more

Dr. Kleydman is amazing doctor and person who cares about her patients! They are so busy and you have to book an appointment a month ahead, but it definitely worth it. The office just got renovated recently and it's a pleasure to be in there. The wait is little too long, so I recommend you to come on time and not plan anything in closer couple hours. Revekka was so kind and did a great job, she wrote down all my information, asked me about my problem and introduced to the doctor. If you are looking for good dermatologist you should visit this medical office and you will not regret, I guarantee! read more

@Dr. KLEYDMAN, I recently saw the secretaries response and it's up to the Dr to the best possible job for her clients. Before dr Kleydman I had the same procedure done in 3 other areas with no or very little scarring, barely noticable. With Kleydman, you get butchered! Following this post I will provide pictures of what she did to my mom's arm 3 weeks ago. Also, after the terrible procedure she gave my brother on his head he has to get cut open again because the scar was so horrific! He luckily found a good Dr who will fix her mess. Stay away from Dr. Kleydman!!! read more

Doctor Kleydman is a skin genius.. me and my husband had the micro needling with prp then laser genius. Amazing results! Keep in mind that you'll need at least two sessions to get the best results like we did. Highly recommend her for Botox as well, she's the best in all of Brooklyn. We drive over an hour and won't go anywhere else. read more

I was hesitant to write this review, because her office is a treasure ;) Dr. Kate Kleydman is my favorite doctor. I'm her patient for over 2 years already. Always nice, always listens, never push any of the products or treatments. She is professional and trying her best to find the solution or the right treatment for you. Her office is very clean and modern. Front desk and medical assistants that working with the doctor always very friendly and ready to help. Waiting time getting longer, I guess because amount of patients increasing, but no complains. I can understand, because she is great. Wish her all the best! read more

Literally all they care about is money! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone who is suffering from acne and seeking treatments. I would actually not recommend anyone to come here. There are far better dermatologist clinics out there. Look for something better. I had a simple question about something I was prescribed two days prior and they wouldn't even answer my question because the insurance only covers visits for every two weeks. I could see the doctor sitting in the room but she just wouldn't come out and told her assistants to tell me to come back in two weeks so that she could charge me for a conversation! Stay away from this place! After seeing that I had posted a review about them I got a vm from the dermatologist office saying they would like to answer my question and are available for me to call them. Umm when I took two trains after work to come speak to you and you sat there in your office doing nothing and didn't have the decency to step out of your office to speak to me because my insurance wouldn't cover that conversation. That was the time for u to answer my question instead of embarrassing me and making me feel like crap. Like I said before I do not recommend this place read more

My first visit to Dr Kleydman went very well. Very short wait time, pleasant medical assistant Veronica (I hope I am not mistaken), great bedside manner and approach. I will be coming back for more procedures to be done. P.S. My husband has been her patient for almost two years now who comes to see her biannually for minor procedures, he speaks very highly of her and her stuff. Gentle, reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Front desk was very pleasant and professional as well, which is very important and not that common in this area of Brooklyn. I would highly recommend to pay this office a visit read more

Wonderful experience in the clinic and super professional doctor. She found the problem, what was happening with my skin in a second and the prescribed medicine made a change from the day one. I cannot be more happy and grateful! read more

As expected, after over 3 weeks, I haven't received my medications yet, because Kleydman Dermatology didn't send an authorization to my insurance. After waiting for over 3 weeks for my insurance to call to tell me that I've gotten authorized/denied the medication, I decided to call my insurance today. My insurance said they don't see an authorization for my medication. Fortunately, I've gotten medications from other dermatologists before (with no issues) so I know how things work. When I called Kleydman Dermatology, they tried to push their own shady pharmacy on me and tried to make me think that I can only get my medication through their own pharmacy and not mine. I highly don't recommend this clinic... This place is not a clinic, it's actually a business where they're prioritizing their sales over their patients' health. It's evident how they are okay with having my medications delayed for over 3 weeks just so they can make a few extra bucks from making me use their "recommended pharmacy" where they get a percentage of sales. They don't care about their patients. They only care about their money. This is highly unethical. read more

My first time in this office and never going back. My appointment was at one and I waited till 130 to let them know that I do have to leave by 2. I was called into the room at 150 to wait another ten minutes. At 2 o'clock I got up to leave because at this point I have been there for an hour and I was told by the lovely manager that there's still one more person before me. If you enjoy waiting for your doctor for over an hour then this is the doctor for you ! read more

Stopped in for some Botox last month before heading to LA for business. luckily there was a cancellation and Dr.Kleydman was able to see me. Im loving my results. read more

I came here based on recommendation and was not fond of my experience. I had something removed from my neck and I was never told that I would have to wear a bandaid for a two weeks. This would have just been helpful to be aware of since I had several events coming up. Also, a month after the procedure I was randomly smacked with a $500+ bill which I was not previously informed of. I would not recommend this office. read more

While I liked the doctor herself, the stuff is TERRIBLE!!! They charged me a deposit for the visit and told me that they will return the funds as soon as they receive the funds from the insurance. They never returned anything. My mother speaks only Russian; the receptionist asked her to fill out the forms which my mother could not understand. She asked for help and the receptionist refused helping her. She said that she is too busy!!! Are you kidding me? they are placed there to help patients!!! Especially when they are in the location where almost everyone speaks Russian. The last drop was when they called me and scheduled an appointment for my mother for the annual check up. My mother travelled all the was from Queens only to find out that they no longer take her insurance!!! When I asked the stuff how it could happen that they (notice, not us) scheduled an appointment and forgot to mention that they no longer accept the insurance, they responded that they attempted reaching out to my mother and me to notify us about it. Very interesting: so they could get in touch with us to schedule the appointment, but they could NOT get in touch to let us know that they do not accept our insurance! I honestly rarely see so arrogant and unprofessional personnel. Beware! For the price that you pay in this office, you should expect a much better treatment! read more

I have had acne and dry skin issues for years and have never been able to find a good doctor who didn't throw you out within 5 minutes. Dr. Kleydman is phenomenal! She spent a lot of time with me and explained everything thoroughly until I knew exactly what I needed to do and why! She not only gave me the perfect treatment, but also boosted my confidence. She makes you feel extremely comfortable! read more

Today was a very disappointing experience at this office, I've been seen by Dr Kleydman in the past and was satisfied but today has changed my opinion to the doctor and staff. I came there with the same insurance I did past three visits, which was accepted with my co-pay which I expect. I have a deductible "which is for procedures only!" I was told my deductible wasn't met and I'd have to pay for the visit, which I will say again was just a usual specialist visit in the past at this office, and all three past visits my deductible wasn't met as well. The only change that has taken place was this offices policy ( which is to scam patients into paying what they don't need to ) They left the front desk girl, which was nice but unsure of this because this is how she was trained. She went to speak to doctor about this and was sent back to me to tell me sorry I confirmed.. this is what it is. The doctor or manager or anyone in the office for that matter did not come to greet and and explain or resolve this misinformed / misenforced rule. I also run a business and I understand that a doctor is a business as well, but I would always accommodate or explain to my clients before it comes to this, but in this case there wasn't an explanation for outright robbing patients. What happened to a little bedside manner. I'm really upset about this and won't be returning. P.S Doc. Don't judge a book by its cover read more

Dr. Kleydman and her staff are the best and most professional of all my physicians. I first came to her office to remove a mole on my face, which when biopsied, turned out to be basal cell carcinoma. Her gentle touch and wonderfully patient bedside manner handled both with care and follow up procedures. I highly recommend this office for any skin issues. Thank you Dr. Kleydman. read more

Clean and beautiful office. Dr. Kate is always polite and a breath of fresh air in the time she spends with you. Always up for listening to you and what you may be experiencing that brought you to the office. I only wished she had appointments a little later in the evening for working people who may not be able to get time off, maybe for even one or two days a week. Asides from this, my experience has always been a pleasant one. read more

I started coming to this office back in October for chemical peels. The office is clean, easy to get to, front desk staff is kind and courteous. The technicians are very sweet and Dr kleydman is great! She explained the details of the procedures to me and Made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I felt at ease and in good hands. Recently I started laser Genesis for help with de-pigmentation and pre-aging, I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend this office! read more

Dr. Kleydman performed biopsy at the right side on my face. I got erysipelas ( streptococcal infection) at the same side. I spent 7 days in hospital because of this :( . I would not recommend this doctor to anybody. read more

Dr Kleydman and her staff are very professional and sweet. What a better person for cosmetology than a dermatologist. I brought my mother in for Botox and Dr Kleydman took the time to explain and answer all of our many questions and concerns. She is not pushy and doesn't trying to sell anything, instead her priority is your concern. We are Definitely coming back. I already recommended her to family and friends. read more

Dr. Kleydman is amazing, very knowledgeable personable kind caring and beautiful. Nice office.

Dr. Kleydman is one of my favorite doctors, she is so knowledgeable, kind and patient! I've seen her performing some procedures and was truly amazed by her professionalism! She does everything quick and painless, always with personal approach. She is a true Doctor who cares about her patients. read more

All she cares about is money! I did a laser here and it was not right laser for my problem. Of course she did not tell me about it. Even after first procedure I saw no improvements and she kept talking that it is expected and forced me to do 3 procedures ($250 each). After all was done and NOTHING has changed, she said you need to do 2-3 more to see "some" improvements, which is just a rip off and she had no ideas what to do to help me to begin with. Guys, IF YOU HAVE A COUPEROSE PROBLEM YOU NEED JUST ONE PROCEDURE OF THE RIGHT LASER AND IT SHOULD BE GONE, IF NOT - WRONG LASER, WRONG DOCTOR, MONEY RIP OFF. She is not a doctor, she is a cosmetologist. read more

Kleydman Dermatology is literally the best dermatology I never went to. Two years ago I had cystic acne and I am very happy that I was consulted from this branch. The office is always clean and nice very friendly everybody is very nice the staff is amazing everyone over there is extremely professional and they keep it low-key with you. I wanted Immy skin to be clear before my birthday in December I put an appointment in August and by September I was already seeing results. It didn't take too long for my acne to clear out because on the 3rd month going there already I was really happy with the results that I stopped going to them for my usual appointment and cleaning. One session will be the doctor does a screening of your face and see how well the acne has been if it was getting better or worse then she does some cleaning she pop some pimples out because I had a lot of those so she basically clean the affected area and spray a cold spray in your face then make you do a blue light tgerapy session for about 10mns I really love the blue light because the blue light was kind of like a booster to kill the acne bacteria then she would give you prescriptions or refills if you needed any and they were available the next day dr. Kleydman is really really really really nice I cannot say that enough I am really sad that I cannot go over there anymore because they do not take my insurance but anybody who is currently struggling with stubborn acne prone skin I would really recommend this place to them because they really are the best in New York. read more

I made an appointment to this office a month ago for my two sons and husband. At the the time of making the appointment I confirmed that they accept my insurance. 2 days before the appointment they called to confirm that we'd be there. I got to the office 20 minutes earlier then the appointment time so that I can fill out paperwork, at which time I was informed that they had a lapse with my insurance carrier and couldn't see us because they wouldn't get paid. They knew they were no longer online with my insurance carrier when they called to confirm and never bothered to cancel or ask. This office is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Horrible! My husband lost a half day at work because of their carelessness. read more

Rate is based on staff. Discussing front desk the girl who faces the front wore a headband today. Threw the form in my face and told me to fill it out. When I asked for her name she didn't respond. Then said I don't see your appointment. Are you kidding me I called 20 min prior to my appointment to confirm. Please grow up and speak like an adult and not a 12 year old with a nasty attitude. After all you work in a dermatology office. read more

Bad experience. I wish I liked this office but unfortunately did not like it so much that am writing a negative review here. This place is a business but not a place where someone is interested in your problems. I came there with a relatively easy issue and had an appointment with PA. She spent with me 5 minutes, did what was supposed to do and asked to come again second time in 2 weeks. In addition, I was told that I did not own anything for treatment because my insurance would cover everything. Conclusions: 1. Treatment did not help and the problem has remained. The treatment was chosen incorrectly. Luckily I had an easy issue. 2. Couple of years ago I visited another dermatologist with the same issue and was treated during one visit instead of two. PA did not explain why I had to come the second time. Not a good sign. 3. In 2 weeks I received a bill for $160. The total bill was $700 but after insurance coverage, I have to pay $160. And this is for only 5 minutes of PA time and for treatment that did not work. I do not mind to pay but I mind to pay for nothing. At least, thanks that you did not make worse. 4. When I called them and canceled second appointment, nobody even asked why and whether I was satisfied with the treatment. I have never come back to these people. The positive points are nice ambiance and clean office. read more

Without asking me about my experience with this place my father went there and regrets this very much. Very unprofessional, all about a money. Doctor doesn't care about anything else but charge your insurance or you. Probably worth dermatologist in Brookllyn. People wake up, do not trust those fake good reviews posted by doctor friends and friends of the employees. They will hunt you down for $10, that is how greedy doctor is. Run away, look for anyone else but Dr. Kleydman read more

Very unprofessional behavior. Bad experience for me because of her attitude, I would never thought that a doctor would say that her patient is stupid. Usually doctors try to give their patients full instructions about what to do during treatment, but I wasn't informed. Neither written, nor verbal. So I was treated poorly because of lack of information and did not know how to react on her conduct. I don't want to be her punching bag. read more

Such a great experience at this office. This is the most chic office I've been too...Very friendly staff and compassionate doctor, and cosmetic nurse! Took all the time to go over my questions. I didn't wait too long to be seen, but even if I had to, I wouldn't mind because the wait would've been worth it for Dr. Kleydman! She is by far one of the best dermatologists I've ever been to. Not only is she there for my medical needs, but my cosmetic ones too. Definitely recommend her to anyone & everyone. read more
