I visited Dr Ginsberg a year ago for a small amount of botox and filler (I had previously had both in modest amounts for a natural look administered by board certified plastic surgeon). I explained my problem areas/concerns, what I had done in the past, then left it to Dr Ginsberg to make his recommendation. He suggested botox and filler under my eyes (which I had never done before) in addition to the usual locations. I trusted his advice and went ahead with it. Within a couple of days, the results were shocking. I had deep, wavy smile lines in my cheeks that were never there before and extremely alarming. Worse still, it was asymmetrical. The effect under my eyes made me look like a different person. Needless to say, I was panicking, having never asked for or experienced this before. I came back to the clinic, where Dr Ginsberg took zero responsibility for the poor results and instead explained how it was all due to MY face/muscles/tolerance etc etc. He dissolved what he could to undo the deep lines on my cheeks and under-eye filler. I left more than a little freaked out and $3k lighter for the experience. I never received any follow up or check in from Dr Ginsberg or the clinic. Zero... Until the 1 year anniversary of this experience where they called me to let me know I was probably due to come back and spend more money with them. No thanks. I get that results differ and it's not an exact science, but admit when you get it wrong. All he had to say was something along the lines of, "it clearly hasn't done what we had hoped / this isn't what it should look like / I'm sorry about the result", then show some duty of care post-visit. But, blaming me for the result, taking my money and then never following up was unprofessional and insulting.

I have to say, I love his disposition and bedside manner. He is very thorough in his evaluation and we discussed the next steps in order to see what all was really going on. I received my CAT scan, went in for my second visit with Dr. P and we scheduled the surgery to correct my severely deviated septum. I am now around two months out of surgery and I have to say it was the best thing I've ever done in my life. I wish I would've done it sooner. He is one of the best doctors ever!!! He called the next day to check on me and make sure I was feeling OK. The surgery went smoothly and he reiterated that I had a severely deviated septum that that he straightened. I can honestly say I breathe so much more freely and my quality of life has substantially improved. I'm so happy to say that I am no longer the "tissue girl" always blowing her nose. Follow his post operative directions completely and you will have amazing results like I did. I would recommend him 10 million times over. He is absolutely amazing. I chose to move forward here because I trusted her work and had seen her results online and on Instagram. I also paid a $250 consultation fee, which is the highest I've paid, so I went in with high expectations. During my consultation, I clearly explained that I wanted a lift along with implants and mesh. I specifically chose this practice because they offer mesh procedures. My bill was not itemized. It only listed surgery, implants, and anesthesia. The mesh wasn't listed, so I called the office to confirm and was told it was included. Based on that, I believed everything we discussed, including the lift, was part of the plan. On the day of surgery, when I reviewed my consent, I questioned why the lift wasn't listed. I brought this up to the nurse practitioner, who said she would speak to the doctor. When the doctor came in, I was told I did not need a lift and that my breasts were fine and symmetric, and that the implants and mesh would allow them to fall into place and give me the look I wanted. Based on that reassurance, I moved forward. Since the day after surgery and throughout all my follow-ups, I've expressed that I wasn't happy. By around week 3, I noticed sagging and was told it would improve and fall into place by 6 months. Now 6 months later, that didn't happen. My breasts are sagging more than before, I can't wear certain clothes I used to, and it has really affected my confidence. At my recent visit, I was told a lift may not be safe and that I signed a consent that did not include it. While I understand consent is important, I had already brought this up before surgery and moved forward based on what I was told at that time. It might have been just a minute difference of millimeters but to me it was the clear precursor to the dreaded Tox Face!! I knew there must be a better way. Someone out there must know what they're doing. Someone who can truly appreciate human anatomy with a natural take on beauty and proportions. Here is where Dr Kim's skills are apparent: while he used just about the same units of botox as the Dermatologist, he made way more injection points with deft hands. Smaller volumes in each site means...no redness! Magical. I know I'm always in the best hands with Dr Kim! His conservative and principled approach to beauty procedures really puts me at ease. That one was fine, but I wanted to shop around a bit. We had a virtual consultation, and I had a very positive impression of him. He seemed to truly care and he didn't BS me (didn't try to push other procedures or give unrealistic expectations). My first session was rescheduled last minute due to an emergency. I admit, I was frustrated because my virtual consultation was rescheduled twice during the same day. Karen, his office assistant, was not super empathetic or kind when relaying these messages, and I had a pretty poor impression overall. Thankfully, my sessions with Dr. Shah were fantastic when they finally happened. I had two secret RF sessions with him. He went much deeper and did way more passes than when I had it done at another office, but it healed great and I am loving the results so far (and it's still early, so I know I'll continue to see improvements in the next few months). After a decade of going back and forth I decided to take the desire seriously and do the research. I watched nearly every video on YouTube and read countless reviews and explanations by Doctors and patients. I don't recommend this level of research to everyone but for me it gave me full confidence that I wanted to go through with this. I was able to go into this with realistic expectations, a general but solid understanding of the procedure and full confidence in the Dr I chose. I chose Dr Greenwald because his results were natural, his methods aligned with what I had learned are "safer" to ensure healthy results and he comes highly rated by patients. I'm VERY happy I went with Dr Greenwald. His pricing is fair, he has a very calm and friendly demeanor, and his staff were all amazing from start to finish. I had my procedure around the Thanksgiving holiday 2021 and had a smooth recovery. The recovery is what I expected - a lot of discomfort no pain, skin feeling very tight, uncomfortable sleeping positions, and the implants took about 3 months to settle into a position that no longer looks like a fresh boob job. I used bio oil to keep them moisturized to avoid stretch marks and mederma on the scars when i was cleared to do so. I had told Dr Greenwald my ideal results and tried not to focus too much on the ccs of other people. Based on my measurements (I'm 5'9 150 lbs) I had an idea that I would be between 375-400 but I felt confident that during the procedure Dr Greenwald would know how to achieve the natural look I wanted. What you agree on before may not be exactly right when he sees the implants in you during surgery. It's important to have a clear idea of how you want them to look on yourself - the implants will for the most part be where your natural breasts lie as well. So if you want high profile vs medium profile, do you want them to have a natural slope or be more rounded on the top. Wish pics of similar body types to yourself are fine to source but i even recommend looking at your doctors result photos to locate wish pics since their work is in the end what you'll be receiving rather than another doctors results. I went from a small B to a full C with 445 ccs. It was more than I expected and was a little scared it was too much at first since I thought of what 445 ccs may look like on other people. This was the final lesson for me of how it truly truly varies for everyone. I am so glad I was patient with my results because I absolutely love them and am very happy with the size. I'm 6 months post op and I still feel good. They feel squishy and sit basically exactly where they were before which i was happy with. I had a tumor removed in my left breast in 2017 and from then on had a bit of a wonky left nipple. Nothing too obvious but Dr Greenwald mentioned it and said he would do his best to even then out. He did better than his best because they're even now! My biggest advice is to take the recovery VERY seriously. Follow the directions and don't go braless or out to party right away. The recovery process heavily impacts your end results! Even if you feel healed externally you don't know how you may be healing internally. I decided to do the procedure in the winter so I could spend the first five months really healing in hoodies and not feeling pressure to heal fast. I'm really happy with my results and with my experience with Dr Greenwald.
