From the first consultation through recovery, everything felt thoughtful, organized, and incredibly patient-centered. Every member of the staff was kind, responsive, and genuinely supportive, which made a potentially stressful experience feel surprisingly easy. What really stood out was the level of personal care. During the Blizzard of '26 -- when most of the city was essentially shut down -- Dr. Neinstein himself came to check on me at my hotel to make sure I was doing well. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about who he is as both a surgeon and a person. Traveling for care can feel intimidating, but this team made the entire process seamless. I'm sharing this because I don't want anyone else to feel the way I do right now. Before choosing Dr. Anna Steve, I had consultations with multiple plastic surgeons who all agreed I would need a breast lift along with implants. I chose to move forward here because I trusted her work and had seen her results online and on Instagram. I also paid a $250 consultation fee, which is the highest I've paid, so I went in with high expectations. During my consultation, I clearly explained that I wanted a lift along with implants and mesh. I specifically chose this practice because they offer mesh procedures. My bill was not itemized. It only listed surgery, implants, and anesthesia. The mesh wasn't listed, so I called the office to confirm and was told it was included. Based on that, I believed everything we discussed, including the lift, was part of the plan. On the day of surgery, when I reviewed my consent, I questioned why the lift wasn't listed. I brought this up to the nurse practitioner, who said she would speak to the doctor. When the doctor came in, I was told I did not need a lift and that my breasts were fine and symmetric, and that the implants and mesh would allow them to fall into place and give me the look I wanted. Based on that reassurance, I moved forward. Since the day after surgery and throughout all my follow-ups, I've expressed that I wasn't happy. By around week 3, I noticed sagging and was told it would improve and fall into place by 6 months. Now 6 months later, that didn't happen. My breasts are sagging more than before, I can't wear certain clothes I used to, and it has really affected my confidence. At my recent visit, I was told a lift may not be safe and that I signed a consent that did not include it. While I understand consent is important, I had already brought this up before surgery and moved forward based on what I was told at that time. There are not many things in life that are better than they appear, and that is what you get with Neinstein Plastic Surgery. I had a my first procedure with them in May 2025, having a breast reduction and lift with and arm lift. The plan was then to have a circumferential tummy tuck in December 2025 (all based on my scheduling). Having lost over 200lbs in my late teens/early 20s, having two children and a significant MVA that left me essentially immobile for a year I had tremendous weight fluctuations leaving me with a lot of extra & loose skin. The consults were easy to schedule and frankly in an office where everyone is literally drop dead gorgeous, it's at first glance intimidating, but the kindness and professionalism radiates throughout. The consults themselves were straightforward, thorough, and the right amount of time. My first surgery day in May, naturally I was nervous, but having been a veteran with surgery from my MVA my nerves weren't too bad. However, if they were I was greeted by literally the most down to earth, energetic, kind nurse- Tori. Every clinical staff member I met there after honestly was tremendous, not just in attitude but working in healthcare you know a good nurse and provider when you see one, and everyone clearly brought their own clinical excellence to the table. The results from my first surgery were frankly better than I could have expected and have given me a confidence I never would have been able to have achieved had I not had the surgery. My second surgery; the circumferential, was just shy of 3 weeks ago and I can say that already it is so worth it. First, the coordination leading up to the surgery is great AND an added bonus Nurse Tori reached out to me beforehand reassuring me she'd be there post-op. Nurse Tori & Nicolette were both kind enough to escort me with my radiant nurse afterwards to the hotel, which we all laughed the entire way there and it quite literally felt like my girlfriends were there with me. This was a far greater recovery process. For which Dr. Neinstein convinced me I needed nursing care & needed to stay in the city (I live about an hour outside of it). And my stubborn nature is "I can do it myself" but I'm so glad I listened. The nursing care from radiant was 12/10 necessary. The check ins from the post-op NPs & Dr. Neinstein were and are constantly reassuring that things are going well and encouraging. Nurse Mimi, Nurse Tori all checked on me afterwards above and beyond the "required" post op calls. This group has something special, talent, personality and clinical skill. The things Dr. Neinstein shares on his instagram about being "hyper focused" on mommy makeovers in my opinion is such an undersell, because they are hyper focused on the skill, the humanity and loyalty to their patients that can only truly be felt when experienced first hand. read more

I had to go in three times and do three surgeries just to finally get my breast done right -- and honestly, it wasn't even about the money at that point. I simply wish everything had been taken care of on the second visit, especially after the first attempt didn't work. What really made the experience difficult was dealing with the healing process: the scars, the redness in a result that I knew wasn't right the first two times. But most important, On top of that, when I finally got the right size and later did a laser treatment with Tara Adashev, my scars ended up looking worse -- super red and more noticeable. Choosing Neinstein Plastic Surgery was one of the best and easiest decisions I've ever made! From the moment I met Doctor Pierre LaPaine (via virtual consult) I knew he was going to be my plastic surgeon. Not only he is insanely skilled at what he does, but he is kind, caring, and emotionally intelligent. He genuinely cares! Prior to my surgery I received a care guide that told me what to expect pre & post op, how to prepare my body for surgery and a detailed list of supplies that would be important to have after surgery. I need a different size garment and their Chief Motivator Mitch hand delivered it to my hotel. This entire practice goes above and beyond to make sure you're safe, have everything you need and have a seamless healing experience. The day I left NYC I received text messages and phone calls from the doctors and staff wishing me safe travels! I have been home for two days and they are still checking in on me! I am currently 3 months post MMO (tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast lift with a fat transfer, lipo 360 and a BBL) and I feel amazing! In conclusion, I am beyond happy with my results! My tummy is flat and the incision is so crisp & straight, I have the perfect round belly button, my breasts are perky again and I love the projection added to my booty! NPS really is the dream team! I recently shared a post of my experience an hour later Dr neinstein contacted me I was traveling so I couldn't answer. I returned his email so he can also see the result of my eye. He told me he's going to refund me which I never asked for but I told him I appreciate it. I then asked if he has a solution to my problem since my eye is still droopy but it's been two days and haven't heard back from him. Seems like he just wanted the review taken down My first time visiting nurse Tara for Botox.. After two weeks my eyelid drooped I sent nurse Tara a message on the nurse line but she never got back to me. Her scheduler Raegan was very sweet and helpful. I then went in after 26 days for my touch up which they were nice to accommodate since I was away and to my surprise instead of telling me it was the Botox she said my eye was smaller and that one eye has more excess skin and recommended a plastic surgeon. I came into the city that day from westchester hoping to have a solution for the problem instead she blamed my eye. I have never had any issues with my eyes or did my eye ever look like this before I had Botox done by Nurse Tara. I have had Botox done elsewhere and never had any issues either if my eye was an issue that should have been explained before Botox with pictures and telling me the outcome.Considering their prices I am verv disappointed. read more

I am a patient of Dr. Chris. Just last week I underwent a mommy makeover that consisted of a breast lift with augmentation, tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo 360. It has been five weeks since my surgery with Dr Neinstein and I can't begin to properly put into words how positive the whole experience has been. Others have said this, but it bears repeating, I strangely miss the early weeks of recovery as I have never felt so cared for and looked after by my doctor (and his incredible team). Moms are often the ones filling some version of this role, thus it has felt amazing to not only fix a huge issue in my body, but more than anything, to be so genuinely cared about from start to finish...and I'm not sure there really is a "finish," as I think Dr Neinstein and his beautiful work is forever a part of your life. My third pregnancy left me with terrible diastasis....the familiar story of no core, a stomach that looked pregnant, endless frustration with clothes and a LOT of difficult emotions. Dr Neinstein came across my radar thanks to Instagram as well as a friend who had a procedure with him last summer. I knew right away I didn't need to look further as all of the "end" results I saw spoke for themselves, and I felt like I knew so much more about Dr Neinstein than any other doctor thanks to his generously sharing his process, his wonderful personality and his community of happy patients via frequent posts. (Feeling like I "should" do my due diligence, I called one other doctor's office but didn't get past reception as the energy and lack of details to questions I asked were just not there). All of which is to say, if your gut is telling you to go with Dr Neinstein or one of his colleagues, listen to it and save your time, because he will change your life. He sure has changed mine. My biggest concern beforehand was the surgery itself...all of the scary thoughts that get in your head in the days leading up to it. Dr Neinstein's calmness, humor but utmost professionalism put me so at ease. He told me beforehand that if you can get on an airplane, you can have surgery. I'm actually terrified of flying (I didn't tell him that at the time) but the day of surgery brought none of those getting-on-an-airplane scary feelings. Music was on, office was buzzing with warm energy, smiles and hugs were all around, time was not rushed, and the best part was Dr Neinstein actually carrying me into the operating room after sensing some nervousness from me. It was hilarious but also indicative of how down-to-earth and emotionally in-touch Dr Neinstein is with his patients. Jumping ahead, I couldn't be happier with my results. The recovery process is certainly long but if I can do it you can too! Life is on hold for a few weeks but it was not as "disruptive" as I thought. My family assumed I would be bedridden for weeks- that could not have been further from reality. I was up doing fairly normal things within about a week to ten days. Thankfully, the trickiest part of recovery not being able to lift my 17 month old for a few weeks. Surgery with Dr Neinstein is worth every minute of soreness, every minute of after-care and to be blunt, every single penny. I am not even close to the "final product" as healing takes time, but I'm practically in tears writing this as it has already changed my life in so many ways. It's knowing that I'll have a connection in my core again and can finally wear clothes with a waist...But it's also the deep emotional boost that I have missed for many years. I always felt like I couldn't let myself be completely happy because of my body. Not sure the logic there but a lot of you can surely relate. Life is already immensely better and I am undoubtedly a better version of myself thanks to Dr Neinstein. I should also mention that the nurses and coordinators at Dr Neinstein's office are truly superheroes. They know the procedures inside and out, answered my questions so promptly and they never felt "intimidating" to someone like me who is new to all this. There is zero judgment in this wonderful office. When my most "self conscious" areas were literally out in the open, I felt so comfortable and reassured that these parts of my body were beyond my control. I've gone on too long here, but I hope if you're reading this that you too will connect with one of the most special people I've ever met. It is an honor to be one of Dr Neinstein's patients, and while the scar will fade, it is a very happy reminder of this journey on which he has so beautifully led me and so many other women. EmScuplt, where athletics meets aesthetics. I discovered Dr. Neinstein when I came across EmSculpt. He's one of the very first doctors in NYC to implement EmSculpt in his practice. A non-invasive, non-surgical procedure that effortlessly builds muscles in your abs and butt. The machine is FDA-approved and it is safe. It claims to do about 20,000 sit-ups for you in 30 minutes time, resulting in about 16-20% increase in muscle and 16-20% decrease in fat in the abdominal region. I signed up for the EmScuplt ab sessions, which consist of 4 sessions in a 2 week period, with 2-3 days in between sessions. Each session lasted for 30 minutes. I was able to go to yoga and kickboxing after each session easily. There's two paddles so you can bring a friend to do an ab session together. The wait varies. For my first appointment, I was scheduled for 12:45pm but did not get called in until almost an hour later. For my 4th appointment, I did not get in until about half hour later. There was no wait for my 2nd and 3rd sessions. Is it worth it? Totally!! But also depends on your lifestyle. I would say go for the ab sessions if you work out consistently and have a BMI in the lower 20s. Overall, I really like the result. read more

I found Neinstein Plastic surgery through Instagram and was very excited to check out their office. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was the right place for me to have my c -section body repaired. The office is beautiful. The front desk and nurses are so welcoming, they made me feel very comfortable. I was both excited and nervous to have the surgery. Even though I worked out nearly everyday and ate meticulously, no diet or exercise was getting me the results I wanted. The extra skin and broken ab muscles needed to be surgically repaired. Dr Anna and Dr N talked me through all my nerves and explained in detail why AND how the full tummy tuck would work for me. After speaking with them, I felt excited to know what was possible for my body. The surgery went incredibly smooth and I woke up with a nurse holding my hand. The nurses took wonderful care of me. The nurses checked on me daily after the surgery. I could easily text them with questions about my scar, medication, or whatever i have questions on. I was up and walking within 7 days and my scar is healing beautifully. I am thrilled with the results of my tummy and my body. At 42, I have the body I wanted at 22. Brace yourself for a really long & informative review: Let me start by saying that Dr. N is probably one of the MOST TALENTED surgeons in the entire country. My mother sold pharmaceuticals for a majority of her career and my father works in cardiology. I was extremely diligent in researching surgeons for my procedure. I was a victim of PAH, a life changing deformity caused by CoolSculpting. My arms and my back began to develop a large mass of abnormal fat cells. I spent 7-months researching surgeons who have treated PAH and those who are adept in the newest and most efficient liposuction technologies. Dr.N was by far the best at his craft, and highly referred by other surgeons as well. A few things that made me most excited to work with him: - He shares many of his procedures on his Instagram (before&during procedure& post-op) -He works on the most difficult liposuction cases (PAH) -He is a family man and that trickles into his office culture! The team operates like a family and you can feel that the moment that you enter his office -He's a lifelong learner, who is constantly staying up to date in new techniques and studies -His team answered literally every question I had leading up to the procedure!! (Extra hugs to Nurse Tara and Ashley, Bella, Randall, and ENTIRE TEAM) -MOST IMPORTANTLY: He was the only surgeon that in consult did not force me to go under general anesthesia or to treat more than my desired area of correction!!! This was HUGE for me. -For my arms specifically, Neinstein knows the anatomy of the arm like the back of his hand, which is extremely important considering the amount of lymphatic, vascular and nervous system moving through the area. I'll share a bit about my surgery day and my Post-op because I think it's the most important! Day of Arm Lipo Surgery: I was super nervous but the team did a great job checking in with me leading up to the day of. I came in and was immediately greeted by bright smiles at the front desk. They already knew who I was, which felt so great. I was taken into the back of a stunning, newly renovated, high rise space next to Central Park. So gorgeous. The moment I sat in my patient room, one of my favorite jams was playing on a pop music station. The nurse came in and asked what kind of music I wanted to listen to. The vibes were amazing!! I felt happy and excited... pre-surgery! How many people can say that?? Any who, the nurse prepared me for surgery and answered my 7 million questions. As I chose to have my procedure awake, she and I worked together to determine how much pain/anxiety medication I'd need. This was so important to me. I felt like I had a say in how my body was feeling and I was so thankful for her allowing me to be a part of that decision! I moved forward with her suggested dosage which was so smart. I then had time to undress and Dr. N came in to make his markings. He was so cool, very down to earth and charismatic! We then went into surgery which by the way, was one of the most FUN experiences of my LIFE. I was asked what kind of music I wanted to hear during my procedure... what a personalized experience!! I chose Rufus Du Sol. Randall prepared both of my arms and Dr. N injected my numbing solution. I felt, absolutely, nothing!!! Lol. It was amazing. The entire procedure was just me chatting with the team and feeling great. Mid procedure one of the nurses showed me the difference between both of my arms... I was absolutely SHOCKED and SO excited. We talked about everything from bands to travel and the next thing you know I was all done! Dr. N showed me my new arms in that moment and I almost cried. I was then taken back to my room, dressed, and prepared to go home with my chaperone. So so amazing. The entire procedure was 100% painless. Post-Op: Post-Op I was definitely sore and leaking, with minimal bruising, which is totally normal. I woke up a few hours after surgery to flowers from Dr.N!!! I went to her the other week for lip filler and today for lutronic ultra laser treatment, for my arms, and both times could not have been a better experience. What an amazing experience I had with Neinstein Plastic Surgery. For years, I wasn't happy with certain body parts, especially after having two children, but just dealt with it. January of this year I decided to have a consultation with Dr. Pierre. What a life changing experience! From the moment I met him, I knew that finally at the age of 47, this was going to happen. The office staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In February, Dr. Pierre preformed breast augmentation, and lipo suction on my lower stomach. Most doctors will not take the time to truly think about what is best for YOU and convince you to do LESS ( in a good way). Dr. Neinstein was convincing me to take the time to THINK about my goals and what or wasn't achievable. I came in to fix some trouble areas in my inner thighs and I REALLY REALLY wanted a breast boost ( I am 5'3, 116 lbs, petite and toned) but sadly I did not have enough fat from my inner thighs to create a significant result that I had wanted. Dr. Neinstein was completely transparent about the lack of fat I had and instead of haphazardly trying to convince me to add in other liposculting areas, we took things SLOW so I had time to really think about what I was coming in for in the first place! I had been in need of a third breast implant revision since 2017 (I had my previous revision in 2016) and encountered an odd complication that left me with very misshapen and unsightly breasts. As a model, which in my case means being nude and wearing lingerie/swimwear much of the time, this result was devastating to me not only aesthetically, but mentally. I spent years posing specific ways to mask the rippling because I was putting off going under the knife yet again. I ended up visiting Neinstein Plastic Surgery for Botox and filler after moving to NYC last year and never had a better experience at any other facility (and I've been to a LOT ;). Everyone at this office from the nurses to receptionist to surgeons are incredibly kind, warm, and dedicated to the patient experience, Dr. Steve included. That, and after seeing her work on others, as well as having a developed a strong sense of trust with Dr. Neinstein, knowing all surgeons at this facility are among the best of the best, I decided I would FINALLY have my revision done. Dr. Steve was absolutely incredible every step of the way of this journey. We did a couple consults to address all my concerns, she was super thorough in answering my questions and explaining her recommendations as well as sharing everything I as a patient needed to know about the procedure. She was incredibly kind, caring, and never once made me feel rushed in any way. She was (and still is) available to me directly via text at any given time. She even held my hand in the operating room while I was being put under, which if you've had surgery before, you know how nerve-wrecking those last few moments can be before you're asleep. This was by FAR the easiest procedure I've ever had (we did a breast implant revision going down around 50cc in size as well as a fat graft to really customize my breasts and ensure that I, as a thin person, would not end up with rippling. The fat was taken from my abs and flanks area). I was only on pain meds for a couple days before tapering. I was able to walk around when I got home with ease. Because there wasn't a ton of fat taken, I only had to wear the compression waist garment for a week after, which was the most uncomfortable part, as well as sleeping on my back! At most I felt like I had just completed a tough chest and ab workout and was only sore, not in pain. In fact I would at times during my first week of recovery catch myself not resting enough because I felt so normal! Dr. Steve and Dr. Neinstein texted me daily to see how I was doing. At times I had questions for the nurse (Nurse Tara) who was incredibly prompt with her responses too, even when I would send them at 8pm. I think the combination of following the protocol Dr. Steve and the team at Neinstein Plastic gave me for pre-op and post-op combined with the top-notch level of surgical skill are what made my overall experience SO easy. And as for the results, I am SO beyond happy to have decided to finally invest in myself and have this procedure. I feel like I look better than ever and my confidence is through the roof. I cannot thank Dr. Steve and the entire team at Neinstein Plastic Surgery for this life-changing experience. At my most recent post op, in fact, I told them that if I had unlimited funds I would be in there ALL the time because that recovery was such a piece of cake and the results were top-tier. Right now I'm in week 2 which means scar therapy. My lipo scars are SO tiny (Dr. Steve actually went through my old belly button ring hole as well)! and I know they will fade nicely as time passes and I continue to treat them daily. Oh, and I should mention - Dr. Steve told me post-op that I had no problems with the implants, and that actually my pocket was made too small which meant it was squeezing my old implant into the weird shape.
