SUPER DISAPPOINTED! NOT RECOMMENDED! Tried to schedule an appointment for a potential plastic surgery, got a very unprofessional email that sent me a random number, which I called after I saw the email. The number apparently belonged to an assistant who's working there, she was rude and had an attitude and apparently didn't know why someone gave me that number??? She started cursing on the phone, talking to the people next to her instead of trying to solve the issue with me and make me feel comfortable. I had a nice consultation with Dr. Heller the other day regarding pec and bicep implants, as well as liposuction on the tummy. We determined that I was a good candidate for the body implants, but Dr. Heller was (to my gratitude) honest about the fact I wasn't an appropriate candidate for liposuction. Dr. Heller projects warmth, calm, and confidence. He was also clearly proficient in the body implant procedures, which few doctors offer. I put down my deposit the same day, and my surgery for pec and bicep implants is scheduled for mid-May. Can't wait. I'll update my review after I've had the surgery and healed. read more

So happy I went here to get lip filler. Doctor Heller did a great job. He made my lips look like I always wanted. I got them done by someone else first and it went away in a week! I've had one major procedure done by Dr. Heller, and injections done one other time. The first time around I was called at home twice to see how I was doing, once by the doctor and once by the front desk. I feel that they went out of their way to ensure that I was happy and doing well. As for the injections I got done, the doctor did a good job with that. The receptionist was very nice, and the office was clean. However, I was not happy with the service. I asked Dr. Heller to use less botox in my forehead so I could still have the facial expression I need for my on-camera job. When he finished with my forehead, though, it was full of big bumps (that remained for a couple of hours, so I almost called in sick that day). A month later, I still have no movement at all in my forehead. When I asked him why he didn't all for some movement, he said it was not possible, which I know is not true because another doctor has done it the way I like before. He was nice about it though, so I didn't bother writing a review. But then I had an issue with them over my Brilliant Distinctions account. I asked the receptionist to credit my account, and she didn't. She didn't tell me this, however. I found out when I checked my account online. So I called Allure, and the office told me that Brilliant Distinctions doesn't give points for Groupon coupons. I called BD, and they told me that's not true. They do give credit if the treatment was over $200, which mine was. I called back Allure and explained, they said they would check it out and get back to me, but they never did. I e-mailed them and Dr Heller three times. No response. I gave up. Now I am just waiting for this botox to diminish so I don't look quite so fake anymore. read more

This review is long overdue. Went there back in August for a consultation. They made me wait OVER 1 HOUR to be seen. I agree with the other review that the receptionists are insensitive with the wait time. I kept asking them, "what's going on"?, and they said they guessed I just had to wait. Anyway, after speaking to the doctor, we agreed to do a filler injection that would work best for my under eye hollowness. He injected me something which cost me $500 and only lasted 10 days. 10 DAYS???! Now I'm seeing another doctor and he told me the injection they used on me (Belotero) is known to not last long at all, it's the worst option, and only those who are not real experts at injecting under eye fillers use this one. Wow. $500 in the garbage. Never again. read more

I saw Dr.Keller a week ago for lip injections and was very pleased with my appointment. The office is nice, the staff is super sweet, the wait time wasn't long, and Dr. Keller was wonderful. I didn't have any bruising at all and I love how my lips turned out. Six months ago, I tried lip injections for the first time but it was with a different doctor. I had a lot of bruising and then my lips completely went back to their natural size within a week. It was as if I hadn't received injections at all. Horrible! I picked this place because it was conveniently located and they charged $0 for consultations. The reviews weren't too bad either so I figured it's worth a try. I waited 30 min to be called in to see Dr Miller. When I sat in his office and explained how all I wanted was a symmetrical nose and a less bulbous tip non-surgically, he was pretty arrogant. He said there's no fillers or nonsurgical way to fix a nose tip (which is untrue based on many other doctors who have successfully performed this). Instead he recommended in order to correct the asymmetry of my nose to insert fillers on the sides to make my nose bigger but appear symmetrical. I know this sounds crazy but I stupidly trusted him. Paid $500 and he injected all over my nose juvederm including the sides of my nose bridge (which no doctor would ever recommend). Days after I had bulges where the injections were made. I called the office and was told to apply pressure on them and they would go away. So 12 months later they never went away and my nose was never fixed. A few days ago I finally went to the right doctor who told me all the mistakes made by Dr. Miller and now I have my nose corrected non-surgically thanks to an expert. Oh and his bedside manner is horrible. During the injections my eyes were watering from the pain, and all he could manage to say was "sorry we don't have any tissues" and hands me over gauze pads for my tears - like really? I was swollen and red and all I left with was pain, bulges, and minus $500 in my wallet. read more

I had Restylane administered by Dr. Heller. He was very kind, patient, and fully answered all of my questions. He seemed to really care about addressing any of my concerns and I liked how he explained everything. I could tell he was definitely straightforward and honest. I also love the location as well. I've had things done in the past with other doctors but didn't like the location, so it was refreshing to go to a place that had a beautiful office. Other than that, I was shocked at how soon I noticed the Restylane improve my under-eye area. I am TOTALLY satisfied ! I can't even understand why there would be any negative reviews . I am a 29 year old female of European decent . I recent did 1 syringe of juvederm , elsewhere out in queens , by a physicians assistant 2 weeks ago and knew that as soon as I left the office I was would not be satisfied . My instinct was right .
