When I arrived, she applied numbing cream as she had another customer - making use of her time for both herself and customers which I thought was very smart. The microblading process was quite painful even with the numbing cream but the results were fantastic. My brows have appeared to be darker and fuller while looking natural. I came back today for a follow up appointment with no additional charge and cannot wait for my eyebrows to heal! I loved her hospitality and work. I even made a future appointment for eyelash extensions, can't wait!

Because my first experience in an unrelated Manhattan salon left me with extensions that felt heavy and looked so over the top (when I asked for a natural look) I thought I'd never do them again. However, thanks to a Groupon, I decided to take the plunge and try again. Benny was my clinician and did an AMAZING job. I did not want my lashes to be too long (I just wanted them fuller) and emphatically asked for the shortest possible length since I wear glasses. She was very careful, precise and at the end, I was amazed by how subtle, yet noticeably natural and pretty the lashes looked. My 16 yo daughter also did them for the first time and they were beautifully done by her clinician as well. The staff was very nice and when my extensions were done, Benny explained in detail how to take care of my new lashes. She, herself, also had beautiful lashes on and when I asked her about them, said they were already two weeks old! I was so surprised by how full and great they still looked. I am very happy with the results and am so glad to have gotten exactly what I asked for. I will definitely return for future primping and glam!
