BLOWN. AWAY. This…read moreis single handily, the BEST lash salon I've ever been to. My lashes looked incredible! I believe my lash techs name was Katerina and she made my big brown eyes look amazing! If you want to go from "she cute" to "woah she beautiful" this is your spot!! The vibes are great (protect your energy sis) & the owner is insanely kind. I had a complimentary hand service & was treated like a queen the entire time. There's really only 3 cons: The language barrier as they predominantly speak Russian (learning anyways so it's cool). The distance and location if you don't have a car nor live in the neighborhood (luckily I force my bf to chauffeur me everywhere). The PRICE HUNNY!! Looking like MONEY is NOT cheap.... it's VERY EXPENSIVE. I've spent over $200 dollars here in one month on my lashes ($100 and change and then a crazy almost $100 retouch + tip). I like to eat, have experiences, save for travel & pretty much have some semblance of a life, but if you can do that while paying for your Jlo lashes, DO IT!! You won't regret it! The price, for once, is COMPLETELY worth it!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STUDIO. I have been going for…read moreapproximately 2 years and the last time I went had an awful experience. I got my eyelashes done, asked for the same thing I got the last times I'd been there (they had it in the system). I've had them done in the past so I knew how to take care of them and was especially hyper-vigilant this time. I noticed a little bit of fall out at first but I trusted the studio and a little fallout is normal so I did not think much of it. However, 8 days after having my eyelashes done, I woke up and realized that one of my eyes barely had any lashes on at all. My eyelashes looked terrible and it was extremely noticeable the difference between the two eyes. I called the studio ASAP and after trying to resolve this, they told me that all I could do was pay for a 2 week touch up and they would fill all my lashes. I was not pleased with the shape initially (which I have stated was not their fault) so paying $70 for a touch up less than ten days after having them done just to get the same shape was absurd. To fix this, they then offered me a 10% discount on a new set so it would be $108, 9 days after I got them done which was upsetting since less than ten days ago I paid that much for a full set that should've lasted me around 4 weeks like it did in the past. I was embarrassed to walk out of the house with my eyes looking so uneven, and I ended up going and getting them removed since my frustrations were not being heard or taken seriously. This studio does not understand that I have done nothing wrong, nearly an entire eye of eyelashes should not have fallen off eight days after having them done, this is clearly an issue in the application process and I should not be expected to pay nearly full price for a new set not even two weeks after getting my initial set. I have attached photos for proof and I hope you all trust my review and find a better place to get your lashes done.

One star is being way too generous when they deserve zero. I called and asked if i could come in…read morefor a lash removal and the lady said yes. Upon getting there, I tell her im here for the removal and she asks how long i've had my lashes for and i told her two weeks, but i'd like to get them taken off. She takes me to the back and proceeds to take one whole hour to work on me. Halfway in, im asking her if the lashes are coming off and if everythings ok (because it should NOT take this long) and she says mmm ok. The lady finally finishes and gives me a mirror and i realize she did a REFILL on me. I tell her that's not what i wanted, so she calls her manager over who proceeds to try and convince me to keep them on because "they look nice". I said they DO look nice but not what i asked for. The lady finally removes them, and another 30 mins later im done. I head to the front to pay and the manager looks at me and starts laughing, which made me feel insulted as if she thinks i look ugly without lashes on. Then has the audacity to say "oh wow you were here for 1 hour 30 mins" while laughing. I was APPALLED by the unprofessionalism and lack for communication when i told them 4 times what i wanted and even checked on them in between my service. Will NEVER come back and i dont recommend them at all.
